Went here on a Friday night. I got there early like around 7 to meet with a friend & it was pretty empty but great ambiance & music. They had a full line of drinks & hookah. It’s very spacious inside. You don’t have to worry about parking b/c is free & has huge lot in complex. As the night went on it started filling up and got packed quicked. There’s a lot of seating; booths and the dance floor is also spacious. Great Bathroom attendants. I ordered a burger & fries while I was here. The burger was good but the fries seemed to be fried hard. My bartender Kim was cool w/a great sense of humor & suggestions when it came to drinks & hookah flavor.

Although I didnt eat, too busy drinking & blowing hookah. The vibe is nice, DJ is blazing, parking is a plus, $100 bottles, Huge comfy party space, very elegant & sexy decor. The girls are cute with sexy outfits. I was there on a Friday night & it wasnt crowded but it wasnt packed either just enough to enjoy & have a good time. I will definitely be back.

Me and friends decided to come here last night (Saturday) We sat at the table for at least 10 minutes before anyone even gave us a menu. Ordered our hookah and it was weak. The server eventually brought more coals. We waited over 40 minutes for our food that was too spicy to even eat. (chicken nachos & fish tacos) To get better service, you must have to be in a bigger group because i noticed those tables didn’t have much problems getting the server’s attention. It really wasn’t enjoyable and a waste of money.

I have order haven pasta which is vegetarian pasta. While eating I was having doubt if its really a vegetarian pasta. I check with the waiter if its vegetarian. He said yes it is vegetarian. But I doubt. After having 2-3 more bites I called him again and showed him some pieces which doesnt look any veggie. He took the plate and checked with chef it was chicken. How can they serve chocked pasta to vegetarian. I would not recommend anyone.Secondly we were just two still they added gartutity which is not right. They have clearly mentioned gratuity would be applied for more than 4 people.

We had a great event here over the holidays! The staff was friendly and easy to work with, and gave us an awesome semi-private space overlooking the dance floor. The drinks were delicious and creative, and everyone enjoyed the food as well. We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing!!!!! Love the vibes it gives!!!! The Hookah selection is on point, the drinks and food are REALLY good, the music is a great mix of early 00s to now. The staff here is probably by far one of, if not the BEST club staffs Ive ever experienced. EVERYTHING IS ON POINT!!!! This is definitely a grown and sexy establishment. Im coming back with more friends and family on a continual bases!!!! Love this place!!!!

We were there for a birthday party. (Birthday girl in photo.) Good parking, has plenty of inside space with a dance floor. They have good prices on food, drinks and hookahs. V.I.P bottle service and spots are good prices. Staff was great. They even let us put up some decorations. Great DJ!

I celebrated my birthday here at Haven. We had a WONDERFUL time. From the DJ on the 1s and 2s, to the staff, to the pricing of items, to the comfortable seating, everything was fantastic. Hookahs were off the chain. Great Flavors! Food was Delicious! I enjoyed myself so much that I left close to closing. Great atmosphere, Clean surroundings...what more can you asked for. Our waitress, man she was on point. Taking so many orders and didnt get anything mixed up. You Home Girl! Me and my crew definitely will be back! Maybe one day I will meet the owner to personally thank him for a wonderful birthday experience

Upgraded and looking much much better! It’s been a while since I’ve been here, but I can definitely say that the quality has only improved, never declined. The food menu has expanded and the hookah is still on point.

I cannot do Haven justice with words! It’s a great place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary or get together with old friends! That’s what I did and could not have asked for a better place! The food & drinks we’re absolutely perfect. Everything was done just wonderfully. This is THE place to go for a lovely night out- you will not regret making this your spot! They are so welcoming and it’s just a genuinely fabulous place. I look forward to the next time I visit!

