I had a great experience here. I havent been tanning in years and I was super happy with how I was greeted and treated. Anna helped me the entire time she was very knowledgeable not only if what beds and lotions were there but even at their other locations. She definitely made everything easier for me and Im so happy that I got a monthly package with them. its very clean, the girls are so helpful and sweet, the beds look amazing and so far are amazing. excited for my spray tan

Good deals, clean facilities, plenty of lotions to purchase and lots of services to choose.No one here to open at 9 a.m. onJuly 6th 2020 no one here to open the facility. The internet says 9-7. 5 customers waiting to get in.

First time in there I was new to tanning and had tons of questions. One if the ladies that was working was very informative and helped me a ton! She showed me how to work the beds and even showed me some great lotions she recommended. They have an awesome Facebook page that lured me into buying a week of tanning for $20 any bed! (I picked high pressure which is around $23 a visit anyway, great deal!) It was very clean and the woman that helped me took her time and focused on me and my concerns while I was there which made me feel like my business was much appreciated!

OMG the girls here are amazing. Angelique (probably not even her name and I made it up) was super friendly, made sure I knew how to work the fancy equipment Id never seen before and didnt just leave me to my own devices to break something and then pretend I didnt touch itI did some spray tan and she picked my color ... and while my hands look like old lady hands (my fault, not theirs) Im pleased with my color. Today Im a golden beauty and didnt sweat it out last night. Go me!!!Fiance even likes it!!! Thx my new girlfriends. Ill be back in 7-10 days

I have been tanning here for years. The facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Nicole did a great job today helping me pick the best tanning package for my needs.

Some employees are not friendly, most are not. Not rude just not friendly. Also Ive had a couple incidences where they forgot to clean the beds.. peoples sweat, tanning lotion and just plain residue have been on them... always residue regardless on the beds... so now every time I go in there I clean them myself every time. Plus over priced. Not that great of a place.

The girls who work in the spa are very friendly and up until my actual visit I had high hopes. The staff did not know where the intake paperwork was, how to run care credit purchases, or have internet service to send my information to the person who runs the payment electronically. I had to send the information myself which was fine but I was given the wrong email address the first time so my credit card and ID was sent to some random email but it gets worst. Unfortunately, I was quoted the wrong price and management is unwilling to work with me regarding it. The manager who called me (I think her name was Jan) was very argumentative and did not listen to any of my concerns. Chelsea assured me that management would work with me regarding my issues. It would have been nice to at least get a credit for future services if not a refund for the additional price I was served but since they do not value customers and their first time experiences this wont be the case. I hope that this is a warning for future people who come here. Get your price quote from your consultation IN WRITING including everything that the price includes. I had the SureSculpting procedure and I have blisters which as far as I can tell isnt something other people have experienced. I was only told that maybe its because it was done over a stretch mark which I wasnt forewarned about. I was the first of a group of 5 people who wanted to do this so at least they wont come here but I want to warn all other future customers as well. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service I have received.

I was a customer for a few years here. I went in about a week ago to sign up for another round of tanning. They had an ad posted that lured me in, stating unlimited tanning for a flat rate plus 50% off lotions. When I got there, the employee stated that their lotions were ALREADY 50% off the manufacturers price, not an ADDITIONAL 50% off. I was mildly annoyed by this, but willing to proceed with the tanning package. The employee stated that I could get the discounted rate with any lotion priced $30 and up. I agreed to purchase a lotion, and said give me your cheapest lotion, to which I was then told they didnt even CARRY $30 lotions. Their cheapest started at $39.I was so annoyed with their very deceptive marketing practices that I just turned around and walked out. Its really a shame because I was willing to sign up for a 3-month package and spend my very hard earned money. I posted this exact same story to their Facebook page. Not only was my complaint never addressed, but my comment was deleted and I was BANNED from posting on their page. Terrible management who doesnt care about righting any wrongs.I really liked this place because it IS clean and the beds are nice. I cant ever go to them again because of their constant bait and switch marketing practices, managements complete refusal to right a wrong, and their desire to hide it from their other clients. Incredibly disappointed in their customer service. Do yourself a favor and dont join.

The tanning is ok, but the employees are terrible. They must have some sort of sales compensation as they only seem to care about signing up new sales. They completely ignore existing customers and have no interest in keeping customers once they have you signed up.
