Stephen made it happen...My weekend trip to ocean city with my kids was cancelled because of someone testing positive for covid at the hotel we reserved, I had bought this Groupon for my husband and I just to find out it was only for certain locations in which none were close to me. I called the Leesburg bowlero and Stephen was the Manager covering (he is from the Centreville location) and he was patient, understanding, and made sure my family was not only taken care of but had fun!!! Thank you Stephen for being so awesome and attentive.

Visited this place as double date and has been a great fun evening with bowling.Love the good food they serve !

Just came in to bowlero and purchased a Groupon code for $59 for six people for two hours with the rental shoes and the person in front told me that it won’t be added till 24 hours and I was a little bit upset but he tried like an awesome person he is and I’m glad that he tried and it actually work thank you so much CHRIS you’re the best you’re the BOMB to be honest best customer service from Chris guys I promise you that no doubts about it. If you guys need any help Chris is the man!

My son won at the claw game TWICE. Got a little stuffed animal, and also one of the great big ones. What more can I say?

We went with four kids and three adults and it was not cheap. We purchased two cards and loaded $60 worth of points on each card, so thats $120 for a solid hour of gaming. Some of the games were not working such as the cup pong game, but the others worked. Its definitely cheaper at Chuck E Cheese (better for kids) but the games are good for kids and adults at Bowlero.We went bowling after playing games and they charged us for prime time bowling on an empty Saturday afternoon for four kids under 10 yrs old, two of which were under 5 yrs old. Altogether, it was pretty expensive, but the kids had a great time and so did we! The lighting in the bowling alley is alot of fun!They also have pretty good bar food, or bowling alley food. One of those two categories... definitely wouldnt say its restaurant food though. I do NOT recommend the wings!!! The only disappointing part of the experience was the cost, otherwise its great (not the wings lol)!! Ill be going again, but not likely going to be doing it all there...for that kind of money we could be going to Hershey Park,Six Flags, or Dave & Busters!

Loved the bowling and staff! The place overall is DIRTY. There were piles of dirt, dust, hair in corners of stairs. So much debris under tables and benches. It looked like it had been there a long time. The bathroom was SO gross and dirty. It was a challenge to get my children to use it. The staff at the check in desk were excellent. Our server was great. The apps we purchased were good. The bowling system was great. I was able to add bumpers to my children and not myself. Id like to return but not until its clean. There were also several cigarette butts in the vestibule.

This place has potential to be awesome. Unfortunately the negative reviews were relevant to my experience. Long story short...It was a long wait(1hr) to bowl which was fine it was a Friday night. My party and I sat down at a booth to eat. We were PURPOSELY ignored SEVERAL times. We had to go out of way to get food and drinks. Lots of young people working there who could really care less. Way too expensive for the poor service. I should have left many times but stuck it out. Would never return even if I was offered a coupon.

Perfect bowling spot. Just large enough to accommodate work groups or parties. The music and decor set to mood, and the service is attentive. The assortment of finger foods were tasty also. Excellent bowling day/night out

Very nice bowling alley. Pretty expensive for bowling, however they do offer packages and certain nights have all you can bowl during particular hours.

Expensive and extremely rude customer service.

This Bowlero in Leesburg is much smaller than the one in Centerville, and was insanely crowded on a Friday night. Even though we had our lane from 7:00 to 9:30, more and more people kept showing up with very small (and poorly behaved) children. It was also noticeable that many of the family groups didnt practice generally accepted polite behaviors like not using someone elses ball and not running up to the lane at the same time as the person next to you.Its crazy expensive as well, which seems unavoidable nowadays, but they do have good food and a full bar.One bright spot was our server, who was very nice.The music was a weird mix of horrible teenage pop songs and the occasional good song. Good Music is obviously in the ear of the beholder, but it wasnt pleasant or retro or fun, and seemed to be geared towards very young people.Note: this place is located in a town-centre type of area so there is limited street parking and a garage a few blocks away.

The food is way better than I expected and the lane I was on was really well maintained, but the music was _painfully_ loud, suppressing almost all conversation.Youre not a club. The volume doesnt need to be even half as loud as it was tonight. Around 20% of that volume would have been fine and everyone would be happier.

If there is anything you should get more its the huge fish bowls here!!!! Other then that everything is super expensive but its expected Tuesdays are the days to go though

Good bowling experience for kids with the bumpers. Arcade is expensive and full of ticket machines. Pizza and checked fingers were quite good. Service was very good.

Definitely somewhere to go if youre looking for fun with the kids. Im here on vacation and it was awesome.Downside, the ladies at the counter are extremely rude & the smell of sewage is throughout the whole building. Probably should have this addressed.As well as the disgust of the dirty bathroom.Other than that, Id go again.

