Very fun! Came here for a Bachelorette party and it was such a good experience. The lady running the class was super helpful and patient with our group! I would have rated it 5 stars, but one of the girls in our groups stencil was not on location and there was no way to get it unless she came back another day. She lived in the city and would not have time for this, so she was forced to forego the stencil and create her project without it. The companys Facebook page always has discounts and promotions which made this even more desirable and affordable! I will more than likely come back and do another project!

My daughter took me to Board and Brush for Mothers Day. We had a fun time as did everyone who was there. I made a poor color choice and the owner, Jen, allowed me to correct it for which I was very grateful. The reason I did not give them five stars is that the two women conducting the program on Mothers Day did not show us how to hold the brush/sponge and dab the paint on. It seems as though when they circulated the room and looked at what each persons was doing, they would have caught this error. My painting looks as though it needs a second coat of paint - had they guided me in how to do it as Jen did, my project would have looked much better. When spending $65, one does not want to bring the project home and put it in the back of the closet because it doesnt look good.

Had a great time with my husband on a Friday night even though he was told by many of his friends that it would be all women---and it was. Regardless, he had a great time. More men should do this or they need to create a BOARD and BREW for the gentlemen. LOL...You need to sign up a few days in advance to give them time to order your stencil. My husbands project was more detailed with two step stencils. They should label the projects based on difficulty or time as we were the last ones to leave since it took a bit longer. His was not difficult just more time consuming. The instructor help him since time consuming..BYO Wine---I looked all over the site and couldnt find if that was allowed. Our table partners were generous to provide me a glass of their wine. Thanks!!! The instructor had detailed instruction and was helpful. They will have your station set up, (1)arrange your wood the way you want it (2) distress your wood (can get loud in class)(3) pick your wood stain and stain front and back (3.5) the staff will nail your project together for you (4) apply your stencil--this can be frustrating if there is alot of detail in your stencil (5) dab and paint project (6) apply additional washes if desired) thats pretty much it! On web site it says show up early---however, we showed up 5 min. Early and they were still setting up and wouldnt let us in--it was freezy cold out-thats why the four stars and four stars since we waited around during class as they nailed together everyones project while most could have been on the next step..((it was a good half hour-of waiting for them to get everyones wood nailed))..Also, the oil stain you will use for the wood in very potent---you will not want to bring your project into your home for awhile...Ours have been in the garage for over a week and VOCs are still evaporating from the stain and the garage pretty much has an over powering smell. We will see in 30 days if I can bring my project in the house. I also have three large dogs (Great Danes and a Goldendoodle)) and that high potent smell from wood stain would not be good for their health let alone human health . Im assuming just like brand new furniture VOCs can put off for years. All in all a fun experience- I would do again!

Ashley was patient and helpful. Had a great time with my friend. Projects were quality and not tacky, I was so impressed by that alone. Brought wine, I’ve been to these before and they usually provide glasses but not here. So we couldn’t enjoy the wine we brought. That was a big negative for us and really no time to enjoy a glass anyway. It was slightly rushed.

Had so much fun tonight making art and hanging with my high school friends. So many options to let your creativity shine...and dont worry if you are not the creative type - they make the process super easy, but still hands on. The owner, Gin, was a hoot! Will definitely come back soon! BYOB was a bonus and the location is perfect...lots of places to meet up before or after.