I was recently here on March 14th celebrating my birthday. One week prior I spoke with someone over the phone about a section. I was told that sections were $250 including gratuity and tax. No other information was shared besides let the lady at the front know your name. On the night I arrived, I was told at the door that each guest (12 guests) would have to pay $10 to get in. I was never given this information when calling about the section. My thoughts were, Im buying a section so thats all I need. After paying the $10 each and going to our section. I was informed that the section came with certain alcohol. Service was slow all night. Towards the end me and some of my guests tried ordering food. We were told the kitchen was still open. After placing our orders, the waitress told us that the kitchen was closed. We were given the run around the entire night. One of the worse experiencing I have ever experienced. Weird thing is, I was there one week prior for another event and I didnt have any of these problems. Im not sure if that night another promoter was there or what. My total cause was $337.00 after tax and gratuity. Horrible experience all around especially for a birthday.

I was at the bar with a friend, Having a few drinks. I had to repetitively call for the bartender, since he was too busy chilling with his friend at a table nearby.I wanted to show my agitation by Tipping 10% of the total bill. but since the restaurant already adds 18% of gratuity over “Two people at a bar”, I couldn’t do so.Deserves one star for the ambience. Nothing more.......

The food was average priced but the have that they include gratuity in your check for parties over 4 in small letters on the menu and they don’t tell you how much it cost and they got over on us on the gratuity and tried to over charge us for our bill. They did have great fried Mac and cheese which is hard to find and the DJ could’ve been better but what made it a good experience was who I went with. There is room for improvement with staff

I really do like the ambiance of Haven Restaurant & Lounge BUT the experience a few weeks ago has really put a sour taste in my mouth. I had a surprise birthday party for my husband there on 8/10. After spending at least six hundred dollars on drinks, food and Hookah you would think that certain things at the lounge would definitely not be. The door handle to the ladies restroom was hanging completely off. The sinks and toilet were both overflowed. These seem to be simple fixes but its kind of obvious that the owners are not interested in taking care of. I wish i would have taken pictures because it was unbelievable. I surely hope they repair those things because that was completely unacceptable. I had at least 20 people there who spent good money. When you own a business certain things should be a priority!!!! I am sure this does not weigh a lot on the owners however it should.

They were out of everything we ordered so I got fries and those were burnt. Not a good experience. The one taking our order was nice though its not her fault

The first seating we had, there was water leaking from the above, second was conjusted and before we took that table it was dirty, also the food sucks along with service as there is only one person who does everything.

Nice spot I went on Labor Day. It was free parking and free admission which is a PLUS. The food was EXCELLENT & a Reasonable price. I visited here with some friends & everyone enjoyed their food. I ordered the philly cheeseteak it was fresh also the fries! I would def recommend this spot oh & the music was on point as well

Haven is a great place to unwind on a Friday or Saturday night! They have great DJs, great hookahs, as well as enough room for you to have your own space and not be crowded on top of others. One of these days Im going to check out the food menu, cause it looks so damn good going to other tables!

Terrible hookah & service. I’ve been to every hookah lounge in & around Atlanta and this is by far the worst place I’ve come to visit and I live close by. Servers on their phones not paying attention to guests. Management needs to do better.

Nice atmosphere and music. It appears that the bartenders need help and I highly recommend the fish tacos. Best on the menu

So the lounge is not bad at all. Foods amazing, atmosphere is great (especially Friday and Saturday), and the waitresses are friendly. A couple things to note: I do wish the waitresses would be around the tables more often, the prices could be a little better for what you get at other lounges, and most importantly theres no way to find out about events without calling.

Poor service and watched 4 girls carried out due to being over served alcohol. We waited 45 minutes without service and left.

Came here to celebrate a birthday party. All the DJ played was reggae. If my friends knew it was “reggae night” we wouldn’t have came in and went elsewhere. The lounge is nice and the sections are huge. Overall experience was not what I was expecting.

Hookah tasted good. Pina Colada was my favorite flaveor. Had a fun night. I would suggest coming on the weekends.

Okay place. Good crowd. Servers can be better as far as being nice or attentive. Dont bring a woman here if you plan on actually speaking to her. Music is super loud.

Haven has always been a great experience! A really awesome place to hang out without having to drive all the way into the city. I always come here with friends and we have some drinks, hookah and a great meal!The service is great and the staff is very friendly. I especially like the Chicken 65 you HAVE to order that!

