Went here to throw an axe. Yes you read that right. It was a great way to KILL some time and learn a new skill. Dude behind the counter was super cool and gave us a great lesson which add to the overall axeperiance. If thats not your thing Im sure they have something that is.

The bowling was good but the service was less than sub par. In the middle of bowling our server went to one of the stores cause there was a sale going on in the mall. I was shocked and appalled never i received such poor service. What kind of server goes shopping in the middle of a tab. I had to wait for her to return from the sale so I could close out my tab and get my ID back.

Been here twice. First was for my sons 3rd birthday party. Enjoyed everything about it. Except the food and drinks are lil steep!

Cool place something different to do after being in the house for the last 11 months.

Enjoyed hours of stimulation and excitement here and most def coming back for more fun....soon. We began our stimulating adventure with the Adrenaline Rush k-carts. What a blast! Team member Dante walked us through a brief introduction to our soon-to-be wild ride, anticipating our excitement with a thorough explanation. We next met up with Emily who reviewed safety and driver rules, assigning our karts and we were off to the races! Truly a rush!!Next was the Bowling - spacious, clean lanes, comfortable seating area and room for everyone of all ages and abilities. Perfect in every way.The Sports Bar offered open seating where the action of the arcade provided non-stop entertainment as well as monitors to view, and with a full dining menu.The gaming arcade was massive, but not only was I pretty exhausted by this time, I was also overstimulated so I gave it a rest...for this visit. Plan to add a few games to my next experience. I understand Laser Tag is to be introduced soon as well as an Escape Room!I know where Im going to be spending a lot of time in the very near future. Check it out!

There open again! Always an amazing experience. Friendly staff and management. Its like going to a Dave-n-Busters but so less crowded. I tend to go once or twice a month and usually theres a new arcade game some where. They as well are doing there best with social distancing. Was very impressed.

My friend and I came here (ages 17-18) and had a great time. bowling alley was one of the best we have been at. the lanes were a little slick but didn’t really matter. Also had 2 employees come up and talk to us, just to talk and they even complimented us on our bowling! the arcade was great and easy to blow holes in our bank accounts. only bad part of our experience was that half of the things to do like go karts and escape rooms weren’t open until 4. overall a great time.

They have a really wide selection of activities from bowling to arcade games to pool in a small bar and a racetrack for go-karts I took my nephews there and we had a lot of fun I love that they still are open during these cold good times but are taking precautions to keep people safe as well great customer service

Staff is awesome. The activities are awesome. A little over priced ($17 for an hour of pool. $3.50 for a soda with refills) over all Ive always liked coming here. Its never packed and theres an activity in every corner.

Overall not bad. As of right now alot of games are closed for social distancing but still a good variety. The place is clean and the food/bar is reasonable. Keep in mind that the go carts, escape rooms, lazer tag, and virtual reality operate at different hours than the arcade and bowling alley.

The Sweet Chili Wings were soooo Delicious and had a bit of a kick, fries were fresh and hot and good as well! The bartender knows how to make a tasty strong drink as well!

Great arcade, bowling ally and even a go-cart track! Fair forewarning it can get expensive quick, but it has the coolest arcade with the best games Ive ever seen!

The arcade and Kid Center was good and fun. However, the bowling alley was not. We paid for an hour of bowling which should’ve been a good game and half at least for the time we had until closing. The ball return was not working properly so we had to wait a couple minutes almost every turn. We told the attendants a couple times and they said to just wait. We didn’t even get to finish one game because of it. I regret not asking for a different lane, but also I feel like that should’ve been offered to us after it was brought up the second time.

Was fun for a bit, but then the bowling lane bumpers stopped working, and then the pins didnt regenerate. We had to move twice. They added 10 minutes but then kept running them down so we lost that extra time while they fixed it. I do not recommend bowling here.Note: I rated them 2 instead of 1 because one of the workers made a valiant effort to apologize. Unfortunately, it isnt their policy to give much extra time or free games, only BOGO vouchers

I wish I had taken photos of the food. The fish and chips was absolutely delicious and amazing. Best fish ever. And of course the kids had an amazing time in the arcade.

I liked it there, it was very fun and gave the whole family a good time. In the building there is, in my opinion, too many bright lights. There is a little kids center for the younger ones, go karts, escape rooms, virtual reality, and bowling. The arcade portion is rather massive and has lots of games. The food at the bar, in my opinion, was mediocre.

