Very cool playground for kids. Made me want to go play. There is staff in the playground area as well which is nice. We came right before closing so we didnt have a lot of time to see everything there is to offer but we will go back next time we are in Lebanon.

I have been here for a birthday party, and the kids had fun, but it was a younger childs party (age 5). I was considering it for my sons 8th birthday party. I jumped on Google to see if parents had any comments on what age range was good, and that 8 wasnt getting too old to enjoy the fun. I have to say, I am really put off by the owners/management responses to negative feedback. I think the responses lack professionalism. Businesses should welcome all feedback, and use it to grow and improve customer service. Not question the ability of a consumer to intelligently write an honest review. Its kind of like being the bigger person. I have decided to not have my sons party here. Too risky Ill receive this type of customer service while at the facility. I dont want any extra stress that day.

Looks small from the outside but wonderful inside. One of the few places that doesnt just have a play area but also has inflatables. However its the staff that makes this place. They are caring and helpful and always give each child a personalized experience. I have been here several times and they have even set up the inflatable for my child even when no one else was there to play. The customer service cannot be beat here.

This place was awesome! Staff was very friendly. The facility & restrooms were amazing clean. Game prices were a bargain! Inflantables & jungle gyms were great! Grandchlidren had a great time. Great bargain & will be back again!

This was my third visit, and second time for a birthday party. Friendly, courteous service, well-organized so that parents can enjoy time with their children and other adults. Kids have so much fun, climbing, sliding, and playing games.

Meh... they say 2-12 ages. More like 2-9 ages. Arcade games are for ages 4-9. EVERYTHING here has a price. Even an empty cup. I wont be surprised if they dont find a way to charge for air/oxygen by measuring in units of volume.You cant even bring in a bottled water. So I asked for a cup so I could use the water fountain.NOPE!In order to have a cup, I had to BUY a cup. But it didnt stop at that. In order to buy THEIR cup, I also had to buy a canned soft drink.You dont make friends (customers) by being greedy, especially money hungry.

I’m the the only one with a bad experience with this place and the owner...So when me and my friend first walked in, we got a poor greeting we were asked in such a impolite tone. The lady at the counter says “why are you here” and my friend and I were waiting on a friend to get off. And we didn’t feel like waiting in the car... I thought since it was a local family place it was gonna be more greet-full. I was wrong. She said we can’t wait on our friend. But we did anyways. About 30 min later We end up seeing her while she was working. And we were having a casual conversation. Till the owner who was dressed like a security guy walks up and tells me and my friend, we are a threat to the place and we need to leave. I still want answers on how we were but even he knows it was bs. I have a sister who goes to this place a lot. She won’t be going at all anymore. The kids working there do their best. It’s sad to see it under such poor management.After owners response: I don’t know where you are pulling these so called “facts”... maybe from the garbage... we were never told we couldn’t stop by, you are very low to have to lie about that... and if you read my review, you would know I mentioned being told “we can’t wait on our friend” (word for word). I admitted to ignoring that. We were only told once, no more after that. And that was when we first entered the jump stop that we were told that... we were never once told we couldn’t talk to our friend. You pulled that one Straight out from the dumpster. Lying doesn’t do anything... when you want to tell the truth. Instead of accusing me and and my friend of being threats to the place. Tell me and my friend we are distracting your employee... I completely respect that. But don’t accuse us of being threats to the place... I also didn’t know having a conversation had anything to do with the “safety of children” especially because she was inside the play area and there are nets ensuring the safety of the kids. She was on the ground 2nd of all, and she was doing a good job pushing kids across the platform whenever they wanted to be pushed... you sound so dumb and I won’t ever be bringing anyone I know back to this place. And I’ll make sure others know how you handle the “threats to the place”... you have yet to answer why we were a threat to the place... and if we were 35 year old with no kids who walked in it would be different. But I’m 17 (b day is in June, almost 18). And my friend is 17 as well. Don’t play the age game. Like being 16 years old is a crime. Here is the story....We walk in, get told we can’t wait on our friend. That’s a fact. Whatever you think she said to us. Is complete bs. We waited anyways. We see her and say hi, and have a small conversation. The Conversation then gets interrupted by you. you then proceed to tell me and my friend we are a threat to the place. Me and my friend then leave in a peaceful manner. Asking how we are a threat respectfully is not being violent. We then waited out in the car on the other parking lot, which is not your property... I had to edit this a bit to be more review friendly for parents wanting to know about this place.

