Lovely, unique pop-up gallery. The way the art is staged within the home is wonderfully clever. They have special receptions at the beginning of each show which are a great experience, highly recommend! Also nice to pop in if you are walking around Lexington.

Such a cute gallery right off the battle green in the center of Lexington. The art was a very interesting selection from local artist with a variety of materials. This gallery is a beautifully converted home featuring a grand staircase and rooms on both floors covered in art.The collection was quite eclectic during my visit. There was even some electronic art on display.

Wonderful space with periodic exhibitions

Terrific resource for original artwork in Lexington, right off the Battle Green. The staging of artwork in individual rooms of the historic home gives you a sense of how the art might look on your own walls. Love the sometimes humorous still-life objects sitting near or next to the artwork that reflect the topics. The reasonable price point at the latest exhibit helped me make the leap from admirer to buyer.

Beautiful setting for an art gallery! They have curated shows of New England artists with a range of styles covering a broad price range - theres something for everyone interested in buying art. We were looking for a birthday gift to hang in our residence, and it was very easy to gain perspective in this gallery since the pieces were displayed in this beautiful historic house. The owners went out of their way to find us the perfect piece.

This gallery is in an antique house in the center of Lexington. The show changes approximately every six weeks. The quality of the work shown is always very impressive. The curator is especially clever in the way she arranges the show, integrating the art work into her home and furnishings and making the work flow.

Three reasons why gallery blink is my favorite art viewing experience in the Boston area:1. Each exhibit is carefully presented with an unbelievable attention to detail. The art is not simply hanging on the walls. The setting itself has been curated with props that are specific to the theme of the exhibition.2. The owners Gill and John Ross immediately make you feel at ease when you enter their grand, home-based gallery. It can be intimidating going into some art galleries but not gallery blink.3. The art selected by the owners is unique, diverse, very high quality, and available in a wide range of prices. I have purchased art there for my home even though I am a painter myself (and one of the artists shown at gallery blink).Gallery blink is truly one of those must-see experiences. And give yourself plant of time to visit because theres always a lot to see!

Singular presentation of the art.

The Illumination Exhibition was incredible!! Our January 1st visit was the perfect way to start the new year. - inspired! The gallery had such beautiful and unique works of art, by a wide variety of artists, so artfully displayed, in an exquisite home that was a work of art in itself. Looking my forward to the next exhibition!

What a great find! We are a visiting some friends who live nearby, and this was one of the places they said was a must see while were here. The artwork and setting are both excellent, and the hosts were fine with me taking some photos, which Ive shared. I also love puns, and really enjoyed the Parsley, Rosemary and Thyme plants, with a clock next to the Thyme. Hope to visit again in the future, for their next show.

Fantastic display of work by many artists in a setting unlike any museum or gallery I have been in. The works are arranged in the warm and natural setting of a home. The setting gives a feel for how they might look in your own home if you buy them and they are thoughtfully grouped.

Great out of the way gallery. Nice variety of prices. The displays for the exhibit I attended was very well done, educational, and fun.

John and Gillian do a wonderful survey of many of the best local artists. We have bought a couple of pieces from them. I recommend a visit.

Went to the latest galleryblink exhibition in Lexington on Friday . Its a great treat to see so much art displayed in a home so the art can be evaluated in a realistic surrounding. Wish I had a big enough wall to buy the huge Forest scene which reminded me of a Hockney exhibition London a few years back . I think it was only $2200 which for its size and quality is spectacular value . There was a lot of other work at much lower cost and seemed very reasonable . Definitely worth a detour for anyone on the hunt for art by talented artists at good value.

Awesome place! The art on display was very good. The curator did the best job of displaying the art we have seen. Many well done thematic arrangements, in a beautifully restored old house.

Gallery blink is a one of a kind experience and the current exhibit entitled, Musicology, Art Inspired By Music is not to be missed! It is a feast for the eyes with curated art of an exceptional standard but also with a surprise in every corner. The owners of the gallery, who also reside in the historical house in which the gallery is located, have created a museum quality exhibit with the special ambience of a lovingly restored home.
