It is like they took all that was fun about Vegas and said how can we strip it of fun, atmosphere, winning. Then said lets grind every cent out of the retirement funds of the elderly. So sad possibly the most disappointing casino Ive ever seen. Nice package outside.

So originally before they shut down before Covid I had rated them a 5/5. The slots were good and the atmosphere was great.Since covid and reopening though this place isnt fun anymore. And no it has nothing to do with having to wear a mask.You arent greeted friendly anymore and the slots just arent fun. Im an elite member and I got there because this place was fun, I would leave knowing I won, even if it was only an extra $10 or $20. Im not talking big hits, I liked just the feeling of winning that little extra. And I also had fun talking to staff, now they dont talk to you and I get cleaning is important but employees are so focused on that its just not a fun atmosphere anymore.Now when I go and sit there for hours you barely hear anyone hitting jackpot and I have yet to have an employee talk to me. I have yet to walk out with any winnings as well. I get they probably need to make money they lost during those months but at this point Ill simply use the free money they give and not spend my hard earned play money.Color me unimpressed Miami Valley, you were my place to relax after a hard 16 hour shift at the hospital but alas it just wasnt meant to be. ️️

I played new games and I the food. I also like the gifts give aways. Especially the 4 piece blue cookwàre set. I enjoy cooking in it; heats evenly and cooks the food at a low temperature.

I just wish the slots won more. I spend alot of $ in there. But the service is awesome! Great staff. Just hoped for looser slots considering thats all it is.

Great place to gamble. It would have been more fun to have the entire Casino experience, but they didnt have any tables (craps, roulette, card). The slot machines were fun though. They even give you $10, if youre a 1st time patron. Overall, a good time

Great place for slots. The buffet was pretty good, maybe could have used a wider selection of certain things, but overall but bad. They have a great bar area and a wonderful stage with live music on certain nights. It has a huge dance floor, so its great for entertainment. Plenty of parking and a friendly atmosphere. Close to i-75.

I see people complaint about tight slots. I did not experience that. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Thats why they call it gambling. We got bonuses on every machine we played. Maybe we were just lucky but had a fun time. Its a nice casino and the mask rules were fine. My first time and we are coming back.

It was ok this evening.This was my first time back to MiamiValley since covid started getting bad in late February. I was diasspointed that the drink machines were closed do to the covid situation. Also some of my favorite machines were closed do to social distancing . The only positive part about the evening was that I had $20 dollars of free play on my card.

Won or lose, I can almost always count on having a good time when I come here. The restrooms are clean, the floor is immaculate, and you see people constantly cleaning the machines.However, there are a few things that need improvement. Parking for truck drivers is now nil. Parking in general is convenient, but I was told that truck drivers cant park in the outer lots because of construction which is a blatant lie because there isnt a bit of construction going on anywhere around the facility. We have worked especially hard to keep this country moving and having a place to cut back and unwind would be great for all of us.

The employees are hands down great friendly people. Win or lose you will walkout just as happy when you walked in. It is a Slots only casino. There is NO TABLES!!! And the place is still a blast.

I have never ever been to a Casino where the machines where so tight!! There wasnt very many Jackpot winners announcements like there are at Hollywood!! I would not recommend Miami Valley Gaming to anyone!! At least at Hollywood you can play and win a little and have a good time!! And Hollywood gives you cash to come and play!! Very poor

This was my first time going . I was very disappointed especially with the atmosphere, general positioning of games, and staff was slim as well uneducated in regards to the knowledge of gaming. I went to celebrate my birthday with my fiance. 2 nd worst Casino experience Ive had in my 30 years of going. I lost 1000.00 in an hour . I played on a Mayan Chief, put 500.00 through it betting 2.25 and got 8 free games which I won a whopping 14.00. Save your time and money this casino has the tightest machines in the nation. I would have gave it half a star but I actually got a cold beer from a very gracious server Dena.

Since Their reopening after COVID, they have tightened down so bad. Hard to even get to play bonuses more less make $100 last more than an hour. Also they have removed almost all my favorite meals from their menus. Would recommend you take the drive and go elsewhere.

This was our first time coming to this casino and it is very nice. We loved the way its set up and the service for drinks was very quick. Though we didnt when anything big we did see someone hit for $6900.00. we definitely want to come back here when we can stay longer.

I have never been treated so badly by any establishment. My wife and I were sitting at a machine with our beverages as I put a $100 bill into a machine. After spinning the machine twice, I was sipping my beer when I was told I “better have my mask on next time I walk around” from a guy named Carlos Mack. I then said excuse me, I am drinking my drink and cannot drink it through the mask. For some reason, Carlos if the mask police decided to disrespect me and my wife further saying we could leave. I then cashed out my machine after two rolls and headed towards the cashier where I was followed and harassed further. The worst part is my wife who had the mask on the entire time was being disrespected by this guy. I couldn’t believe it! I was so furious I turned around and asked the guy politely to leave us alone as we were on our way out the door. After calling to explain the situation, I spoke on the phone to a “Berkie(?)”, who decided to hang up on me once I tried explaining the situation and my intentions of the phone call. I can honestly say I will never return even tho my wife works in Monroe and I frequently have visited this “racino” since the day they opened. I am very disappointed in how aggressive the staff were towards customers who spend a lot of time and money in the establishment. I honestly never want to go back!

Beats Dayton Raceway, drive the extra 20 miles for a much cleaner casino w a staff that understands customer service.. and machine pay % seems relatively good for a track.. also like the fact its not in a mid / major city, kinda in between Dayton and cincinnati. The only area that could use improvement is in the dining and more specifically the comps available for food. Takes too much play to get a free sandwich.. (compared to other casinos)They do give you free play when you sign up so thats a plus.

If you like Taco Bell and theres a lot of us out there Im sure you will like this restaurant its one of the most efficient around although the dining room is still closed

We love this casino but your bartenders are overworked. We have been there 4 times since you opened. We sit at the bar and I have been right by where they take orders. The bartenders are running around trying to get soft drinks and water on top of their regular drink orders. They need help. Today they had servers trying to help them stock the bar. You need to bring back more bartenders. We love them all. I hate to sit there and see the frustration. It’s not fair to them at all. You need to do something about this

Went to the casino, my husband and friend got in, but I was not allowed to enter because I showed a print out ID issued from the license bureau. This woman at the door wanted the print out, and my EXPIRED ID, news flash lady centerville BMV kept my expired ID, as it was my birthday and now we have to wait for our new ones in the mail. I’m in my 30’s, clearly wrinkles and all. Not to mention everyone I was with was 30+, but it makes so much sense that I’m underage with them. Either way, it’s sad that a government issued ID is not accepted to enter a casino in yet It can be used for anything else, anywhere else. Not to mention, if I were to show an expired ID only it would not be accepted. But now you need my expired ID? What a joke, happy birthday to me!

This place is always busy. They have music on the weekends. The game selection is good. The beer selection is really good and reasonably priced. We also went to Sin City. It is a really nice place to eat inside the casino. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
