Just purchased a condo last week and was not notified about the need for a parking permit. My tenant’s 2 vehicles were towed and they are charging him $400.00 to retrieve them. A sign as you enter the property that says “private property” but does not say “parking by Permit only” does not indicate you need a permit. He lives there and it is robbery to do that to someone! To not tell a new owner that they need a parking permit is very underhanded!

In my opinion, avoid this complex like the plague. Through their property management company, this HOA has contracted with Battlefield Towing to tow cars away with no apparent supervision or oversight. There are no markings on the parking lot spaces or signage on the buildings indicating that it is permit parking only or that a special permit is required.By their own admission (7/28/19), Battlefield Towing (Leesburg) cruises thru the parking lot of this complex looking for cars with no permits and tows them away with no warning to the owner. They add insult to injury by charging the owners $200 for the privilege of recovering their car. This is a really abusive practice, in my opinion, and I would never invite guests here for any length of time for fear of their car being towed away. I personally spoke to two resident of this complex about this practice and both indicated they had been victims of this abuse (i.e. cars towed away).

Beautiful apartments and a nice pool butMost of the apartments are separately owned by private renters also most of the landlords want to charge you a ton of money for an apartment but they dont come in to fix anything they are straight slumlords

CCGCA is manage by Patriot Properties. If you need to contact them for any reason, you need to contact Patriot Properties directly. I have not had a problem with them yet, however the parking lots of 125 Clubhouse BADLY need to be re-striped. They sent out a notice telling you you need to park in the spaces properly, but that is very hard to do when you cant see the lines. As far as I know this will not be solved any time soon because its not in the budget. From what Ive heard, they have the highest HOA fee in the area. They do cut the grass, occasionally pick up trash outside and have garbage services.

Agree with Jenny earlier about the parking lot issue. Also, Patriot Properties is tough to get hold off on weekends, when people are more likely to have to contact them. Not a home owner, so dont know about the HOA fees