Took my 2 grandsons to Jump Stop Safari today for a birthday party. They had a fantastic time and didnt want to leave! The place is really clean and the staff is very friendly.

Highly recommend this place! Attended two parties here and all the kids had fun. Very bright, clean and lots to do. Party was very organized by hostess.

This is a fun place! Took my 5 year old son last week and he is still talking about Jump Stop Safari! Only he says it with a funny lisp. Very safe fun zone with plenty of supervision from the staff. His favorite was playing kick ball in the alligator bounce house. We will be back for the special buy one get one free on Tuesday Nights!

Rules, rules, and more rules... Posted everywhere and enforcers at the ready... Main climbing gym is good, though price is a bit higher than other comparable places. Parents have to pay to accompany young children, thats a first! Facility is safe and clean and there are contemporary arcade game options. 2-3 year old space is tiny and no parents allowed (locked gate). Inflatable options are are good, though they alternate one at a time. Barely anyone here for kids to play with during open play but maybe thats hit and miss. If you live near here, its ok, but maybe worth the drive elsewhere if you are looking for more kid interaction. Would be great for private events. Could benefit from some fun music to create more of an atmosphere. Also a system to ensure leaving adults only take their children would bring this up to security expectations. My son definitely enjoyed himself even though he was pretty much flying solo Im expecting a retort from the owner quoting ohio regulations for previous rule comments...

I took my 3 grandkids (9, 6 & 5) for a 1 - 4 session on Saturday. $24 at the door and they played in the jungle for an hour. Bought $10 each in game tokens (100 for $20) and they spent an hour burning through those another hour in the inflatables and they fell asleep on the ride home. The lady at the counter was helpful and courteous. The man running the show was polite, but firm when my rambunctious grandson took off his socks while playing at the end of the session, he let all the kids in the gym play a round of putt putt on the house and engaged with them well. Two young adults worked in the gym and at the inflatables and were great with the kids if we find ourselves in Lebanon with a few hours to spend, well definitely return. Great experience for pre-adolescent kids.

I went to this place and absolutely hated it. The equipment is alright but it is the staff that makes it extremely awkward! It is a creepy feeling, the staff just stares at you( parent as well as child) in such a manner that it causes you to become uncomfortable. I also dislike the fact that the parent has to pay $5 to accompany their child through the climbing obstacle. 1 parent can only go with the child no matter how many children you have. The explanation for this is if there is a problem it only takes 1 parent to resolve it. Well I can somewhat understand this. Both my wife and I are very involved with our children. I go in these obstacles to see their faces and cheer them on. They seem to turn off the bounce house frequently and move the children around from the very small arcade area to the climbing obstacle area then back to the bounce area which again is turned off quickly. The coin system for the blow gun is ridiculous. 2 coins for a minute and 15 seconds I believe. By the time the child gets going its off and you have to pour more coins in! The other arcade games kept breaking down as well. The staff is why I will never go back! The older man who Im guessing is the owner made me very uncomfortable as a parent. The way he would watch the kids was strange. I tried to hold a conversation with him but it almost seemed like he was incompetent.Stay Close to your Kids and WATCH them always!

One of the cleanest kids places Ive been to ever! My son thought he was in paradise...and theres a lot a fun stuff for kids of all ages to play on! The staff was very friendly and learned my sons name right away. Ill be back...

My daughter loves this place and even had a birthday party here. Our host was helpful and friendly. I cant remember the exact package name we bought, but I know it was supposed to include a visit from Ziggly the zebra, which for some reason he never showed up. (I totally forgot about it during the party with all the caos). The only complaint I really have and reason for my comment is that I agree the owner does give off a creepy vibe. He watches so intently that I cannot tell if hes just weird/ creepy or watching to ensure the rules are being followed by guest. My wife has decided a few times not to go here around closing time or when there are less people there because of this. However, it is a fun place for kids & my daughter does love it very much.
