Great place for kids to let loose. We have been coming here since it opened. Very pricey for beverages and snacks (when they have them stocked) To my surprise, they no longer have WiFi When I bring my child here, its my down time for 90 minutes. I can bring my laptop and get a few things done online, not anymore Very disappointed.

Skyzone is a bouncing paradise. The place is large and full of organized trampoline games. Each jumper gets a section of trampoline for open jump. For other areas include a massive foam pit, dodgeball trampoline court, and slam dunk basketball jump. There are a few games off of the trampoline areas, and large tabled seating for parties/group gatherings. Snack food is available for purchase by the entrance with open seating as well. The indoor park will undergo a renovation that will add a champion course, and from what I was told, it will be similar to the ninja challenge on television, but over foam blocks. We will look forward to visiting once that is complete.

Very entertaining for kids of any age and adults. Although I have to admit it gets boring after you go a few times. I would honestly love to see a new attraction there, maybe an example like trampoline Nerf gun fights.

Two employees shined tonight when we were there. Lily and Sarah went beyond the call of duty to help us when we arrived. Also, Sky Zone was clean including the floor which can be a problem with everyone in socks. Our kids really enjoyed Glow.

Fun for the kids, food is overpriced and not that tasty. We went for a birthday party and it was great other than the food. The staff is all young kids but they are very friendly and helpful, espet Brian who helped with the party and went above and beyond to make sure the kids were happy and fed.

Food was good. Kids love jumping around but the jump time should be 2 hours instead of 1hr 30 min or maybe throw in a free VR game time for the guest of honor? Maybe, create a lazer tag space. Kids got bored after eating pizza and cake so they ran around throwing couch pillows. Im just saying an additional activity will do the trick...

So I took my daughter here today expecting to use a gift card that she had gotten for her birthday. Instead we were told that the gift card was ONLY good for the Philadelphia location. I was so disappointed because I never heard of such a thing and it was not clearly printed on the gift card “Philadelphia Location Only”. I am also pretty sure the person giving the gift was not informed that it could not be used at other locations.

Great place to bring children on the weekend. The kids had an amazing time and would not stop talking about this place on the ride home. This is definitely going to be a place to take the kids as a reward and special occasions moving forward. Awesome place!

Lacking customer service. Asked why no one answers the phone at night and the response was they shut them down from 7pm on because they don’t want to be bothered answering questions. So paying customers are a bother! What store is open without a working phone?

I have been to lots of sky zones but this one is definitely low on the list. I went on Wednesday night and it was empty. I was told ahead of time that this sky zone has a big obstacle course; however, it was smaller than expected. There was only two monkey bars, two cargo nets and a balance beam over a foam pit. They also as joisting along with the average trampolines and basketball hoops. Certain areas were blocked off such as dodgeball because there werent enough people. The staff let people do whatever they want and kids were cutting lines and jumping in front of other people while they were about to jump into the foam pit. This place needs more obstacles and more enforced guidelines for safety.

Great work out for adults and American ninja warrior training, but the old show when it was on g4 called ninja warrior, yeah that show was way better than this commercialized bull that passes for entertainment. Oh and this place is great fun for kids.

Waited 15 minutes in line on a Monday night, with 1 person being waited on, an hour before closing. There were 3 counter staff all pretending to be busy. I told the man the 3 of us were jumping. He only rung my son and I up but not his dad.... told him again, then told him our sock sizes. He forgot him again. Then after asking our sizes 3 times they were wrong still. The facility was also pretty dirty. Everything needs to be cleaned, you can see visible stains and dust in foam pots. The staff thats been their since opening is very incompetent.

Fun place and an absolute workout! Some of the more popular areas were closed (warrior course in particular), but it was still a fun day. Definitely always check Groupon for great deals vs buying there. Signing the waiver online ahead of time will also cut down your wait in line.

Terrible value if you go within an hour of “glow”. They want to charge you for both regular and then glow price also. I just wanted my kids to bounce for 2 hours. They wanted to charge me over $50 for this because they would charge for regular and the again for glow when it started an hour later. I would have had to pay for the full time of glow in addition to the regular price. The normal price is somewhere in the 20s for 2 hours. Pricing is poorly posted and the girl at the counter could care less. The manager also did not seem to grasp the price difference or if he did he did not seem to care. Watch carefully the time you go because it is not worth going within 2 hours of glow. On the plus side the place is not very crowded but at their prices I can see why. I will never come back.

Not a good birthday party place. Fine for just jumping. Kids had to jump 1 hour without drinks until put in upstairs in so called room. Presents were not allowed to be brought up and opened and after half hour of soda pizza and self brought cake and ice cream sandwiches we were asked to leave. The staff was not very friendly at all.

Horrible place honestly, a couple weeks ago I took my child and his friends to sky zone and we had to wait around an hour because they asked us to get their parents to sign a waiver. Some parents don’t have access and time to do this online if they arent there. And please fire all your employees and get new ones.

