I love this gym! I have learned a lot and the coaches are all extremely nice.
Capital City Gymnastics was recommended to us, but we left very disappointed. They dont foster the I Can Do attitude instead they select a few that can accomplish the task and leave others behind. I discussed issues with the staff and they acted concerned at the time. Registered for two sessions and that was enough.
We love it here, the staff is very kind and helpful! My girls have made major improvements since switching to their clinic, we are very happy here!!
