Only picked some one up but they could use some curb appeal

My mom lives in a home with mold growing all over it, her vents in house has fell in the carpet is down to the padding, it took 4 years to get a window the old one was duct taped ..the fridge has been broke for 3 months, and faucet gas leaked for 8 months..if my mom had money to move ..I have begged her to come to my home but she claims they are just busy and will get to it..well good luck