I just want to say the manager and owner of this bowling alley are simply amazing! My family and I went in this evening in hopes to bowl but when we walked in we found that the entire place had been rented out and they were closed to the public for the rest of the evening. We completely understood and I should have read the note on the door before walking in. My husband went to pick up the car and my son and I were waiting outside for him to pick us up. My 2 year old couldn’t quite grasp the concept that they were closed to the public as he saw people walking in so he was a bit hysterical but I kept trying to explain to him that we would go back tomorrow. In the time my husband got the car and pulled up, the manager came out and gave us two passes for bowling and apologized for not being able to bowl. I told him we completely understand and my 2 year old would be just fine and thanked him for the sweet gesture. Within minutes after that interaction, the sweet owner came out as we were putting my son into the car and offered for us to come in and bowl along with the others if we could find a lane. I didn’t want to be THAT family that crashed a company event (and we didn’t) but I can’t tell you how much that sweet offer meant to my family and I. We love coming here every time we go bowling and certainly will not be giving our business to anyone else but them moving forward. Thank you to the entire staff, management and ownership for such incredible service and going above and beyond for your customers, you didn’t have to do all that you did but I thank you for going the extra mile for my family and I!

I had such a great time going from game to game. I even won a few games. Ive never ever really played in an arcade like that before..but it was fun. Im 68. :)

Bowlero has good specials and the food is tasty. I really enjoy their drink specials as well. Clean, has a nice little arcade, and the bowling lanes are quite fun. Inexpensive shoe rental is a bonus. The decor is really hip too.

I called earlier on Wednesday afternoon to ask about their prices and was told $15 per person and all you can bowl after 8 pm. We got there at 8:15 pm and the person at the register was really rude and told us he can’t give us that deal because it was new years day and they have to charge more PER game.... I told them I called earlier and they said thats for Wednesdays even though it was a Wednesday...??? It didn’t make sense. And when we told them we’re gonna go somewhere else they just gave us a blank stare. Never going back.

Rough. Very rough. If I could give it no stars for service and timeliness I would. It was 20-25 minutes after sitting down before we were even acknowledged even though the place was empty except maybe 4 people at the actual bar. Guess the manager can only cut oranges bc he himself walked past several times without a word. Multiple other people left without ordering anything. Food was ok but not worth the wait. Spent about $75 on games just to pass the time while we waited so maybe that’s there thing???

Nice full service location - arcade, bowling, food and drinks with lane wait service. Be prepared to spend a fair amount here as bowling is per person, per game plus shoe rental for each bowler. $27 for my 4 year old and I to bowl 1 game. Arcade prices are the typical ripoff for our area as well. Recommend looking for a Groupon or some other discount and planning a visit here to cut costs.

Ive been to this location three times, the first time was great, the service was amazing and the staff very friendly and relatable. This most recent visit lacked the energy our party was expecting, it may just be the ambiance. The location in College Park is better according to a close friend of mine who was in attendance. The game selection is ok, the bowling is alright (lane conditions are too be expected for a non-profesional party spot). The bar drinks were also just ok. The large party food options were probably our best experience. I dont mind going here but I may look to see what else is around next time Im in the area.

This place is awesome! While my wife and I bowl, we send the kids off to the arcade games!!! The entire staff, especially the manager Chris, were more then accommodating and soooo friendly! Feel like family here! Heads up, they have a summer time special coming up with a great deal for the kids. As well as the adults who enjoy a little kids play!!!!! We will definitely be coming back for our usual family fun time!!

This place really depends on what you are looking for. Could be rated anything depending on your preferences. If you are looking for a quality place for skilled bowlers, this is absolutely not the place. If your looking for a fun, loud environment, Bowlero is a great choice. We have been twice. Loud music and lots of lights. Big screens at the end of the alley are cool. I really like the off lane seating. Lanes themselves leave a lot to be desired if you care about a score, they do not roll well, not traditional. But plenty of fun. We have had several mixed drinks, all tasted good but seemed t on be lacking much alchohol.My recommendation, go there to have fun. Laugh at your low score. Drink after.

First time I have been here and it was awesome!!! My kids had a great time playing on the arcades before we got our lane. If you go after 8 it was $13 a person for unlimited bowling. Might be a special not sure. The food was actually not bad and not really pricy like most bowling places. Great family night out and would definitely recommend.

This place is a great place. It is fun and friendly there. Everyone is very polite and cheerful. They great you with smiles. I would recommend going here. It is a great family place.

We had the pleasure of meeting the manager Benz and he was so great! As soon as we walked in he greeted us with a smile and confirmed our party setup. He assured me that he would take care of everything and he did! It was the least stressful kids party I have had so far and the kids had a blast. We will be back again for sure! Thank you Benz!

Decent as far as chain bowling alleys go- but the lane conditions and bowling bars are sub-par. Good place to go for fun with a group of friends though

Very fun but a bit pricey. What really bummed me out through was the fact that we sat at the tables by the bar and after waiting over 15 minutes we had to walk out and go somewhere else for something to eat becuase we were completely ignored, which was very disappointed and unprofessional, Especially after spending over $50 on games.

I loved reliving my childhood in the arcade and the staff are nice, wonderful people. The arcade has galaga, space invaders, pacman, Mario kart, Crossy road (a frogger-esque game, skee-ball, crane games, a photo booth, basketball, tomb raider shooter, TMNT, Alien shooter, and Cruisin blast (from what I remember). The music is a bit loud, as I was hoarse by the end of the night, but that is a minor issue overall.

