We love our mobile home.We especially like the way people keep their property clean.

Not having any results to get promised work completed. Iv been waiting 8 months. My next step may have to be contacting the Maine Real Estate commission to get it resolved. would not recommend buying from them. Home buying was not made easy!! They get your money and you never hear from them again.

We stopped in the look at some homes today and my husband was rudely ignored and then was told there was only one double wide to look at and she was less then enthusiast to show him. The gentleman that was also there was also rude to my husband at the doorway. We wont be going back there to do any business and encourage others to be aware of the rude staff working there.

My elderly father has moved in here recently, and this place is absolutely perfect for him. The staff were fantastic when finding a trailer home, seem to maintain their property, and the price is incredibly reasonable. It has very strict rules, which is great for someone his age. It keeps the riff raff out of the park. I do wish they would allow dogs to at least visit though, as my puppy would love to see him.

I love living here!! It is well taken care of by the owners. I feel the rules of the park makes complete sense and helps maintain the integrity of the park.

Speed bumps are too sharp.

If you want to live in a nieghborhood thats like a JAIL and FINES you for STUPID stuff
