Our first two years with WCSA have been absolutely phenomenal. First and foremost, and the kids have fun! That’s what it’s about. The coaches have created a positive learning environment, which has lead my children to develop and learn to love the game at the same time.

I enrolled my son in Junior Warren County Soccer Academy in 2016, and I was not impressed. It was his first year playing, and all the coaches assured me it was OK to have never played before. However, they never taught any basics. They tried to teach the kids all these fancy moves, and said they were grooming them for College Soccer. Hes FIVE! How can you play any sport without the foundation of the basics. I ended up feeling sad because his first soccer experience was so awkward and he didnt didnt learn anything. I felt like I failed him somehow. I gave two stars because the coaches were very nice. They really did have great personalities. I just think they should change the program for the little ones.

I have had three daughters in the program over the past 9 years. I have been very happy with the coaching, the club and, most importantly, the development of my children as not only soccer players but also young adults.

This is primarily about the Warren County tournament committee not the club as a whole. Undermining officials and blaming them for a poorly coached team and abusive coaches that dont have respect for the rules and laws of the game. Teaching rugby skills to a U14 Girls team is bound to lead to trouble. Then when a coach is held accountable for his actions with a send off, the official is removed from the tournament and the coach is released from his suspension. That is really instilling good sportsmanship to the players. This will be the second generation of whiny adults that think they are never wrong and have no consequences for their actions.Again this is one team not the club as a whole but there is no place for politics in youth sports.
