I would give them no star if I could. The design center doesn’t have much to choose plus the prices are outrageously expensive. Took them over a year to build the house. We’re the first to sign the contract on the new session but the third to move in. The first two were built by other builder. The tiles on both the main floor and the master bathroom were the wrong colors and laid the wrong ways. The cabinets and the appliances are cheap quality for what they charged for. The walkthrough day, the whole house was full of things that needed to be fixed. We ended up have to move the closing date. Within the first year, we had at least fifteen warranty repairs. The fourteenth month, that was a leak on one of the window. They told us that caulking is the yearly maintenance and we’re responsible for it. The last house that we lived in for seventeen years, we never had to caulk anything and never had any leak. Please do yourself a favor, spend your hard earned money with the other builder. Putting the house on the market after fifteen months. Don’t feel safe in it.

Beautiful location up in the foot hills extraordinary view and landscape. Beautiful custom homes and great amenitie center, and great place to raise a family and live for a long time. The location is growing bigger and bigger soon there will be more than one amenities center for this extravagant location!

If you want to pay high price and worse builder toll brother is for you.I didnt expect this kind lumber material and bad customer service and very poor design center collection.When you complain their VP Breandon has the worse character and personality.I offered him 10k less from my deposit so I dont have to close because I didnt feel safe to put my family in their home, very poor builder company.

Ive been up to Travisso many times since I first heard about the development. As a Real Estate agent, I have the opportunity to see all sorts of new home developments, and this is my favorite, by Far! Its going to be amazing. Incredible homes, in a great new neighborhood, with views, a community pool, and walking trails - this place will rival Steiner Ranch in just a few years.
