My son and I really enjoyed the short film as well as the guided tour. The guide was knowledgeable and really made the tour fun.

They kept the house mostly in its original condition. Felt like I was walking through a house from 1775. Learned a lot, nice front desk people.

Absolutely recommend it! The staff were all kind and hospitable; Nancy L. was our guide! She definitely is the queen of guides! She brought the stories to life, gave us endless time to take pictures, made us feel comfortable, and truly gives Hancock and Adams the respect and love they deserve. She brought tears to our eyes! The house is the definition of the revolution.

I volunteer for my daughters class today and the visit was awesome! I learned so much more than i expected and the staff were wonderful and knowledgable. Its kinda quick so maybe only plan for 30-45 minutes and then make a day of it by visiting the local comic book store (which also doubles as a cool and safe hang out space for the older kids) or if your a single adult for the day; grab a bite in the center or town and take in all that Lexington has to offer

Do the guided tour. It was well worth it. I learned so much about the lives of some of the founding fathers.

Went there today with my wife and 3 year old and expected a welcoming & pleasant tour and educational experience. Receved the opposite. Unfriendly person at the front desk who scolded at my wife for walking the wrong way around a table to begin the tour. 10 minutes into the actual tour, the guide chastised my daughter because she touched some fake plastic berries on a table. Here I am thinking that just dropped $20 to have my family get yelled at!?! At that point we left. Dear Hancock-Clarke management: Please send your staff to some customer service training or get some people that can at least fake being nice and paint a smile on .... how hard is this?

Stop by the Lexington visitors center first, to learn more about this house and its history. Parking behind the house, so head in to that tiny driveway.
