The kids and I had so much fun at this place! The zip lines were great fun and a welcome surprise for a trampoline park. The kids couldnt stop talking about how much fun they had after they left. Definitely a great place to take the kids for some fun and exercise!

We drove up from Kansas City for a birthday party, not really knowing what to expect. It was more expensive than other trampoline parks if you wanted to do more than the standard jumping, but it offers a lot more options than I am used to for some more money. The sky rider, ropes course, and warrior course were a hit with our five kids. Loved that they had an accompanying parent pass for 6 bucks, because its better than paying full price and there is plenty of fun for the adults to have too! Likely will be making the drive again to give this place another day.

My son and his friend had hours of fun and good snacks. We will be back!

Good fun place. Biggest issue was the socks, they have no stretch and couldnt fit on 13 or 14 year old, tried cutting with scissors employees were helpful, found some older style ones in the back that had stretch.

Our son loved this place! You purchase a wristband, and your child can play as long as they like. This is nice, as you dont have to hurry through the facility or make every game count. There are plenty of sitting areas for adults. They have an acceptable eating area, though the food looked pretty mediocre. You can rent out party rooms, which would make for an awesome party!

It fun kids can play on anything and you jump and playing for how long u want and it so amazing

The place is fun for the kids but you have to be vigilant of your own kids safety- the staff is a bunch of teenagers hanging out with their friends. There are rules clearly posted in the jump zone and you can watch the staff break them and not enforce them at all. One of the staff members was even running and playing with a balloon with his friends (that werent in a staff t-shirt) and ran right into and almost made my daughter fall. The security guard was the only one enforcing rules in the jump zone, he even had to say something to the staff in that area.When a facility has that many kids running around of all ages - there should not be irresponsible teenagers messing around while working - its your job, not play time; at the very least follow the rules that are posted and set an example for your friends that are visiting you while youre supposed to be working.

Great place for the kiddos! Trampolines, zip lines, rope course... lots to keep them busy... a bar for the parentals would be great!!

It was fun. We took 6 kids. They were short staffed and a few of the workers were complaining openly and not being super friendly. I thought 1 employee was extremely rude. Ethan was awesome and super helpful. They do need more staff. Some attractions were closed due to staffing issues which I wasnt happy about since we paid for the extra stuff. Overall it was a good night out with the family.

Great place for fun. Very well built with lots of options for all ages. The lack of supervision is ridiculous!! Kids go wild with foul language and way too much pushing and shoving. Very dissatisfied with the children that are supposed to be supervising. Way to young to stop the chaos. Need adults to handle it!! With as much as it cost to play you would think my child would b safe!!! Stop the bullys...

Offer memberships for $12 a month unlimited play. Great for ages 6 and up though the little kids would like the trampolines. Have warrior courses. Sky ropes course. Zipline of sorts. Multiple climbing walls. A small kids play course though every time I have been there, there are older kids in it which is kind of a bummer. A basketball dunking area. And multiple trick jump areas.Plenty of seating and a concessions stand serving pizza, popcorn, and various snacks.

The kids had a blast. It was a bit pricey though. They also wont let you wear socks from other jump places. If I lived in Lincoln full time, the membership is a better alternative.

Great place for kids to go on rainy, snowy, cold or hot days. Its fun for everyone! They have rock climbing, zipline, slides, tunnels, trampolines and more. All ages including adult fun..

Regardless that it’s overly priced, when they kicked my 10 year old niece out of the play area for being 54” tall when you can only be 52” is absolutely petty and ridiculous. When asked for a refund the manager said she can still play on the trampolines. Needless to say we won’t be coming back here again.

Perfect place for all three of my kids (3, 10 and 12). We have a membership, which is very much affordable and it does not disappoint! Perfect, safe place for kids to go and play/hang out with their friends! Workers are always helpful and nice. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would!

We pay for the “Ultimate package” and the last 2 times we came the place is busy but there’s not enough staff to assist with the climbing walls and Sky rider. Don’t come thirsty either, otherwise you will find yourself in their LONG lines for a beverage. Concessions line should be separate from admissions line.

