Gezer Park

Fun park! It has a cool recreation of a the Gezer area in Israel and the play equipment is great for most ages from 2 and above Id say.Theres a nice stream that kids love to walk through and its close to a price chopper if you need to buy snacks and have a quick picnic and playtimeThe digging area is great for little ones who cant use the bigger equipment (1yr and younger)

Truly love this place I found it a couple months back and I come here every week.. it has a beautiful clean restroom and a changing a rear for a baby super amazing and theres a nice walking area as well as a water theme and theres a benchs and a reserved area pretty much you can say for like a cookout and its super beautiful and its around in the open area safe and as well they have a sand area for the kids which is awesome in a little bit of History going back showing the children what took place and how they used to use sand...

Great park for toddlers to engage with nature and science. The shade covering on the playground was a nice surprise for hot summer days.

Great neighborhood Park at 113rd & Mission in Leawood. Two shelter areas, restrooms, playground, a little Creek and small lake, grape vineyard, etc. Very well planned and thoughtful layout.

Water feature is cool...until your toddler jumps in it and gets soaken wet and your forced to go home to change cuz its cold outside.

Beautiful park honoring the Gezer Region in Israel. There are walking trails, a playground, sculptures, and designed with a nod to Israels history and plant life. While there arent any shade trees in the parking area, it is a treat to visit.

To small.. I didnt see a fenced in area.. Still it was a pretty place.

This is one of my favorite parks in KC! Very clean and well kept - the City does great work here.

Some parks exhude a sense of equilibrium and serenity. This Park is one of them. My soul feels a level of much needed stillness after a hectic day in the corporate sector when I come here. The sound of water, the perfectly manicured garden and plants as well as the sculpted stone are pleasing to the eye and the mind. I appreciate the information provided on the inspiration and history on the park and oh, did I mention the miniature vineyard!

Hands down the best park in the KC area I’ve ever spent time at.! Great playground, BEAUTIFUL walking trail, a stream that runs through the park, clean restrooms, grape vines that actually produce grapes for people to pick in small quantities. There’s something there whether you’re 2 or 92.

Great park, not too large and generally always some construction.

Incredible! Great for kids off all ages and typically not many other people at this kids favorite. Great walking trails as well for those with four legged friends.

Best park for Pokemon and Wizards Unite. One walk around the park gets you a ton of resources and captures/items. Lots of inns/stops and an arena/fortress. A good walk around for stretching legs - just beware of bikers flying by

Very nice small city park. The grounds are very well maintained and there is plenty to see here. Fruits are grown all around this little trail and this is very neat to see. I just love the art and the easy walking trail is very smooth and perfect for handicap use. There is a nice shade structure with 4 picnic tables.

A park with very great scenery and playground but there were no trash cans and public toilet in the area.

Nice place to walk on a snowy day. The asphalt walk way has been cleared of ice and snow. The park......still white.

We love Gezer Park, probably one of the cleanest and well kept public facilities like this I have ever seen. Great walking path and playground, plenty of parking, and a fun little stream that runs through the park.

An amazing park with amenities, scenery, shelters and babbling brooks of water. It was a beautiful, peaceful and very inviting place to visit. I love the well manicured gardens, rolling small hills/walk ways and hardscaping throughout the year.Its always a joy to visit with friends, walk the dog and rest for a few moments.

It seems designed to appeal more to children than geezers, but a nice park nonetheless.

Amazing place to spend time with the family and friends but some area were full of trashes scattered everywhere.

It was a good spot for my family to take photos.

The playground has several activities for various age children. The swing set has safety swings and slings for several people at once. There is a jungle type gym with several slides,discovery things and several different climbing options. They also have a modern teeter totter and very large sandbox with builder equipment. All of this area has woodchips cushioning and a couple of covered seating areas.The park is well maintained with working restrooms.

Sad the steams are dry but love the playground!!

Beautiful Leawood park. Always perfectly maintained but always crowded . Excellent play areas for kids. Dog friendly including waste stations and bags.

Great park to visit. Multiple walking trails (paved). There are doggie bag stations and multiple trash cans. Bathrooms and water fountains available, along with covered picnic tables. There is also a stream through the park with a water fountain.

I love parks in general but having a moving stream around the park followed by a duck pond is charming!

Dont go here if its rained 2 days prior. Also be careful with the little water Creek next to kids playground, my son almost ran straight into it.

Its a great Pokemon Go park. It also is a great small park with a nice playground and has beautiful scenery when you walk around it.

It was a peaceful walk with my dog. The park was clean, educational, and the water streams where a nice visional aid which made the walk in the park a great experience.

Love Gezer! Especially popular during the summer, this is a great place to bring kids or to just take a stroll on the paved path (circles the park, a large loop). We love taking walks here at dusk - well lit, peaceful - just a great little park!

Nice park with sand area, picnic tables, walking path and in general seems clean. The womens bathroom has a baby changing station, not sure if the guys bathroom has one.Right across the street is a Price Chopper so its easy to get lunch or a snack right after playing.

Great park- pets ok on leash. Parking is limited but you can park across thw street easily at the Price Chopper.Good for little kids. Restroom facilities and shelters also on site.

Good playground and a decent walking trail. The shelter is nice, but usually full on nice days. Not a lot of open area for frisbee/soccer/etc.

I love this park. Ive been here so many times. It has an Israel theme, since its tied into Leawoods sister city in Israel. Its not large, but its open 24/7 and is immaculately maintained.

This is a beautiful space! Trails, calm spaces, a place for dogs and kids to be themselves, beautiful backdrop for pictures!

I like this park, and so does my daughter. Has a playground, a paved walking trail, a man made creek and pond (no swimming). Lots of pokestops and 3 gyms for Pokemon Go.

Absolutely love the creek that runs through this park. It is a favorite for my kiddos!
