Its always interesting to visit these little museums! The tour guides bring such a great energy to the experience and make the visit even more enjoyable!
I recently went there for the first time with some friends being we were all off from college. Being from Lebanon we all were curious and wanted to learn more about it since they advertise it being a museum. When we go in we were not greeted with kindness. A lady asked why we were there and when I told her we saw it was a museum and wanted to look around. She practically snarled at us to not touch anything. We did not feel welcomed. We left in a hurry. Plus there was only one room of milk jugs on display. That’s the whole museum. I do NOT recommend going there.
This is a hidden gem in downtown Lebanon! They have 3 floors of local history with really nice displays! I highly recommend this to anyone in the area. The upper floor used to be a courthouse where James Buchanan (15th president) appeared as a lawyer!
Stupendous research archives and incredibly helpful staff.
