We rented the building for an event and it worked out wonderfully. Beautiful exposed brick and wood with nice facility for exhibiting art. We had about 60-70 people present, a 3-man jazz band and offered a light meal on finger rolls, fruit and cheese. L/A arts could not have been more accomadating.