Tbh, I only go for the arcade games and theyre 75% cash grabs. Who wouldve thought, right?

It was bowling, nothing fancy. Company party. The supplied (by bowlero) food was very meh. Kinda miffed that at the end of our time exactly to the second they turned the lanes off, didnt give us time to even see our final scores for the game in progress. The place was empty, it felt very cheap of them.

Had a good time while we were there. It is in a new mall. We went there to attend a birthday party and it is a wonderful place for a birthday celebration. Besides the bowling lanes they have arcade games.

This is our favorite bowling alley around here. Been here plenty of times and always had a good experience. The music is good, the ambience is nice and it is a great place to hang out. Their drinks and food can be a little on the expensive side. We havent tried their arcade games but the bowling alley is pretty nice!

Great location but that is all that is good about this place. The place is showing its age and it has only been around for a couple of years. The lanes are all worn, and the equipment in desperate need of maintenance. The lanes do not make for good bowling. They have large TVs at the end of the lanes which would be nice if you werent bowling. The staff was rarely at the bar. Our waitress was pretty good. Half of the arcade games didnt work properly. Overall, we will only be back if our friends want to go.

We payed $6 for 10 credits on a card and only got 8 and when we went to ask the guy at the table he ignored us and was giving us attitude and finally after like 1 minute of standing there he asks what and rolls his eyes then sighs and takes us to the machine and goes “I don’t know what to tell you it says you only have 8” and goes back to his cashier spot. Rude.

Unrelated to bowling, but the manger was really great. Noticed my kids wanted something they were short on for tickets and scanned a card to let them play a game to earn a few more points. I know the prizes are kind of a rip, but still a really nice gesture.

We paid $600 for 2 groups in 2 hours for food (Appetizers), beers, and 2 games of bowling. Let this place go out of business. Absurd pricing. Save yourself 85% and go to a regular bowling alley. Youll have the added benefit of not having to look at a nightclub at the end of the alley with lights, crayon colored pins, and internet videos playing on 200 screens above the lanes.

Not cooperating with customers. Being rude for asking two Lanes for a group of 8 people. I wouldnt recommend trying it. Waste of money.

Checkout took more than 40 minutes and the server lost one of our partys credit card for a few minutes. They need to review if that is a good job fit for the server. The actual bowling was fun.

We we at lane 3 and like the pin collector machine was working very poorly this minor inconvenience like really ruined my night it kept dropping pins and this was like totally annoying. Like really this is supposed to be a fine bowling establishment but the machine didn’t even work like come on. I also talked to the manager and he was no help AT ALL!!

Went to have dinner in the bar area. All of the tables were filthy and the menus were sticky. We ordered an appetizer and it took over 30 minutes to be served. The food was good once we finally got it. Used the restroom next to the bar area and it was disgusting.

Way over priced. Not clear on signage that it’s per person per game. Avoid!

Fun experience but very expensive and crowded. Arent enough places to move unused balls and its hit or miss if the lanes have oil. Probably best to catch them on a weekday when they have some solid specials

Great place for all ages

We have been coming here for years and while the food is always good, the service has been fairly hit or miss. I came today and have to say everything was outstanding! The waitstaff and the food was great and all of the workers were exceptionally friendly and kind to my son and I, especially while we were enjoying the arcade. Friendly staff are always a way to get me to come back and spend more money and we certainly will be. Thanks!

Family and I are visiting from California and this was my favorite place! The wait time can be long and it is dirty a little and some of the staff seems inexperienced but they are very friendly and I cant wait to come back!

Awesome Place. So Glad they kept it a bowling alley but revamped it! Super Cool New Style. Bartenders and Cocktails are awesome (top notch) and all staff are very hospitable! Def will being coming more regularly! Malik and Jerome were so Nice.

Very expensive for bowling but still had fun. Understaffed so there was a long wait even though we were one of two groups there. They bring your drinks to you as you bowl so thats always a plus. Pins are multi colored which is fun as well.

We went to Bowlero and told us that the waiting list was about an hour. One hour passed and no response. Two hours went and we asked how is the waiting list. The host responded we were next in line. OK that would be quick, but we waited 1 more hour and still no bowling. That experience ruined the whole Saturday for us. Not to mention that in the end we got a message saying that because of heavy reservations we wouldnt get a lane until 5 hours later. Why didnt they mention this in the beginning?! Terrible service!! I tried to reserve a lane by phone and I press the lane reservation, but then I go directly to voicemail. It is like they dont even want you to talk to them. Overall, this is the worst bowling I have ever went to. King Pinz was WAY better than this.

Fun place to go with family and friends. They dont have that many bowling lanes. However, there is an arcade area, pool table, and bar. Staff was friendly.

A good bowling alley plus gaming arcade. They even have Groupon deals going which makes things shockingly cheap. A multitude of a arcade favorites including Pac man, alien attack, missile defence, air hockey, toy hook, skeeball, hoops, Mario kart, etc.