Its just a little bit too crowded. I wish they would let less people in for any interval I get that its hard because of how they have to stack people in every 15 minutes but I feel like they just over do it. It is a great time its fun for all ages you dont have to do anything too egregious if you dont want to but there isnt that many activities its dodgeball basketball jumping and then the foam pit. Which you can only jump in once and then you have to get out and get back in line. There should be more chance to play in it and have a good time.

Sky Zone is the best place to take your children to! For less than $20 you can have an hour to two hours and by the time they are done they are exhausted! When its raining or its too hot outside or snowing hahaha this is the perfect place to go!

Very nice place to just jump around and have fun. The management and employees were all super friendly. Well definitely be coming back!

Took our toddler to burn some energy. He had a blast. There are several different stations ranging from just trampolines, to dodgeball, slam dunk nets, obstacles, jousting, and foam block pits to jump into. VR stations and food stand available. Was not too crowded but a fair amount of people. Kids ranged from crawling to teens but the staff did a good job keeping the groups organized so the younger kids were not in anyones way. Charge is by the half hour, monthly passes are available, they have special events on their website so take a look.

A great place for kids. I brought my little brother here and we had such a good time. They also take safety precautions very seriously. It is a little pricey though.

Kids have a ball Everytime. Even though theres always chaos. There should be a age minimum for kids jumping on the trampoline after certain hours. There was a two year just being a regular two years old but his parents were responding fast enough. He was hitting other kids, always got hurt himself.

We stopped at McDonalds first and figured we could eat at 1 of their tables. We were not aware of their no outside food policy. When we arrived, they informed us. So we respected their policy and left the food with our shoes. When we came back from jumping, our food was gone and their was a note that no food was allowed. They took it upon themselves to throw out our food. However, we passed by some shoes that were not ours and they had a McDonalds bag as well. No one touched their food. But thats besides the point. You dont throw out peoples food. They would not give us our cash for the McDonalds but gave us a gift card. We wanted our cash back that we paid for the food...not a giftcard. Thats what happens when you have kids running the place. They all looked like teenagers.

A great place to take the kids to release major energy. Its pay per hour and for how bust it is every time Im there you would think it wouldnt be so expensive. During the week in the summer they dont make your kids wait to start which is great. There are socks for sale and snacks and drinks so if you want to spend the money you dont really need to pack anything

This place is awesome. They have a huge parking lot. It never has too many jumpers. Ur kids will have a blast

This is more of a warning than a review of the location because soft tissue injuries are very common at locations like Skyzone and are rarely discussed until after it occurs. Im an average fitness adult of 27 and by simply bouncing from one trampoline to another, I completely tore my ACL, partially tore my MCL, damaged my miniscus, and had very bad bone contusions. I injuried myself at Skyzone on July 7th 2018 at a friends party and it required full ACL reconstruction surgery on my left knee.The ambulance EMTs who picked me up said they go to that Skyzone location multiple times a week for injuries. Every doctor I talk to said they treat a patient once a week with trampoline park related injuries. Its much more common than the employees at Skyzone are allowed to tell you, and its a long, painful, and expensive process. My surgery cost upwards of 15,000 dollars. If youre critically dependant on your knee for your job, dont have health insurance, or dont want to risk a 12 month long recovery process to learn how to walk and be normal again, I wouldnt suggest going to Skyzone. Thanks for your time!Edit: The owner of Skyzone replying to my comment by saying there is risk involved and not even saying he is sorry that I got injuried sort of solidifies the point I was making with this review. Be careful going to a trampoline park everyone. The staff obviously doesnt care about your health and safety if you get hurt. Sky Zone Trampoline Park is a fun place to visit. I would like to consider myself a veteran to places as such. Before Sky Zone was around, there was a place called Rebounderz, 2007ish, which had the same concept. Trampolines on the floor and on the walls at a certain angle degree but that was it. Maybe some arcade games with place to buy pizza with soda.At Sky Zone you had all of that plus more, they added a warrior zone I like to think of it as. Where you can navigate your way through multiple obstacle courses that test your strength, agility and much more. They have cushion pits where you can dive right on in and so much more. This brings great memories back. I would recommend this place to anyone of all ages.

Worst customer service. Were at a birthday party for my sons friend. We wanted to take our son quickly to the place where our sons friends were playing. When requested the reception person to show us where the party was, she paid no attention. We had to find the party place ourselves. I would not recommend this place where rude people work.

My boys (ages 8 & 10) love it here, but like any business geared towards kids, it is a well executed money grab. Sure you can have them bounce for $17/hour, but somehow between the $3 bottle of water and the VR attraction you can easily drop big $ in a short period of time.

Thank you for being the best place around to take my 5 year old son too! I went to Skyzone for the first time a month or two ago with my son and he abosolutley loved it. I also brought my best friends 2 year old son with. Which honestly, I was a little weary about at first but he also had a complete blast. With the winter weather and not much for the kids to do at this time of year around here Skyzone is sincerely one of the best places around to take your children too. So if you have been couped up inside for to long and your kids need to get all of thier extra energy out then Skyzone is the place for you. Just an FYI if you happen to look at the prices and are hestitant about going based on that alone then I recommend if you dont have it already then to download the Groupon app and sign up. They always have great deals for Skyzone on there. I am not sure if they have them for the Philadelphia Skyzone but they usually always have them for the Levittown location at a good price and isnt to far out. Lastly, this Skyzone is CLEAN, friendly and fun for all ages!

