I have been coming here for over 4 years now. This is the CUTEST shop in the DFW! It’s super clean and organized. The team is ALWAYS so sweet, helpful and are always super informative on everything. I always recommend this place to my friends. It is worth the 40 minute drive!

Visited last night with no real specific item in mind, Camille was working, she was super helpful and knowledgeable, pointed us in the right direction for everything that we could possibly imagine, made sure we didnt forget cleaner and lubricant, she was an absolute delight to work with!! Would visit again ^_^ this store was also very elegant, Ive been to other stores that definitely feel more tacky in comparison, so thank you for the delightful experience.

Ive visited many adult stores but this one is my new favorite! The sales rep was more of a hostess and so friendly! I called to ask a couple questions and she made me feel very comfortable with my curbside purchase today. I will definitely be back!

I have been visiting the Velvet Box location in Lewisville for almost 2 years now. The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. The store is nicely organized and is always a joy to visit. It has become my favorite adult store to visit anywhere in Dallas!The staffs open approach and sex positive attitude really make this an even more pleasant experience for something that can still be considered a little awkward.

Overall great experience every time we come in! Kaylin has been our go to gal, she knows everything and always recommends great stuff. I love coming here every time!

This shop is great for the area, there are a couple in the are for adult shops but this by far is the best and most professional. The staff is kind and very helpful to make sure you know about the products you’re want and buy. I highly recommend this place, it’s very well organized and ordered. The things that we have purchased her have been excellent and very reasonably priced. If you’re looking to explore a bit I recommend this place, they will help you find what you need and make sure you know the ins and out of what you buy.

Purchased an expensive item and I was told the store would handle any issues just bring the receipt. Two weeks later the product suffered a partial failure only to have them tell me its working fine. When they compared to their demonstrator to the one I purchased it was obviously not even close to having the same functionality and the answer was... well they are different. So, it is not operating as sold, the one they compared it to was working as designed, and when I said that is how it used to work the answer was well this is a different model and then she would find every reason possible not to stand behind their product including blaming me for not liking it which is funny as I only wanted to exchange for a working product. I would of even taken the demonstrator.BEWARE - anyone can sell you something, but only the good places will stand behind their products. If you buy something do not expect them to address any issues. I would give them less than one star but it is not an option.

My boyfriend and I came in right before close and Staycee was very patient and even stayed open a little late to help us. She was super helpful and made us both feel extremely comfortable! She found us exactly what we needed and was super sweet and professional. We’re definitely coming back here soon!

First time coming to this place and I LOVED IT! I felt overwhelmed in the beginning with such a large variety if products, but Staycee came to the rescue and showed me the products descriptively and was I able to choose one that was for me. Thank you so much Staycee! Would totally recommend!

Go in on Sundays to see Lexy, she is AMAZING! She made me feel very comfortable and gave great advice on all the toys and items they currently sell. She wasn’t pushy and is a great conversationalist! She is a shining example of customer service.

Matthew the store manager is amazing. He was fun, sweet, and very knowledgeable about the products. He showed us how some of the products worked and let us sample some tasty lubricants. The store is clean and have lots of items to keep the bedroom spicy. Please visit the store and ask for Matthew. :)

We were visiting from Little Rock and decided to stop by. We were really glad we did!The woman who helped us was very helpful and funny, making our visit thoroughly enjoyable. The store was in no way uncomfortable or tacky, it was very tasteful and adorned with clever signs. We left with items that made our evening! We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Texas.

This place is great! Very Classy. Not Tacky. The manager was very friendly & knowledgeable. The company has a great policy that allows returns! They offer educational classes. I was not intimidated, embarrassed, or in any way uncomfortable about entering, looking around, asking questions or even taking pictures of a few interesting items. Sex is a natural part of life & a vital, even expected part of a marriage, so as a married lady, I want to be able to educate myself on anything that might enhance or improve my married life without feeling like Im doing something wrong or illicit. Im past the tee-hee-hee uptight sex stage of life and into the relax & enjoy it stage. This the perfect store for either & I highly recommend checking it out!!