We had an awesome Mother’s Day here today. We were welcomed at the bar with free Mother’s Day mimosas and the we sat and ordered some beer and appetizers. We were shocked how good the wings were! Shelli was our server and I can’t tell you how incredibly nice she was and how awesome her service was. We went to the arcade and then the go karts and had a blast! Will return!

While I’m town filming Dirty Mudder Truckers our production crew wanted to do some of their own racing around the tracks so we headed to VIA Entertainment for a few laps. The manager made a special request to to take care of our needs since we only had one day off of from filming everyday.This track has so much intense racing we have ever seen. Saturday midday visit. BOWLING REVIEW: The young lady behind the counter where you pay for bowling wasnt very friendly (but the man working with her was super nice) and I thought it was a bit pricey for the bowling time/games. We had a lot of fun, I wish the set up was different so you could have conversations without talking so loud. CAR RACING REVIEW: EXCELLENT, in every way. The employees here were perfect! So much fun, I recommend.

Arcade is ok, we could only find 2 card machines, one of which was out of order making it a chore to buy/load/replenish a game card due to the line of people waiting)not much variety, same games with different themes. The food/bar area is over priced and lacking selection. Bowling is a blast, plenty of lanes and comfortable. The restrooms/drinking fountain are disgusting!!!! I have been in new York subways that are cleaner and dont get me started on the smell!!! I dont think these places have been cleaned since it opened. Over all, a good way to kill some time and waste money. Just avoid the restrooms unless your looking for hospital stay. *if you can zoom in on the drain to the drinking fountain picture, thats layered black mold!

We went last night, which was a Saturday evening. They were super busy, but we found a high top and took a seat. They didnt have a cocktail menu due to it being worked on, but the waitress was able to list off a bunch of drinks for me that fit my taste!We put in our order (just a smapler) and we were told that a table of TWENTY got their order in first and it would be awhile before our food came out. We let her know that we had a movie in about 30 minutes. She let her manager know and came back to let us know that if they couldnt get it out they would cancel the order for is. About 5 minutes later she brought us out the sampler! That part was awesome, the sad part was the amount on the sampler.. it cost $11.00 for that..

We love coming here with out kids. The food is always fantastic and the Kids Corner was the perfect place to spend the day, especially when it is rainy out. They have comfy couches for parents! They also have a really cool projector game for the kids. 4 bounce houses and toys for the smaller kids.

Fun time with the new Lazer Tag and bowlinv. Definitely will be back.

Love this place, bi weekly family meeting, tons to do, staff is super friendly and prompt. The little ones have access to bounce houses, the big kids can play a barrage of games, biwl, ride go carts, or if you an older kid like me even enjoy an adult beverage. The food isnt half bad either

Super fun place to go with the kids. They have everything from arcade games, bowling, escape rooms and lazer tag. My personal favorite is the electric go-carts because they are super fast and handle like a nascar... its a little expensive at $15 per person per race when your paying for the whole family but at the end it was worth it...

When I first seen this place I was impressed and thought it would be lots of fun for my family and I. After spending close to $100 in games and food I went to cash out the tickets we won to get prizes for my kids. This is where things went South real quick. After putting all our tickets together we only had enough to get a pack of airheads. There is literally nothing worth the money we paid not to mention we barely played any games due to how expensive the games were to play. I will definitely not be coming back here to get ripped off again. Once was enough!

Overall, not a bad place. Good location to bring the kids for an afternoon.

The bar manager had. This unsettling energy about us he didnt want to serve us indont know if it was racially driving or gender driven but he waited till his server was done bussing a table and ahe took care of us and we tipped her well.

Saturday evening may not be the perfect time for the older crowd..... but GREAT for kids and couples! They do have some pretty sweet bowling specials for seniors during the week so we will definitely be back!! A big plus is the sports bar for those of you who hate to miss the game!

This is at the Leesburg, Fl location. Wish we would have got little more for the $200 bucks we spent reserving seating. How unprofessional the owner contacts me but leaves no way for me to reply. The $200 was for a birthday party to reserve seating basically thats all we paid for cause we didnt really get anything. We even had to pay to bring our own cake I believe. Now that I think about it you really dont deserve 4 stars I was being way too generous. We had a way better experience at family fun Center in Lakeland for our older daughters bday. We paid the same amount and had a waitress cater to our every need the whole time we were there. The area was way more private and they provided food decor and a cake but we were still able to bring our own cake for free as well and later tag tokens and mini golf. Your waitress was barely there we waited for food forever and when it arrived it was terrible. The wings were soooooooo salty. Step up your game.

