Landlord doesnt take care of her properties. Leaks and bugs infested. Once you give your 30 day notice to move out she does not return your deposit. Shes rude to be a Landlord. I move out bc the roof was leaking and she told told me she was NOT going to fix it and I could move. The Mobile Home I was in would be a nice home if shed fix the things that needed repairs. She will be nice until you sign the lease. BEWARE
