Not a good place to stop at if youre looking for housing.

Never been there talked to Bob the owner VERY rude and disrespectful personI would NOT move there even if it was given to me to tall free.Dont even consider going there. Zero star rating.

How they treat the Tennants is just wrong

The owner Bob is a mean unpleasant person to be around. He doesnt keep up on park he lets anyone live there as long as they have a dollar and after hearing rumors time and time again about Bob I decided to look him up and he is a sex offender and is not allowed to be around children yet he owns a trailer park with a playground and many children living in that vicinity.v

My brothers staying here for 2 months he said the place is nice but he kept complaining about some trucker blonde who kept whistling in him to come over and do favors for him

Worst place to live.

I used to live there it was a dump then is a dump now and I was only there because I had a broke down vehicle I went to get but it sure looks like a dump I wouldnt live there

Went to visit a family member. Its run down and not kept up well. Terrible, I would never live there!