The trampolines are great and the kids have a good time. Dont hesitate to go because of my review but be aware - they are way understaffed. The lines are long and it is total CHAOS. In addition to the trampolines there are a couple overpriced soda machines - $3 a soda - and a few video games. There are two skeeball machines that seemed smaller and easier then normal machines - maybe I was just on my game. There are also two very nice massage chairs.Be ready to wait in line. Sneak in a water bottle. Try not to get frustrated.

Been here once or twice, enjoyable enough. But what really sold it was the AWESOME indoor Google Maps Pics. Ill include a few, but you really need to check it out for yourself. Its like an odyssey.

I was a little disappointed this visit. Staff seemed overwhelmed by amount of people checking in. Food service was terrible. Took 20 minutes for fries & chicken nuggets. Fries were barely cooked. Looks like they were taken out of the bag & put on the tray. I blame myself for not feeding kids first.

So much funds for kids and adults. There are a lot of different themed areas to use at this trampoline park. I would definitely recommend going.

Clean, friendly staff, lots of fun and the kids definitely get a workout without even knowing it! You have to pay for their proprietary special socks, but its a one time thing, as once you have them they are good for future visits. When it gets really busy, the staff (mostly teenaged kids) can get a little overwhelmed trying to keep order which can be to the detriment of younger kids or less assertive ones. Lockers are not free which I feel is a bit of overkill in terms of profiteering, as it is obvious that patrons will require them in most cases. Overall, very favorable experience and have been back several times.

The crowd seemed a little rough on Saturday nights (not too busy either, go figure). A guy tried to bully himself ahead in the cashiers line and then there was a larger loud-mouthed kid who thought he needed to hurt the other kids with the dodge ball. Turns out, he was the same kid that went to the Fairless Hills YMCA and acted obnoxious and tried to bully the other kids. This same kid cried after the coaches disciplined him. His name began with an I. Overall, the place is fun. The neon hours are really cool, but the DJ was a bit loud. It seemed clean enough. Perhaps the rough clientele are hurting the business. The nice kids arent obnoxious, just the ones who werent taught about respect.

I have visited twice and really enjoyed the experience. Prices are a little high but they do run promotions during the week where you can jump for several hours for a fixed rate. My experience however has been that most kids can only jump for about an hour before getting worn out and bored. They seem to last longer when jumping with other kids but both times I visited it was deserted. Fine for us having the place to ourselves but I hope it doesnt mean we will soon lose this fun trampoline park. It would be nice if they found more activities to incorporate and lower the price slightly so I could afford to take more kids at once instead of a special treat for one at a time. Also curious to try the adult aerobics class!

Did a birthday party for my daughter here on 11/17/18. Kids had a great time, but thats what kids do! I honestly was disappointed with the party organization and not impressed at all with the staff or facility. From the beginning starting with the phone calls, they werent very clear abt the party pkg. Apparently the birthday guest is not included when paying for a party, so they add her as another child for the party pkg. Whn I arrived I assumed we would be assigned a party host (like in the Hamilton Skyzone location), the website also said that one would be included with the party. I think if they had that, it would have made all the difference! So of course they didnt have anyone attending or entertaining the kids.I asked one of the Operating Managers why and she said its $50 extra for it. Seriously, what are we paying for then! The assigned party coordinators we were given were ONLY for just the actual party. They assigned us 2 boys who decorated the section (not a private room like in Hamilton). One looked like he literally just rolled out of bed, cause apparently the girl that was assigned called out. At the end I had to micromanage them because they didnt know what was going on, didnt even entertain the kids or be enthusiastic. Because of thiss the party started late. I was told by one of them that the front desk should have put us in a bigger area for a party of 15 kids with parents, so not sure why they didnt do that. Overall disorganized party and disappointed with this location. I will definitely reconsider doing Hamilton next time because not only is it much closer, its got a rock climbing wall too which this facility doesnt, a party host and private rooms, even though its a little more on the cost. Coming to the Levittown location wasnt worth the drive or money to have the party!

Took a 2 year old to open jump, older kids running around like animals(which is their first rule, you cant do that) and the supervisors stood and watched and told my girlfriend that she had to move to the other side 5 diferent times instead of telling the older kids to stop running. Manager gave us attitude and refused to give us a refund after only 11 minutes of jumping(I purchased an hour for her and her son). Horrible experience, will never return and will never recommend anybody to go with small kids. Was thinking about having birthday party there but definitely not happening now

There are lots of trampolines and bouncy things. They are very fun to jump on and play on and the food is delicious(8 year olds review)Very busy and chaotic on the weekend. There seem to be no monitoring of kids leaving the premises and coming in. You have to keep an eye on your kids else you can loose them. Pizza was not that good. But the wait staff and party hosts were very professional and attentive. (Dads review)
