My kids (9 & 8) love FunZ. There is so much to do

I love this place. It is a great way for kids to have fun and get exercise.

What a great place to burn energy. My son had a blast. I wish the one in Orono would get a few more things like this one like a zip line or climbing wall

Staff was really nice and helpful. Very surprised, as they were all pretty young. Very polite and re respectable young adults who made a mothers night on her sons 7th birthday. I appreciated everything they did to help make our night special. Thank you.

My littles absolutely loved this place! we went during a vacation week so it was absolutely packed but even with so many people there was plenty of room for my 3 & 5 year olds to play safely safely. I was impressed with the fact at the cashier said it wasnt necessary for me to buy a bracelet if I was only going to be jumping with the kids, because I was willing to pay for one but really didnt need it.... So I appreciated her honesty and not just making the extra few bucks, because as a single mom every dollar count! most of the employees I came across for young adults all of them were extremely friendly, went out of their way to help the kids and did their best to keep everything running smoothly. obviously there are tons of trampolines but there is also a velcro while you can jump onto a ropes course for kids a playhouse type thing thats has several slides that go down into ball pits and such. My kids had a great time here I think it was around $12 for an hour which was perfect amount of time for them as they were pretty worn out as the end of that our came up. We will definitely be going back to check it out again, great way to meet new people and its a great way for the kids to get all that extra energy out especially when the weather is in permitting outside play.

Nice place to bring the kids, especially when its cold outside. The place has easily tripled in size and they offer areas from Toddler age up to teenagers. Probably one of the biggest trampoline parks in the state

Wow!!! The best money spent for the fun! We had a blast. Little tip though... dont give the kids sugar drinks! They will throw up from all the jumping fun. A woman with a two year old boy was walking by us. All of a sudden projectile fruit punch juice all over the floor just far enough so it didnt cover us!

It was fun but as soon as we arrived I realized just how gross the whole idea was. It was over for me when I noticed one of the workers was carrying a can of febreze in his pocket and spraying it all over the trampolines now and again..... I like not having other peoples germs on me and dont think Ill return to this or any other trampoline park........

Kids had a great time!

It was over all “fun” for my children but as I shortly realized after doing a few rounds with my daughter that some of the playground is extremely dirty, some of the foam cushioning is not there I stepped on just plan wood, there are wires hanging from the green gun in the ball pit play ground areas that are just free, most of the activity areas aren’t super Ed but for the zip line, the hug foam pit out back wasent supervise it’s says jump at tour own risk but while I had my children over there trying to use it there were kids jumping over and almost on top of each other younger and older didn’t seem safe so we left and didn’t even bother to try because we couldn’t even get in because no one wanted to take turns ( no lines probably be easier and safer ) I think will stick to urban air. The staff seem to be younger male and females that were just standing In a corner all on there phone. I also had to tell the dude to add our discount and he straight cut me off in the middle of spelling my first name and said uh last name because my name is difficult to spell and pernouce over all I think we won’t be returning it was fun for myKids who didn’t realize the dirt and hazard behind some of there equipment

Birthday party today and the kiddos had an absolute blast. The staff were extraordinary helpful and friendly. However, the teen area absolutely reeked of feces. Like, overpowering stench of poop, the entire 2 hours we were there. The kids were none the wiser though, and never wanted to leave. So, you win some, you lose some.

The biggest area to jump was closed off due to a roof leak. This significantly reduced the places where the big kids could jump. If I had known, I would have gone to Get Air. They didnt warn us before we paid our when we called with questions.

Fun for all ages of children, expanded areas are more for older kids and they put in massage chairs but none of them worked and the atm didnt work either

My son loves it here but it’s pretty dirty and a lot of areas are damaged/broken/unsafe and fixed with duct tape. It’s a bit cringey and I wish they put more effort into keeping the place clean and in proper working order.

Fun for the kids!The only problem was there wasnt anyone monitoring the park itself and there was trash all over the floor & an excessive amount of balls from the ball pit all over the floor, people with their street shoes still on which we though we had to take off.

Lots to do here besides trampolines! The zip line was my 10 year old niece’s favorite. The climbing wall looked as challenging as you want to make it.The area is clean and well monitored. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Told my husband we need a date night here. Can’t beat the price. We’ll be back for sure!