Great fun and prices.

We had a lot of fun and the arcade. It cost quite a bit but it was worth it and it was fun. However when we went bowling our lane kept messing up and we paid for five people to bowl for an hour and there were only four of us but I guess its a deal for 5 people for an hour and we could not even get through one game because we kept having to reset depends because they kept falling

They decided to pull a Weve never done that on me today. Ive been bringing my son here since the arcade opened and we always bought the $50 deal and split half off onto a card for him. Today they decided to tell me they never have done that and wont do it. Im less than pleased, especially since Im pretty sure the girl called the manager thats been here the longest and has done the split for us multiple times. Im honestly confused as to what difference it makes to take 30 seconds to split the money. It gets spent all the same...

Amazing place for family fun, first dates, birthday parties, & any event that youd like to celebrate! Theres something for everyone. From go cart racing to watching the games on big screen while enjoying an ice cold draft & excellent service from the restaurant. If you havent checked it out yet, definitely give it a go! Bowling goes fast there our deal for $40 appears to be the best deal going they have great hot wings but I prefer the boneless hot wings most of all I have been to places like Gators dockside and even Hooters these things top them. Great time just wish it was a little cheaper

I took my 4 year old for the first time. He loved it. We didn’t have time for the bouncy Kids Corner, so we’ll just have to go back.Inside was clean and all the staff I talked to were polite.

First time at VIA. My son wanted to come and play in the arcade. This is 10 minutes from our house so we were excited for something closer. I went to get some food while he was in the arcade. Tables were dirty. Food over priced. I ordered a burger with fries. The menu showed lettuce and tomato didnt get that. Came out on silver tray like you were in a lunch line. Food did not taste great. My son got a sample plate. It was cheese sticks, onion rings and wings. Let us just say McDonalds chicken nuggets were bigger than these wings. Dave and Busters in over an hour away and we would rather go there.

The place is great. Its a safe place to take kids or send your teenagers. Really nice bowling alley (even has bumpers for kids) full arcade including air hockey. They also have a full bar. The food is okay, but lets be realistic, its a bowling alley. The pricing is right on par.

It is a great place to spend time with the entire family! We enjoy the food, bowling, arcades and the go-cart. We had my sons birthday party for 4 consecutive years in Via Entertainment and he and his friends had a blast every time. Staff is friendly, food is great and they have entertainment for every age.

My son and I go here all the time! Weve bowled, arcaded, even took a spin on the go karts we love it!!! Anxiously awaiting the escape rooms

Great place to have fun. The attendant Woodz that work the ticket counter for prizes was fun. He had my entire family laughing. He has great customer service. Today I celebrated my birthday at the Via entertainment it was great experience.

We held our company Family Fun Event there and it couldnt have gone better. The staff were so open and friendly and worked super hard to make sure our employees had an amazing time! We couldnt have asked for a better event!

Service is terrible. Server has ignored us most of the time. Bumpers on our lane are broken or missing. Most of the flashing lights between lanes are not working. The balls are a disgrace. Most dont have holes big enough not to just accommodate a mans hands but a womens too. A soda cost 2.68 and it is over 2/3rd ice. Asked for a pitcher water for my pregnant daughter...cant bring in outside drinks. And not server never around...they cant do a pitcher of water, but they can do a pitcher of beer. The rest of us are buying and drinking their expensive cups of ice with a little tea and soda.

I was a repeat customer until today. Sadly, the staff should have more training on the customer service side of things. It is also common sense to treat their customers right and to at least honor your word. The person(s) behind the desk looked for not only one, but several reasons to avoid honoring their groupon I had called about only two hours earlier and had been told it would be accepted the same day. Disappointed. I will not recommend or return to this place again.

The bartender is so super slow and inattentive. I sat for over ten minutes waiting for her to even acknowledge that I was there. Terrible attitude, foul mouth and body language. I wouldnt recommend wasting your time visiting the bar while here.

This place is surprisingly fun! Lots of fun stuff for all ages. They even have an indoor bounce area for young kids. Highly recommended.

I love this place and so did the kids!! Its like a local less expensive version of Dave and busters. I wouldve given it a 5 but the food we ate in the restaurant was awful. If you plan on spending the day here I suggest eating before you go or taking a break to visit a place you know you like for food. Other than that it was great! They even have a website to join that lets the kids bowl 2 games a day free all summer!! Definitely recommend

This place is great! I love taking my children here to play all of the games. It definitely reminds me of the arcades I would visit as a kid, but with all new and updated games. Its also a good place for adults, as there is a bar that serves food, billiard tables, and even a sweet go kart track! The go karts are electric and all have remote shut off for safety when a driver gets spun around the wrong direction. All in all, my family loves to visit this place and its always a good time.