I used to enjoy this place, but now it’s becoming ridiculous. You never know when they’re going to charge you until you’re at the door, then prices range based on special events which you’re never familiar with. It seems like they’re more money hungry then anything else, when I voice my opinion to the manager he said that he only provided the venue and not the services. Spend your money where people treat you like you want to be treated. They lost a great customer today!

Visiting from new york, went to haven lounge . They were remodeling and the place look amazing!! they had the best food, especially the lamb-chop, really great..this place have some unique hookah flavor!! On top of that great service .. plus the owners are very cool & humble.. overall great place to hangout...

Even though some one stole my phone in the bathroom I still managed to have a really good time in our VIP section on New Years. The place was clean drinks cold/strong and the music was on point, lol. Bought a new phone the next day so in all no complaints

My girlfriend and I went last night(Saturday) with our friends. Very chill atmosphere. The drinks and hookah were awesome! Service was great but the top part of the hookah kept falling off once we got a refill and one of the speakers had a shortage and kept going out. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return.

The new place is done right. Its laid out like a true lounge/bar. For that I would give it 5 stars. However, the waitress upsold my bill. I was asked to pay nearly double what the promotion was!! Never was I apologized to or given an explanation of how that can happen.

I LOVE THIS LOUNGE. My brothers and sisters and I used to come here EVERY WEEKEND. We turned our friends on to this place and now they come with their friends. You never know who your going to run into when I go in. && now theyve remodeled and its even better. LOVE IT

Went there this past weekend, place was nice and open, our waiter was sweet and the dj played good music. However the young lady at the door had a very rude attitude. If you dont like working at your job quit. I wish I got her name.

7/21/18. It was my first time coming here after hearing about it for about a year and I was pleasantly surprised.The inside is big, yet, has this cozy, small feel to it. The drinks were ok but the price was definitely right and the food was really good (my party had a specialty meat pizza which was full of flavor). The music was on point, but, the greatest thing I liked about this place was how comfortable different walks of life were here. VERY warm and welcoming to straights, gays, lesbians, geeks, nerds, and cool people. Everyone just let everyone do their thing often times, different parties of people ended up dancing together. People came dressed in their best business clothes to best casual to best street, which is all anyone would ask when going out.I reccomend this place to anyone and would love to visit again.

The service is horrible! Despite the vibe being so nice, i wouldnt go back because the service was so bad. Our food came out cold, I mentioned it to our server,who was of Asian decent,and she never even acknowledged the issue. She looked at me as if I was dumb for mentioning it. When she finally came back around she just asked is we were ready to pay. Save your money and go somewhere where you are treated like guest and not a burden. Worst experience ever!,

Ive been here twice and its super fun, great music.and its very welcoming, great staff. The only thing you should know is the type of people during the time range, around 8-11pm and everyones just chilling and talking and smoking hookah and when 12 hits THATS WHEN IT STARTS TO GET LITT!!! Also best night to come is Friday & Saturday

Great location, nice vibe, good drinks. We went for NYE and there was a buffet. I was very skeptical because usually those places have nasty buffet food but the food was on point...especially the wings and the Indian chicken and rice.They also have hookah. I would definitely go back again.

Best place to go to for all sporting events! I watched games 1 and 2 of the NBA Finals here and the TVs are beautiful and perfectly placed. The food is also absolutely AMAZING! They not only have Mediterranean food but also burgers and wings (lemon pepper & Hot mixed are superb!). I will definitely be coming back to party here on the weekends as well as catch all of the major sporting events!

All in all hookah was very pleasant, Ill recommend the mint and watermelon. Drinks were strong and well priced thanks to Nick, however his service couldve been smoother by simply asking, Need anything else? I was left constantly waiting for eating utensils, additional request for drinks, or even finding a solution for their disgusting rice side dish. It is slow Monday night and I could barely find my waiter... totally unacceptable. If it werent for the low prices I would have left per entry. First time trying this place out and I doubt I will ever return.