Its a super fun place for kiddos! Clean and full of activities. Reason Im giving 2 stars is based on a staff member experience. ONE certin member. my niece was in the playland area sitting JUST sitting in the ball pit with my 1 yr old daughter when a staff member came up and got down to there level and AGGRESSIVELY and RUDELY said YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL THIS IS FOR LITTLE KIDS AND A 2 YR OLD JUST GOT HURT! My niece stated she was just sitting in there with her cousin but before she could get the 4th word out, the staff member walked away. Did not even say it nicely or to a parent. Which I was confused as to why my niece was being spoken to when there was children older then 7 and 8 who were pushing each other down the slides when children didnt want them to. WE were present when this child got hurt...not a staff member. NO other child caused this injury and I was very unhappy that she felt it was ok to even talk to these children this way. I also dont like that none of the staff have name tags. Because every other staff member was amazing and helpful. However, the staff member who decided to approach my niece and 1 yr old was not appreciated!!

I went here and as many upgrades as they have, the one cool place in there is for experienced teens. So a person who worked there asked my 12 year old brother how old he was! On top of that we payed $77 for 2 hours for 3 people and a pair of socks. There was no deal or anything and we only jumped for about an hour and a half before leaving.

Kids can play while parents get a massage in one of the SEVERAL massage chairs located throughout the park.. great for toddlers OR teens!

We had SO MUCH FUN with our 2.5yos. It looks like theyre still working on renovations and adding new attractions, but what theyve got already is AWESOME. Staff arent there to supervise your kids, so plan to watch your littles or jump with them.

Best for kids and kids at heart. Great for teens too.

My 3 year old grandson is extremely active. Perfect healthy place to take him to expel his active energy.

I took two of my Grandsons, one age 7, the other age 14. They both has fun. It was my first time there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was well monitored and clean. There were at least 5 birthday parties happening, but it was not crowded at all. I would recommend this to a friend. Fun for all ages!

My daughter and I just got home from our first visit. I expected it to be busy but I had no idea HOW busy. We both had a great time. The only thing that couldve made it better is more attentive parents, but thats not the fault of the business. Even my daughter escaped me at one point and crashed someones birthday party while I was in the bathroom, so I understand. Thank you for providing such an awesome source of entertainment for kids and parents to enjoy together in our community!

Worst place Ive ever brought my children. Area for small children near impossible to keep an eye on them. Kids jumping on other kids. Paid 120 because was told would be cheaper and got a discount for my fiancee and I to not jump. One kid pushing kids off the large red slide but attendant just standing there with the whistle in his mouth. Worst experience Ive had at a family place. Got in at 215 left at 3. As I was leaving my son was upset so threw a tantrum. Thats my own problem. However, An employee turned and laughed and said having too much fun arent ya to my kid. Uncalled for and unprofessional

At a birthday party at this place and they refused to refund a pair of socks. This is crazy... she gave me a 1/2 hour free to jump. And I told her that I have 3 of them that I have not used, MIND YOU THE VALUE OF THIS PASS IS $10.00...I just wanted my $3.00 back. so un happy... AND they just lost 3 birthday partys because of this. Not a good experience.

This place is the best u can bring ur kids here and they would want to play all day

This building was renovated at such a high rate of speed, that safety was never and still isnt a concern. The big foam pit has a sagging trampoline holding the foam. So when you jump in, you actually hit the floor and the 2×4s laying on the floor. I seen a child get injured resulting in a bruise on her leg. The danger still remains. Nothing has been done. The wire to the zip line is NOT standard and the handles to it are not secured properly. Which causing metal fragments to fray off the line. Spreading metal all about the foam and many walking surfaces. One piece that ended up through my childs foot. After speaking with a friend her 5yr old daughter also got metal in her foot. When brought to the front desks attention everybody stood there without even flinching. Nobody ever walked up to take a look. Theirs equipment that is taped back together. The young workers are left unattended and behave as if they were at a night club. I would actually like to know how to go about getting this death trap facility inspected. The 10 and under area where the slides are, are bolted down in random positions so it causes the slide to be unsafe. All of the areas for climbing are barely hanging on. They have the bumper cars and pool tables on the other side which nobody has an answer for when that will be put together. Nobody seems to know anything there. Also that area where the pool tables, tools and junk are hanging around, if a child got back there they would get seriously hurt. And people just dropping their kids off there should be against the law. The new upgrade started off looking nice but safety should come first. You cant just cut corners risk people getting hurt to save a couple bucks. Kids swearing at the front desk. The place is a joke. FunZ Trampoline Park. To cheap to even update your website!

As always my children have a lot of fun but I do find that the place is needing more and more repairs.

My son had his 7th birthday party here recently, the manager was incredibly accommodating, facility was clean and all the kids had a great time! Very affordable!

