Great place for the kids to run around.... Definitely do the timed card if youre only visiting once. You can swipe the card as many times as possible in the allotted time frame. Works good for building up credits towards the game you are playing.....plus its always fun to feed all your tickets into the machine and get some useless toys as a result. Most exciting!

Great place for a party, kids have lot of fun and games

Fun for the kids, but terrible customer service. Staff was playing the games rather than helping guests. Chuck E. Comes out but doesnt do the fun dances and just tosses tickets on the floor. The general disposition of the staff isnt very friendly with the exception of the manager. The manager was upbeat and very kind and friendly to my children.

Not that much a fan, not sure if they were busy when I went but I pretty much wanted to leave in the first 20 minutes with how they delivered my food, some games I wanted to play didnt work just charged my card and didnt let me play it wasnt fun for me that one day other days are better

I gave 5 stars bc my grandson loves this place however this new card system...... I along w/ several other parents spent our time at Chuck E. Cheeses looking everywhere for the cards our children/ grandchildren misplaced. What a stupid idea on Chuck Es part!!I had to spend an additional $20 to replace the first card & I certainly wasnt allowing the wi ones to hold onto the new card after losing the first, so my time at Chuck E consisted of following kids from game to game to game. I wasnt able to sit down & enjoy watching them have fun THANKS TO THE STUPID CARD IDEA OUR BRILLIANT CHUCK E. Came up with!!

Its not as expensive as I recall from 7 or 8 yrs ago. Good place for the kids.

Good food, lots of games to chose from. Some games were down/broken. Not the cleanest and some kids were playing on the games physically, not actually using the games themselves. I feel like chucky cheese should have security and of your kid misbehaves badly, like jumps up on the skiball ramp, then everyone in your party gets thrown out.

If you are really interested in playing, its a great place! The pizza is adequate.

This Chuck E cheese is actually really clean. The staff were friendly. Their food was actually really good. Would highly recommend this particular Chuck-E-Cheese. Went on a weekend and it was not too busy, although it was mid morning. It was the first Chuck-E-Cheese I went to that was as clean as this was, and no broken machines.

Manager is really attentive. Machines in great conditions, and whenever one is not they fix it right away. Is a Good place to go with your kids.

Our party staff member Eva was amazing!! Friendly, attentive she made our party better because they were under staffed and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The manager didnt seem to care and nor did the kitchen staff. We usually love their pizza but it was made without a care. Honestly she made a bad situation good! She saved our party. She is the only reason im giving 4 stars.

So I went today with my Godson (age 5), his mother and my son (age 18). We got the 2 hour unlimited card on games. Half the time card would not work on machines. More games were out of service than would like to see but the 2 biggest complaints is 1 person for both food orders and same person trying to cover ticket prize redemption. Also when trying to redeem tickets at counting machines only 1 was working even after several customer complaints. Next time will try another location

Which they still had the section where the kids would play with the balls. Now its all arcade machines. Not the same Chuck E. Cheese anymore. Seems like it became about getting more money since you have to buy all those tokens to play games. But $100 worth of tokens, gone in 30 minutes. Waste of money. At least the pizza was good.

I think I had more fun than my boys did. Its a great place to take the kids for birthdays and just a day out with the family on a weekend. They still have Chuck the mouse shows about every hour or so. He walks around to meet the kids with a hug or a hand shake. Its the life of the party at chuck E cheeses in Leominster at the Mall of Whitney Field.

On a weekday this place can be a nice place to take a break and let the kids have some fun. On the weekends though this place can be pretty crowded so keep that in mind.

Always a good safe time with our grandson.. His smile when we leave are priceless

Small. The guy who comes out as chuck e waves, tosses like 10 tickets and leaves. Small amount of games. Fresh hot pizza though.

Its ok. I find it too be too crazy my boys start running from side to side. Am always worried they can walk out with a stranger. Staff is ok. But its not my favorite place at least not right know with my boys so little. Maybe once their older. They do offer food and endless arcade fun for the family.

Kids like all the flashing lights and every child likes the games they have but its a drag for adults...Dirty carpets, dirty tables, and the food is horrible. The pizza is expensive for what it is and tastes like cheap grocery store pizza that has been heated up in a microwave

Kids are crazy but this place makes them crazier. It is a good thing, they get tired out and take LONG naps after. Hmm, nap sounds good to me too. 8-)

Family had fun. Its fun to play games, but it was filthy, every trash can overflowing, trash all over the floors, every table was dirty. Also it really is understaffed. One person for 4 counters, i felt terrible for the staff, they seemed super stressed. Alot of the problem is people not knowing how to pick up after themselves. Which is gross! Bathrooms were clean though! Edit: ceiling was also collapsed in the climbing jungle gym slide.

Very good place to bring your kids so they have fun with you. Very good birthdays, school events, even YMCA events for the kids are host here.

Part of their Staff was great, & excellente at communicating & helping... The others, not so much. This needs to be a fun place for all, smiles, greetings, and a stress free attitude from employes; even on a very busy day can bring you more come backs in ... Thank you to the Kid at the door, he was wonderful, better than all the rest, & certainly much more helpful than the Manager. Hows that for the doorkid? Affordable clean and fun.

Been here several times over the last two years, its always the same. A great deal of the games were busted, had no tickets, and/or were simply out of order and employees were either too swamped or too lazy to fix them. Some games readily ate the token points despite being busted, and the points must be paid for in advance. Food is marginal, but insanely expensive. You really are better off taking your kids somewhere else.

