It all depends on who is working when you come in. One lady is super helpful and knowledgeable whenever the wife and I come in(or just one of us) and the other we have dealt with is not wonderful, acts like you are imposing by coming in and seems offended if you dont take her recommendations. Would be nice if they had a more brands of lube and wider selection of toys. All and all not a bad little shop.

I was supper shy and I felt a little accouard, but the lady was hella nice and very friendly. She would help you find what you where wanting and or make surgestions on do and donts.

Hands down, a great experience! The lady was very knowledgeable about things & didnt bs us about the quality or lack thereof of products. She definitely made our time in the store, a really great time! Well for sure be back!

Went in here with my girlfriend. Got some help from PJ and i must say she was absolutely amazing with everything we needed. She was so knowledgeable and is the person to go see. If you are to go here make sure you ask for PJ!

This is the only cirillas and adult store i will go to just because i know the service is going to be great and the employees are even more amazing. theyre honest with you about the products and dont give you bs just to make sales. the ladies here are what make me come back; the products are just a bonus.

I had walked in without my ID and I apologized for not having it on me and was about to excuse myself out of the store. The lady working starts going off on me and saying that in the state of Kansas we can get fined for not having ID at all times (my ID was right in the parking lot, in my car, which I would have kindly ran out and got prior to this interaction I had). My friend looked at me and said we should just leave, and the lady looked at her and said “And don’t come back”. She was rude with no reason to be, my friend and I had not said one rude thing to her. Very bad service.

I get better customer service here the staff is friendlier here than the one I usually go to I drive an extra 20 minutes to get to this one rather than go to the one thats closest to me

They were very rude. Was as if I was bothering them by coming in to buy stuff.