Great place, clean. only negative thing they play a lot of violent music in the evening I’ve had to ask them on more than one occasion to change the music.

It was really fun, but at the end all 8 of my friends and I wanted dip and dots. There was none in the case. . We asked the employee if there were anymore . She told us she would ask her manager. We waited a good 20-30 minutes. Walked over to ask again, the employee said she spoke to her manager and all they said was oh.

Really fun place, lots to do for all ages! As a mom I joined in and jumped too, some of the teens in the park as well as staff helped me and the kids out learning how to utilize the parkour park :) staff was courteous and knowledgeable, they really added a lot on. It was a great time for the price!

Went for a kids birthday party and had fun as an adult! They have a Velcro wall, hamster balls to get inside, an obstacle course, climbing wall and huge foam pit to jump in.

So much fun for the kids! Not just trampolines! Ball pits, slides, a real jungle gym, not those weak vanilla ones that schools are forced to buy. Also ziplines and trampoline basketball and velcro suits and just too many things to list! Well worth the time and money!

This place is great for kids of all sizes. They have sections for toddlers and teens. Currently setting up bumper cars so that will be ready soon. They also have a giant obstacle course for kids! Teens...there are zip lines, rock wall, bubble bounce, and a wall of velcro for a suit you wear and stick to the wall

This place is amazing. I have kids ages 1-6 and they all had a blast. The 1 year old didnt do much but the 2-6 did everything! Ropes course, ninja warrior style obsaclte course with foam pits, rock wall, zip line, giant indoor jungle gym. A fantasy land for the family.

This place is fun for ALL ages! (Well except “old” people like me. Lol!) The kids have been MANY times. If they had their way, they’d go daily. Thank you for such a fun, safe place for the kids to play.

Fun for kids but no wifi for the customers.

Very fun for my toddler. Seperate areas for him to play so I didnt worry about him getting hurt with other bigger kids. Staff wasnt super observant was my only worry.

Awesome place. Lots of different things to do, and it was surprisingly affordable.

Room for birthday party not large enough ordered 4 pizzas got 2. Got 2 more at 4:30 when it was time to leave. Room was not ready when we arrived at 130. Had to decorate while birthday girl was there. 2 ambulances within 2 hours: it appeared 2 children with neck braces on, carried out on stretchers. Unsupervised chaos. Staff could not find previously signed waivers. Really?

I brought my 2 year old to jump and on the google search the hours said it opened at 11am. I didn’t look at the air parks own website however and that had the correct times. It actually didn’t open until 3 on mondays. The general manager was there and she was so pleasant and instead of turning us away she actually invited us to stay and try it out for free. She made it an amazing first visit for my son and myself. We will be back for sure and cannot wait to see the remodel when it opens!! Five star customer service. Thank you.

There is nothing else like this for younger children in the state of Maine. I really hope FunZ Trampoline Park does well managing all the business they are receiving and will continue to receive. Some sort of security for the front door would be a good idea considering the volume of youngsters. Also more adult staff to make sure children are in age aprappropriate locations of the park. So excited for our next visit!!! Keeping up with saftey will be key for this park.

The place was fun and my kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, but the staff at the front desk seemed to be more involved with each other than being there for their customers. I had to explain myself to the employee at least three times and also had to complete my jump pass purchase in three different transactions.

Wont go back they let adults play with small kids mine got hurt dont go go

Nice clean facility. Unfortunately the people watching over the jumpers are not too on top of things. I have been there about four times, and seen some pretty crazy interactions between guests. Often times its because somebody jumps too soon right on top of another person, it can be pretty dangerous. Watch yourself and kids really well here and otherwise the prices are right especially on certain days and theres always coupons around. Great for winter and fall time fun I have not been in the summer and spring, i.e. the warmer months

The new addition to the jump park is really great ! The kids loved it and the staff is very friendly and great with the kids. The manager is wonderful and very welcoming .

Kids had fun. But I was trying tofigure out the massage chair when the kid took came over and told me I could have said unless I was putting in money which I was. Told me to get out of them. Very rude like.

Ive never actually been to this place but from what Ive read from the other reviews and from what Ive heard from friends, I can tell it sucks because Aero Air or FunZ trampoline park used to be a fun place where myself, my friends and other teenagers would go to hangout and have fun. But now the place looks like a place only targeted towards younger age groups. Disappointing.Edit: My mistake for not making it clear but Ive been to aero air plenty of times. I meant to say Ive never been to the remodeled version yet. But like I said, my friend told me that they changed the place a lot for the worse and he told me he felt uncomfortable due to parents of younger children staring at him for being a little too old for playing on some of the sections even though he wasnt even on the section made for younger kids.