My grandson attended a Birthday party and loved it. We will be returning for more adventures.

There are so many fun and different things to keep kids entertained for hours, we all had such a great time.Staff is so friendly and helpful! Absolutely incredible establishment! Ive taken my daughter here a couple times over summer, and recently had her birthday party here. All the parents of other kids were amazed at how cool the place is, and large. The staff is very organized attentive, and the place is under incredible surveillance... there is not a single inch of space that is not video monitored. I took notice that Amber, the manager, made regular rounds to ask about our experience and if anything is needed. Our party hostess, Morgan, was also very impressive in how well she handled our party.Ive noticed others complain about price, but its not THAT bad. For the level of fun and things to do inside, not to mention nice massage chairs for parents to unwind, the price is modest.Also the pizza is a slice of heaven itself.

Excellent place for a birthday party. 11 children, 10 adults, 3 pizzas and all the fun the kids could have plus the hostess was very accommodating, friendly, efficient, and professional. $325.00 reasonable cost for the fun.

Took us 25 minutes to check in, even though we did the waivers ahead of time and used the computers in the lobby to pay. Once inside the “extra” activities were closed even though we paid for them. The bathrooms were dirty. Staff was not helpful. Definitely not worth the $80.

This weekend we took our son to Urban Air for the first time. I am very leery of places like this usually because you usually end up forking out a bunch of money for an overpriced/overpacked experience! I was very surprised on how affordable the pricing was for the packages and loved the parent add on pricing option! It was very busy but the staff kept the lines moving quickly and efficiently. Only line suggestion I would make is, for up in the zip line area where you get harnessed, it was pretty chaotic. You had to ask to squeeze through the line that was formed to go up to a separate area, where they would then harness you and then had to go back down the stairs (constantly asking people to move so you could get back through) and the end up back down in line to wait your turn. It honestly probably wouldn’t be a big deal but that area is very tiny so it just needed a better flow set up! The zip line was so fun though and definitely worth the extra money! We will definitely be coming back soon! Only other thing I would suggest is having a 10 minute warning for the different color wrist bands to let you know your time will be up soon. We weren’t even told about the time limit by Connor, the kid that got us all set up but luckily the other family that we went with had been there before so they filled us in! You could tell Connor was newer though and still learning the system himself! He was super friendly ️

Great bunch of workers, clean and really had an awesome associate who help my child. Name was Jamal I believe. He was awesome and made the experience even better. Will take my child back just because of the way he treated us, will see if everyone is the same.

Awesome place great activites

Basic membership is very limited in things to do so we upgraded for a crazy surcharge. However, even with the upgrades, the kids have gotten bored of the place after a few months. Unfortunately, once you join you are locked in for 12 months before you can cancel and cannot downgrade your level of membership! I think this would be an ok place to go on a pay to play basis but I would Not recomend buying a membership!

The kids live it and dont grow out of it. The staff is great too. Rock climbing walls, zipline, obstacle course, trampoline basketball. All fun

I am an employee at Urban Air, and I just have to say that I have tons of fun here. With four younger brothers between the ages of 9-14, I just have to say that they love this place! Every time I get ready for work, they negotiate and beg for me to take them! And, by the time we get home, they are all truly out of energy. There is so much to do, and with a MINIMUM of two and a half hours youll never get bored. Its a good place for kids, and adults, to unleash their energy, and a nice place to experience family fun and wind down all at the same time. Its a pleasure working here.

I had my sons birthday this weekend at urban Air...I called them prior to birthday 2 weeks to make reservation, while on the phone I wanted to get informed about different packages. The lady on the phone sold me $230.00 package which she said includes 3 pizzas, bottle of water and 20-25 kids to jump little did I know that each kid has price for jumping on top of $230.00Their reservation people dont tell you that part, to make the story short at the check out I had balance of over $800.00 which was very upsetting especially with the fact that they dont tell you any of that when you are making reservation. When kids were checking in they were giving them bracelets for the most expensive package which includes zip line without my knowledge. Over all staff is ridiculous for lying to people and selling people wrong package just to get you in there. I learned my lesson, but anyone trying to get your childs birthday reserved make sure you ask whats the price for each kid in addition to the package. If I could give 0 rating I would for dishonesty with customers....Good luck with this overpriced place!!!!!!!Bojana

Urban air located in Lincoln, Nebraska is a great way to spend the day with friends and/or family. The facility was clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Signing in was a breeze with the kiosks where you sign waivers and put in information about your party. The entire place was a blast with tons of activities from trampolines, a Zipline, dodgeball, and so much more! There is also concessions.

