Not an honest place at all. An employee who complains about their employer but doesn’t do anything to change it. They raise the lot rent constantly. They like to take what’s not theirs. The manager and owner are not on the same page. The manager says one thing the owner says something cause children who are special needs to be admitted multiple times because of it. The manager doesn’t get rid of who he should so violence is increasing. Different rules for different people.

This is the trailer park where I live. It been better but nothing to write home about. It works.

Pretty clean and fairly quiet.

Live there. They keep raising lot rent and not fixing roads or doing other things they say there going to do.