Brought my kiddos to superhero day yesterday. I don’t think we’ll be back. Batman smelt heavily of cigarette smoke, my 3yr old became quite asmatic after standing near him so we had to leave an hour early. One of the owners walks around with a microphone reprimanding children. It is nice to have it clean and safer but it’s been taken to a whole new level. Not a lot of fun anymore.

Grand kids had a great time.

Its okay. The first time you go its the most fun time but the second time its kind of boring. Its kind of annoying because they have age limits to certain areas.

A little expensive but so much fun for the whole family.

Grandchildren love it there and adults can also jump and have fun with their children or grandchildren.

Oh yes I had a ton of fun jumping around with the kids. I wish maybe they had food or something available but I do get why they dont.

Was their last night for a birthday party ..first time there..It was crazy busy kids everywhere ..it seemed no order to the chaos..in the couple hours I was there I noticed a few things ..party spaces were small..bathrooms were clean for it being a kids place..parents need to supervise their kids ..Their was a baby little guy walking around in the back section no parent anywhere ..No staff in the back monitoring anyone ..We had an incident where two teenage girls and a boy started chucking the dodgeball at.my kid and his friend..who was in the corner resting because he has asthma..not cool..we were back n forth monitoring our kids ..and in a span of five minutes this happens ..why its so important to have staff monitoring each section..I have read the other reviews and some teens dont like parents monitoring their kids ..act decent and we wouldnt have too..my sons friend has welts on him..those kids pelted him so hard ..not cool..Idk.if we will be going back..it all seemed fun at first till you notice things..all teen workers..no adult worker their ..little guys in the big kid section ..really unsafe ..lack of staff watching which is my main concern..you cannot trust parents to watch their kids ..having staff at each section monitoring for safety would be best ..my sons friends mum called to complain..so she asked me to call as well..the girl asked me to call back in 20 mins ..I did twice went straight to voicemail..left a message two hours later still nothing no callback..so here is my review ..could be an awesome place with good management but nope wont be back..

I went and this lady yelled at us for apologizing for hitting ‘her daughter’ in the face and she went to the manager yet she was harassing us, not fun.

My first and last time at this trampoline park.1. This place has some serious safety issues.-In areas that other parks have an attendee present to supervise, this place has no one. Believe the other reviews; it’s pure chaos.-The foam pit is especially perilous due to this. No attendant to make sure that kids are waiting for the last person to get out of the pit before jumping in.-Small children, including very small toddlers, were allowed in all areas despite that they have areas dedicated to small children.-For a place that was supposedly just expanded/renovated, it was very run down and shoddy. There are problems with some of the safety padding missing/damaged and other safety measures. For example, one basketball backboard has the foam duct taped on. The other has NO padding. There were hook things hanging from the ceiling. The net in the foam pit area on the left wall didn’t look like it would protect anyone from the pipe running up the wall.-The flooring. It feels like a cheap subfloor with a very cheap, thin, rubber material stapled over it. Staples visible and some areas not tacked down at all.-The “battle” area over the foam pit, near the rock wall is completely unsafe. The foam pit it is over is so incredibly small that it’s very possible someone could bash their head on the edge of the pit after being knocked down by their opponent. And the edge is not padded.2. This place is FILTHY. The floors are dirty. The trash cans overflowing. The handrails feel sticky. Water all over the bathroom tile and urine on the toilet seats. Dirt all over the stairs.3. The trampolines are smaller than Urban Air or Get Air. They are not as bouncy. Also, the areas dividing each trampoline are bigger, harder, and not only get in your way but could cause injury.4. Lockers with no locks rendering them useless. Urban Air and Get Air have lockers that allow you to use a passcode. I shouldn’t have to anticipate bringing a combination lock.5. They put your name on your sticker! And stickers?! I’m guessing anonymous, colored wristbands must cost more because this place is obviously all about cutting corners.6. No snack/drink area like other trampoline parks. You can get drinks or dippin dots, but you have to go to the same place you pay to enter. The lines were long AND this is where the non-jumpers are waiting...you know, with their dirty shoes on. No wonder the floors are so filthy.Overall, I’m calling this place “the ghetto trampoline park” which is fitting considering it’s located near the ghetto grocery store that has to lock up their grocery carts. I should have known, it is Lewiston after all.

Grandson is 2.5 and loved it. Alot of new under ten areas for him to play with.place was packed and a little chilly so wear layers.
