As an elderly I got my bill reduce a bit .....nice place friendly people

Great bunny display for Easter!!

Nice, clean, well-organized, and in a nice neighborhood... Has a faint fragrance of holidays, dreams, nostalgia, and cinnamon. Typical for the chain - will definitely go there again.

Great sales on all the Christmas baking goods I needed.

I always find what I need and love the coupon

Everything is good except for the long wait on lines to check out. Very slow even when all the registers are open

Staff tired and disinterested. Shelves not fully stocked. But alot of nice Christmas stuff out.

The store was clean. I was able to get help. They jus didn’t hav what I really needed. And, had to settle which is ok. It wasn’t a complete blank trip.

Whatever Im in need of this is the place at the top of my list

Clean. Workers are Helpful. Organized. Pretty displays.

Always have what I need. Could have more cashiers.

They have everything of art craft stuff including Christmas deco...

Easy curbside pick-up. Didnt go inside but curbside pick-up was quick and responsive.

Great selection and prices! Good coupons!

Best place for arts and crafts supplies. I buy all my frames here.

Super organized i can stay here all day.

Great store. Had everything I needed and it was all easy to find. When checking out I had an online coupon and the cashier told me of another coupon I could use in addition. I thought that was so nice! She didnt have to do that but it was great that she did!

Seemed like they were out of a lot of supplies & the beading section keeps getting downsized that it makes it very hard to shop

Their staff is a mix batch of good and no good employees. Few will greet and smile, some will simply ignore you. Still it is a good place to buy art, decoration and gift packing items.

Always have what I need at reasonable prices!

I had a great experience today with Levittown Michaels the manager and employee CV did a great job

Nice store. Shelves were a little bare in some areas.

Even with the holidays and pandemic, they still get the job done.

If you can’t find it any where else, they have it. Thank you Michaels.

No ethnic items.. paper house this is us.. all other Michaels do

Cool place. Needed more graduation items.

Michaels is the best! Ive been coming here for years, and can always find something for the kids. They loved the Kids Club, we came every Saturday morning. It does get crowded, and the line can be long.

Well organized store

The store is clean. I find the supplies I need and there is no ampple parking with easy access.

Didnt have what I wanted and the store is usually a bit disorganized, but I dig it.

This store is nasty people dont help, I order in online and go to the store they say I canceled the order I never canceled my order.

Cant wait for the Halloween stuff

I have not been here in awhile and boy, the selection was terrific !!

Too many choices lol

This is one of the best Michaels I have been to. It is a little out of my way, but I will b going back there for sure.

I was in a pinch, needed a yellow t-shirt to match a costume for Halloween I found it in seconds. Couldnt believe how cheap it was. Very convenient!

Stock levels low. Otherwise good sales.

Got my last minute stuff for Christmas. Never disappointed going to Michaels.

Working on a holiday tee shirt project dound all the materials quickly and in one trip Awesome!!

Went to find a medium size storage box for my granddaughters hair clips and bands. They had so many it was really hard to decide which would work the best. So I bought more than one so she could choose the one she liked best.

Found a product that I was looking for in 5 minutes. . . Good price at 50% off. . Waited 15 minutes to check out. Busy busy busy. . Cashier said it wasnt on sale. . She only agreed when I insisted that there were signs up that said it was on sale. She did ring at 50% off or I would have left it there.

Huge variety

Love this place

We found what we needed

Very helpful staff, found what I was looking for well stocked

I ordered 2 items online. I was able to pick the items up without waiting. Thank you.

I love shopping there. They have everything you could possibly need to be creative. The sales help is so friendly and helpful too!

I love Michael’s so before anyone jumps on me about some constructive criticism please realize I am looking at this from the view of a handicapped person. While I find Michael’s aesthetically pleasing it seems that there is so much empty space in the front by the door but then when you go to get on the line its not only so long and tight because they make it this crazy one area to stand but with a rollater it’s virtually impossible to do. There are very few workers at this location and the ones there are not warm and fuzzy like one would expect in a place that people who enjoy crafting and hobby’s would at very least expect to find their employees interested in what you are doing and help you to be able to fill that basket. Seems like whenever I go in they are doing some major upheaval of merchandise so I am forced to walk around far longer looking for the items I need vs the time spent on actually enjoying myself and putting together what I want. I do have to say their PLANNER section is the absolute best of any of the Crafting stores, that area I do enjoy but its at the far back of the store, having to walk through a maze to reach it is troubling for me. Michael’s always has great coupons but if you have any of the 999 exclusions listed on the coupon as in “Name Brand” items or on sale unless if specifically says so the prices are just ok. Thee coupon off setting really helps. The 2 sometimes 3 cashiers they have on at any given time, a.m. or p.m. are in no rush, they actually seem to move in slow motion. Again another group of non smiling unhappy souls. One time I tried to make a joke about breaking my jaw on the candy I just purchased and let her know it was stale and the girl looked at me and said if your jaw was broken you wouldn’t be able to talk. I asked for a manager who took 22 minutes to come to the front desk and that was from when I started to clock it so I am sure it was over a half hour and she defended her employee and said that she would refund the money but there is no way my jaw is broken....YA THINK. It was like a Dumb and Dumber show down. But i will say I can not take off more than one star because One of my favorite things are the planners and all the stuff that goes with it, they have excellent supply for all kinds of crafts and i love their supply of decorative boxes so my “Candy Broken Jaw” and I go just not as often as I used to .

