They have new Mobile home to set up

I have lived here for just a few months and seem to like it so far. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Only down side is there are no street lights. But most of the lots have light posts. The pot holes are bad but there working to fill them in. Over all I can see myself living here for many years to come.

The new management is a joke. I have reported multiple issues and concerns and have been given the cold shoulder. The roads are horrible. Honestly if I could get my trailer (which I own) moved out of here I would in a heart beat.

I’ve lived here for 7 years. The new management has been making lots of good changes. I feel safe here. I like living here, its a really nice communiy to live.

Dogs bark and bark,management does nothing about this. They keep raising rent,say there not responsible for anything.. pot holes are huge,have no street lights in park.they also have left broken tree branches dangling from the trees. High crime rate around here.stuff gets stolen or vandalized.This is not a place to move to,they have treated residents horrible.had a tree fall on my car they said there insurance wouldnt cover it .. yet i watched them take pictures of the tree on top of my car,the roads will damage your car .. expect to replace suspension parts if you move in here. The lot boundaries are uneven yet the rent bill is the same for everyone.500 .. they are talking about raising rent again ..they split the water and sewage bill evenly between the number of homes.... so if your single you still pay the same amount as a full family ...its around 46 a month here for water and sewer ..they constantly are shutting the water off here to make repairs with very little notice to the residents. They wont even pore crushed rock into the pot holes.THE ROADS ARE SO BAD I CANT EXPRESS IT ENOUGH.. there is also no were for kids to play around here.they dont even work with ya here either .my advice would be to shop around more for a place ...for just a few hundred more you could be buying a house and owning the land .

Almost 500 a month for lot rent. This poorly maintained park isn’t worth 200 a month.