The kids love this place! But many of the games dont work. You swipe your points card, it takes the credits, yet nothing happens. Pretty disappointing!

Crowded as always but fun for the kids. Dont get food there as there delivery guys lick there fingers and pick their nose before and after delivery food to your table. This we saw more than once.

Nothing exciting here. Our daughter had fun, but false advertising about Chuck E making an appearance, its just displayed on T.V. bathrooms were dirty, hand sanitizers empty. Staff not engaging, no enthusiasm and definitely under staffed. The pizza was beyond disappointing. If you want pizza dunked in a tub of butter then enjoy. It was unappealing just dripping with butter. Better places out there to spend money on for kid entertainment. This will not be a place to go back to for us.

Good Place todo tale The Kids

Chuck-E-Cheeses is a good place to bring the kids. Theres a decent amount of games and a few rides. Originally I was going to give 3 stars, but decided that wouldnt be fair so I gave 4 stars. My reasoning is the price of pizza/drinks or package deals with the playtime card is really over priced. I bought 2 medium pizzas, an appitizer plate with a few items on it, 4 fountain drinks & two play cards and spent about $70 dollars. I understand this is a luxury and not a necessity but in my opinion this is a little over priced. Again its nice to to bring children and let them run to burn energy but there are other places for a lot less money to bring the kids. Once in a while isnt bad :)

My kids love it. Kind of pricey but what else is there to do around here on cold winter days.

We went for my sons birthday and we had a great time location was clean it was friendly and it was easy to get what we needed

Went later in the afternoon/early evening. The place was packed, at least six games were out of order but still turned on taking peoples play points. There were adults playing on the same game for over an hour not letting children play the games. There is 4 ticket machines and only 2 were operational and you had adults w plastic bags full of tickets using the machines for 10, 15 minutes. The ice cream machine took my money and then spit it back out in dimes because that was not operational either . Highly disappointed with our trip there the past two weeks in a row.

My sons favorite place!♡ Could definitely be cleaner and when you book a party they really need to step it up, the food takes forever, hosts usually drag their fee, high turn around!

3 separate times one employee did not want to help us, she was so much more involved with chatting it up with her co-workers and friends about the weekend house partys. These are Children, if you dont like them dont get a job where you work with them.

I often bring my daughter to this location in Leominster and we always have a great time. I have to say I used to hate Chuck E Chesse because it was always to wild and crazy. The adult experience is a much more enjoyable experience and doesnt seem to take away from the kids fun. The food is actually very good. A nice night out for the family. Family, food and lots of fun. Kids and adults can be kids. One thing they can improve is the live Chuck E Chesse show. He was too early then didnt dance with kids, then the next hour didnt show at all and the 3rd hour was 3 mins after the show ended. I mean I would be totally unacceptable if Mickey Mouse was ever late or didnt show. Its not as if the loudspeaker doesnt give enough reminders for staff to get him ready. Seems like a very lazy Chuck E if you ask me. Seeing Chuck E Chesse is magic for some kids.

Get rid of the dam tickets. Its a hassle to take and bring em to the muncher. Use a card that will be used in place of tickets. Place smells like raw and nasty. Chucky should throw surprises like little toys and candy instead of tickets.

Id have to give a solid 2 stars. Me being a fan of Chuck E. Cheeses and going to enough stores to know how many things should be ran, Im sure I see things very different than a lot of other customers and even employees. The employees were overall nice and accommodating, but there were a few things that were not ok during my visit.-1.) Chuck E. didnt come out... At all during my time there. The TVs advertised Chuck E. was coming out and people got all confused when he didnt come out. Happened twice, as I was there for two hours and Chuck E. is advertised to come out every hour on the thirty...not! If you do not want Chuck E. to come out during the time hes supposed to (although it would still be false advertising!) you should cancel the live show via the Studio C Control Panel.2.) Many games were down. I personally was excited to see a photo booth at this store because the only others that I regularly go to that have it are the Lowell and Danvers locations. Sadly, it was broken and I was not able to get a printed picture of my visit. There was a monsters coin pusher down, as well as the soccer game and a few others. Games are no biggie though because I was not planning to play any besides the photo booth.3.) One of the game covers were open. Completely open. I could reach in and grab all the tokens if I wanted, rip the wires out, etc.! Completely unsafe for children and other visitors to this location. There is people going around cleaning the games, shouldnt they notice that the game is broken and at least unplug it or something? Nope they just cleaned it and walked away. Thats if the games were actually cleaned as advertising 4.) The Studio C Stage... Listen you guys. I dont know how long you have been going to this store or Chuck E. Cheeses in general. I have been going to this store for 3 years and I can not get over this. This store has completely failed on taking care of their animatronic show. Chuck E. no longer has eyelashes, Chuck E. slams all over the place, stares down the audience, can no longer blink, cant even open his mouth, cant look side to side, its insane how bad its gotten. I have told a few managers at this store about it during my last few visits and it did not help whatsoever. The tech has completely neglected this show. The tvs all have issues. The three main TVs still used are the classic CRTs (which I love!), but theyre on the wrong settings! The left one is all blurry, the middle one is completely fine, and the right one is in an almost 3D-like mode. Id recommend trying to go to the next closest one if youre looking for some good games and a good show! (And to actually see Chuck E. lol) With a little care these animatronics can be a childs greatest love. With no care these animatronics can become a childs worst nightmare. Choose wisely.-Love you Leominster, always have, always will! And I would love to make another review once I see improvement. Until then, this one still stands!
