Friendly neighbors/people who live in that trailer park community; always wave or say hi. Never had any problems whenever Ive been over there!

People were snorting cocaine in the parking lot

This is probably the worst place Ive ever lived. The people are fine, I loved my neighbors, but the Yes Community people are horrible as well as the people working in the office.Nobody in the past year has taken notes of any conversation myself or my significant other have had with people in the office. Because nobody in the past year has done their job, were being punished. 6-7 different people have worked in the front office over the past year, only ONE of our maintenance requests over the past year was serviced. Now, were being served with an eviction even though we thought we had an agreement that was spoken about (but nobody in the office took notes about it.) Weve been moved out for almost a month, but still being served an eviction.I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy to leave here. Find somewhere else, these people will never help you no matter how many times you go to the office.

Ive had nothing but problems from this place. office staff are very rude and talk to you like youre idiot they dont answer their phones or give you a call back. Now all I want is to Move out Since Yes took over!

Nice mobile home park, lots of families live there. But some of the mobile homes are starting to look run down. And the lot rent is a little high for the area. They should take some of the money they collect and invest in a community pool to put over by the office and play area. Would be something for the community kids to enjoy

Nice place

Our family uses the club house for our extended family Christmas get together and every year it gets more run down. Its like they places it there many years ago and have done little to nothing to enhance it, let alone fix anything. This, mind you is one of the perks you get for the high lot rent you pay to live in this trailer park. The best thing about it is that theres a place to play half court basketball and a tiny play ground for the kids.

Editing my review now that weve been here several months. Weve had some minor hiccups with the rent and getting things paid properly, and the new management has been wonderful in advising us on what is needed, and staying in communication. The park is clean, without the typical trash you find in the gutters. Kids feel safe enough to play in the streets, and people drive at a reasonable pace. The neighbors Ive encountered are beyond friendly, and everybody associated with the management company has been very polite, kind and understanding. Definitely a place I enjoy living in.

Its just good

The the management basically collects money off of lot rent every month of each tenant which goes up $10 to $15 every year right now its currently at $343 a month and they literally do nothing to earn any of that money they take take care of none of the properties they maintain nothing they wont even trim branches or mow the empty lots as far as the people in the trailers for the most part its great but if youre going to pay money for something I feel like it should go towards something like the roads or maintenance

Theres a newer modular homes here theres a park for kids to play as well.

I have lived here 13 yrs!! Lot rent goes up EVERY year at least $10 or more!! But they do nothing to the grounds, no pool, not much of a play area for the kids...THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that warrants a yearly lot rent increase!! Unbelievable!!! CANT wait to sell my place and get OUT OF HERE!!!!

Went here for a family reunion. The clubhouse is in good shape and the play equipment is great for the kids.

Its a ok area. Trailers and properties look ruff. If leasing office knows you have money then you are liked. Crime rate could be better.

Ive lived here for going on 5 years and noticed that the neighborhood has declined significantly while the cost for the management company that owns Hoosier Estates raise the rent every year but does nothing to justify even collecting a dime they do nothing absolutely nothing another 10-15 years at this rate and itll be just another white trash trailer park

I live here and the management is lax enough to where you can enjoy yourself but at the same time theyre about making that money and theyre usuing all the old lots that have laid vacant for year and are prepping and utilizing them watch out potential buyer its nice but youre going to pay for it

Over priced lots, and aggressive dogs on lines so long they can reach the sidewalk. My boyfriend was dog bit there two weeks ago and had to go to emergency room with a huge happening hole in his leg!!!

Lot rent goes up yearly and I dont see any improvement with the grounds. Nothing new and the roads are really bad.

There hasnt been anything new added for years. The roads have needed to be repaved since I moved here 13 yrs ago. The lot rent goes up EVERY year!!