Had a really great time here with my classmates. We went here for Post Prom and we all had a Blast! I’d give it a 6/5 if possible. The staff was very fun to talk to, they seemed to enjoy working here. Definitely will be back!

They had only one worker checking in 75 people. They have a quick access route on the side where you can normally just walk to front and get stuff u need. Instead of being able to do this we were forced to wait in long line. They have probably a total of 5 workers. We ended up waiting 35 minutes in line. Wont be coming back again!

Went to Urban with my friends and it was amazing! When we first walked in, it looked busy and i thought it would take forever to get checked in but then a nice girl named Kylie came over to my family and asked if she could help us check in and took her time to explain the park and prices. what a nice young girl. I hope she was the manager cause thats how you treat people. My friends and I loved the park and are for sure coming back.

Best place in town to play when its too hot or too cold outside. Party rooms are good. Lots of staff to direct kids.

The workers/staff there were rude. They didnt treat us with respect but the people that were selling food and all that were extremely kind to us. But most of the others were yelling at us. There were only two kind ones that we encountered.

Great place to take the kids that have just outgrown places like lost in fun and the childrens museum. I would really recommend going on a weeknight when it is not as busy because there is less waiting for attractions.

Appreciate that they have a separate time for toddlers to jump!

This is such a fun place to spend the afternoon with kids, whether its a special day out, or a birthday party, or some other occasion, the kids will love the freedom to run and jump to their hearts content.

I would like to be a customer, but I have some specific questions first that are not addressed in their FAQs. Ive left four messages so far this week and to date, no one has returned my calls. I even contacted their corporate number -- at least someone there answered -- and they sent an inquiry on my behalf via email. Still waiting on a response to that, too. If this is indicative of their customer service, then I likely wont be spending any money with them.

Lots of activities to do for kids over the age of 5. Most of the staff manning the stations seemed as though they were burnt out. Most of the equipment seemed well maintained, except for some of the obstacle coarse tracks.

We were from out of state and they didnt say on how long they let you stay and its not posted when you pay. Paid to much $$ to only get 1 1/2 hours of play time. Unsupervised kids make it difficult to enjoy going through the courses. Also its not as big as it looks. Talk to manager and he didntseem to care about our concerns. Good luck!

I have currently been working at this establishment for 3 months. As a college student, I feel this job has helped solitfy my abilities to create a fun awesome environment for everyone more that I have already done prior. My staff is truly passionate about what they do as well and I love seeing families leave the park feeling happy and well invested!

Great place to get the extra energy out of the kids!!!

Took my 3 and 2 year old on a week day afternoon. We played for 2 hours and didn’t run out of things to do before my kiddos were out of energy. Our favorite parts were the dodgeball room and the giant slides. I would definitely recommend for a child’s party and it is the perfect cold or rainy weather indoor activity.

10/10 one of the best Johnny was great as was the rest of the crew I recommend this %100 to all great price for what you get!!

Urban is an amazing place for people of all ages! The staff is kind, professional, friendly and organized amongst all the chaos of so many kids being there! Its awesome and highly recommended for a family night out!

Urban air is such a fun place! The management and staff are very helpful when it comes to helping families and their kids! I suggest anyone looking to get out of the house, especially on a snow day, to head to Urban air!!!

Have now come here twice. The kid loves it and could spend the entire day playing. Between the climbing walls, ropes course, zip line thing, and trampolines, its well worth the $25 price. Cheaper tiers exist if you want only trampolines and such.

Great place, teenager had fun and my two toddlers had a blast also, great price for the little kids and only $5 for parent for 2 1/2h.. so much more to do besides jumping also. Defiantly will be going back!