Went bowling with my family yesterday after purchasing the groupon. One of the employees came up to us and told us the “men” where not to use any ball but the 10 pound ball which i have NEVER heard before at any other ally, they told us because the floor would break? Really?? After that the employees decided to stand directly behind our lane only when many other lanes where being used and watched us the whole time and made our experience very uncomfortable, as they would NOT take there eyes off of us. I had to get up and walk out with my daughter because of how uncomfortable i felt !! I will NOT be bowling there again.

This place is fantastic! Its almost an amusement park inside the mall. Theres a sports bar, a bowling alley, an arcade, go carts, pool tables, and, coming soon, an ice rink and laser tag.The food at the sports bar was pretty good, but kind of slow coming out - especially considering that there were very few people in the restaurant.The go carts give you a good bang for your buck and are some of the nicest go karts Ive ever been too, while definitely having paid the least to drive them.

Im writing this now because its taken me a few days to try and figure out how I was going to voice my complaint. On Sunday 5/26/19 a group of my friends and myself went bowling at Vias bowling alley at around 7:30pm. Upon arriving at the payment counter, one of the employees, a bald, heavy-set man. Tried to sell us an entire lane, when we refused (because it just wasnt convenient for us) he became noticeably annoyed and said well Im just trying to save you all some money again we said thank you, no thank you. After paying for our game my sister decided to ask if they had any lighter bowling balls. Weve been here before and know that they keep some behind the counter. She asked the same man if he had any size 6 balls behind the counter he then turned around, smirked at her and said, you do mean, bowling balls right? We where, I think, justifiably shocked. The whole comment was incredibly inappropriate, especially toward a paying customer. I unfortunately was to shocked and frankly angry and didnt think to get his name. But I truley hope that Via takes this complaint seriously. The whole experience left my sister and I feeling angry and disgusted. Who knows how many young customers hes been making these inappropriate comments too?

Food is on the expensive side. $15 for a large pizza. The pizza is very bland tasting not worth the $15. Bowling is also slightly expensive 2 games after shoe rental came out to $85 for 6 of us. The go kart price is outrageous $13 per person per race. Then you need to pay a $3 fee on top of it. There is a safety video on riding the go karts. Almost spent $200 might as well gone to Disney

Great place for family times!! The race track inside is awesome! The video games are excellent, but the pricing structure is somewhat confusing for first timers. Next time Ill try the bowling alley. But, beware of the bar prices ;$

Lots of fun and games for families or couples. All ages!I went a couple of months ago and the food was good. I went yesterday and I honestly dont know what happened. The pizza taste like cardboard. I expected better for a pizza that cost $15. And there was nothing special about my wings. They only poured teriyaki sauce on them and forgot the celery. And supposedly it was Taco Tuesday, but they were out of Taco meat. The young ladies working behind the bar had no restaurant/bar etiquette. The girl told us shed be back she was going to the bathroom. We watched her fix a glass of wine and put her fingers all around the mouth piece. There was another young lady who went from putting dirty glasses in the dishwasher to folder silverware on a dirty countertop, never washed her hands. I will take my kids back, but only to play games.

Used to love this place. Lots of games not working. Had to go to customer service over games not adding tickets to card. Not happy at all. This will be my last trip.

Horrible MANAGEMENT and Bartender. Bartender was RUDE, She asked for our IDs I went to go get them. Came back and she purposely ignored us, & went to take everyone else’s order,. So I went and called for management and they didn’t care to hear my side of the story and Excorted us out the door.. which I felt was rude, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL...spend your money some where else..

I had no idea there was an entertainment center in lake county! I went with my mom to bowl and seen there was an arcade and go carts. When did this happen. So much fun to knock over pins. It was quiet at that time but if anyone on Fri and sat knows about this place it must be hopping. Will definitely return to bowl some games and improve my throw.

Needs more kids stuff and kid theming

Went bowling there were barely any good balls for a 10lb or 12lb. Ball return kept keeping the ball stuck in opening where it says di not GB put hands here. Overall will go back cause its fun.

Totally awesome! Bowling, car racing, great video games, awesome for partys. The people are very kind and helpful. There is also a bar/place to eat. I loved it and my son loved it! We will return soon!