Do not go to this place until they change management. Absolutely unorganized and lost in every direction. Could not believe how much its changed in a year and a half. Waste of complete time to have visited this specific location.

Helpful people when times are tuff for all

If this is the location in Levittown than i was pleased with all the help. Very well organized.

You cannot get help here. Prices can be good. The help has no knowledge if you can find one to talk to.

They have a very limited selection. Its easier and cheaper to buy on amazon. Wish they had items and kept up with the market and new innovations. The staff also could be better...more involved and give ideas . They should have art lessons..

Love this Michaels. I take my son to camp creativity which is great for over the stunner boredom!

They have a decent yarn selection.

Michaels is always a good time. The proces are good, coupons are on point and their selection is fantastic. Sometimes the lines are hella long but everyone who works here is super nice so its okay.

This is the only place I will go to do my custom framing. I have done 5 to date so far. The staff had always gone above and beyond with helping me choose the perfect frame.

Very neat store but i wish they had great variety

I think Michaels is like the top noch craft store! It is perfect for the kids when they are bored and want to build something! I love this place and give it a 5 stars!

Clean and easy to find craft materials. Super helpful staff.

Clean stocked and organized store.

Great place for crafts or art supplies. Pick up orders on line no problem.

Great selection, well organized. I can find what I need for a wide variety of crafts and art supplies. I am glad I get their circular electronically since theres usually coupons. The coupons provide a good savings but can be a bit confusing(this must drive the cashiers a bit crazy).

Great craft store. Everytime I go I get great ideas!

Always a fun experience at Michaels. I want one of everything!! Love the selections and sales!!

My wife loves it great selection of yarn great prices

Spacious, but need more employees....

Great discounts 40%off on most items. However there were only 2 cashiers and the wait was a little long.

Typical Michaels. Well organized store. Very helpful staff, patient with for children shopping with their own money. Great deals with coupons.

You cant beat the amazing selection of items at Michaels! And they are always offering coupons to save money... Great store!

Nice and clean. Friendly and organized. The only part that sucks is the parking. Very crowded during the morning on the weekends.

Only craft store with craft wire around and I love the coupons

Prices a little high but good things are being sold

Very refreshing and almost euphoric with the professionalism experienced

Didnt find some of the DIY craft work materials that are generally available. Good for finding decorstivds etc.

Cashiers very friendly and helpful. Nice that they let me use the current coupon could not find mine. Im a single Mom it helps ALOT

Even though it was a busy shopping day, they were prepared with multiple registers open and kept the line moving. I was in and out in no time

Great coupons, great savings...they dont carry origami paper anymore.

Everything arts and crafts you can find here. Very extensive collection and stocks.

Nice selection of products

First time ordering online with them. Loved it! Ez ordering, ez pick up. Love the store for their variety but short on time to browse and needed the yarn to finish a project

Has a large assortment of items. I like to just look through all the aisles and get ideas.

Great place to shop if you artistically inclined to build your own artwork.

Great customer service, I wish they would train other businesses how to treat their customers.

Very wide variety. Knowledgeable staff. Very well organized store!! Not the most competitive prices however.

Friendly staff

This is a huge store & not one associate on the floor to help. I have asking the two cashiers for help and one said go to the back youll find the item there. Not one bit of help. This is ridiculous.

If you are creative, this place has everything you need

Great sales clean store

Fours weeks left until Christmas, no sign of restocking Christmas items

Nice place with great prices on art supplies!

Place was so organized and everything I was looking for was in stock.

Great place for all crafters. Anything your heart desires for all your projects. Love wandering up and down aisles getting ideas.

I can always find what I need

Good place to shop and great staff

Great sales and coupons. Stores have different selections

Quick in and out. You can always find a coupon online, but only works towards regularly priced merchandise.

I realy love this store.its very neat and clean.everything properly orgnized.

Great selection of crafts. Great prices, but agree with another reviewer they need to have better sale prices for the yarn. Staff if always helpful.

Always have what Im looking for!
