During the pandemic, when everything closed we received a call but when things started to open back up I had a staff who called me and told me that they had contacted me To continue my daughters lesson. I told her I didn’t receive anything? She told me she contacted everyone through Facebook.. not sure how this is professional but I told them I didn’t have access to my Facebook anymore. Overall this place is super disorganized and very crowded to the point that my daughter could come out of her lesson because all the next class are trying to come in and on top of that they have older children in the small room.. it’s not a big building. I decided to take her to a lot better place to proceed her training for gymnastics.
I went here when I was little and I liked it. But there was some bullying that never got resolved. But they make sure you got the dances right.
Nice place children share and learn
My four-year-old granddaughter took gymnastics lessons every Monday for about a year. Recently, she was involved in the dance show that was held at the Lebanon Fairgrounds, which she really did enjoy except for the very end when most participants got a trophy for perfect attendance, she was not even acknowledged. I understood that if there were any absences the children must make-up those absences or they would not get a perfect attendance trophy. My granddaughter was unable to make up one absence. Therefore, she was aware she would not be getting a perfect attendance trophy. However, she did complete the year, but was not even acknowledged at the end of the show. To be involved in a gymnastics program for one year, completing the program (missing one practice ) purchasing a costume to participate in the dance recital at the end of the year, and then to finish without even an acknowledgment or Certificate of Participation is just shameful! Yes, Suzanne’s Dance you should be ashamed and you should feel your nerve! Furthermore, emails sent to Suzannes Dance asking a reason for this practice went unanswered. These reasons alone are enough for me to never recommend this dance school. Not a very respectable or professional institution in my opinion.
Ive been going here since I was 3 and Im now 14! I love it here! The people are very nice and not judgmental. Its a not competitive and it just for fun!!
Poor seating for parents.
