I have been to this place twice with my husband and there was a lady in the counter she was so nice ! She helped me so much in detail in choosing the item i needed . i was very impressed with her service.

Since this virus has been a thing, havent had any real luck getting vapor products. But when I called hip was immediately helpful and told me a could come by for curbside pickup. Thank you for an easy experience.

Hip Flask Plus has to be one of the greatest stores to ever open their doors!!! Custom engravings laser cut metal signs, custom t-shirts, these guys will put anything on whatever material you want! Wine glasses, flasks, mugs, you name it they can do it! Now they are doing custom t-shirts as well!!!

Ive purchased a few items here. They did some amazing custom engraving on two tumblers for me. John helped me pick out and decide on the font and insignia that ended up on those tumblers. The tumblers were a gift for my fiance who ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM.He was kind, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have some amazing pop culture icons engraved in various shapes and sizes of wood that I highly recommend.Go see them, they know their stuff!Thank you John!

Friendly service, tons of selection

My vape pen broke so I was driving around looking for a place to buy a new one. I got one here, got in my car drove down the street and my girlfriend called me and told me basically, she had a surprise for me and for me not to buy anything (obviously, she got me a new one). still in my car, I turned around, went back to the shop with the product still in its shrink wrap (didnt even open the box) and on the receipt, a timestamp showing I bought it 10 minutes ago and they charged me an $18 restocking fee. aHoles. Ill never go back here and my friends agree.

Nice place nice people but I was charged $26 for a pack of coils that cost me $16 last time. Feels like they just make up prices as they go. if youre getting vape stuff drive the extra 5 minutes down the road the prices are the same every time. $26 for a $16 pack of coils!! I dont care what vape shop you go to NOBODY! charges that much for that pack of coils. It was actually $27 even for the Nord ceramic 5 pack. I was told there is no different price for the pack vs single.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and is my choice for getting pods. Full devices however are overpriced, basically double what you would find online from reputable online dealers.

Why I found out this store now.Very friendly employees and good price ranges of e-juice.Lemonade and blue slushie iced is my favorite juice from this store.

Not impressed. They were more than happy to recommend a device and get a $60 sell, but 9 days later when the device malfunctioned they won’t do anything but refer me to the manufacturer for warranty service which will take who knows how long.I wanted to support a small local business, but this customer service sucks. I won’t be back.

Very disappointed . Stock Your Products . Every week I purchase atleast one bottle of air factory mystery 6 mg . But they are always out . I have asked Nemours times for them to please keep it in stock and ofcourse after waiting out front today for over 15 minutes for them to open they still dont have it . Last week i had to drive 20 minutes away to there other store to get it . Staff there are rude and tell me they have it at there other store . Why cant you keep it in your leander store ? So with a little searching I found a local store called Flawless and guess what ? They have it in stock and it was cheaper . They also have reward points and i received a text giving me 5.00 dollars off my next purchase . I also told the the guy working that id be there every week to purchase air factory mystery 6mg and he said he will put in a order now so they will have them in stock . now thats customer service !!! something that hip flask is lacking ...Sincerely,One loyal customer youve lost

This is the best vape store I have ever been to I stayed for 2 hours they helped me the whole time like family every where I moved they were there to help me I drove all the way from Georgetown just to go to this store an it want be my last everyone there treat u just like family I give this store ten stars 1# store in the area including Austin Georgetown round Rock an Pflugerville!!!!!!! I read the good reviews so I decided to check it out. The 5 star reviews were all true! Kenny greeted us and guided us through all the inventory and was very knowledgeable. I always buy my vape stuff online due to the high prices at vape shops, but since I knew the prices were fair decided to buy a whole new set up and juice. I am a super frugal price shopper, and for them to earn my business is saying something! Thanks Kenny!

This is the best shop I have ever went to. I live in south Austin oak hill area and I drive all the way here to Leander to get my vapor need taken care of. They also have the most reasonable pricing around.

Really chill place, everyone there is really friendly and have some pretty spot on suggestions if your there and looking to try some new flavors, also they do really noteworthy etching and engraving if your looking to get some work done

This is my favorite shop that i have been to. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Their prices here are also the best in area by far. Their juice selection is the largest and the set up they have makes trying any juice very easy. I reccomend this shop for any vapor or envgraving needs!

I am new at vaping, just quit smoking (30+ years). The staff has taken the time to educate me on vaping, made sure that I had the right product, and has provided excellent customer service.

The staff here are always super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable. The large assortment of vape supplies here cant be found anywhere else, they also have the BEST deals in the area! I would definitely recommend this shop for any vapor needs. Their engraving work they have for display is amazing as well and if needed I would without a doubt go here!

Im new to vaping so take this as you will but this is a terrible vapor shop! Do not go here!!!! Every Fruit flavor is exactly the same, everything else is caramel. went in to check out their flavors and to get a new coil, guy sold me the wrong coil, and didnt even vape himself so was just coming at me with what seemed like quotes from manuals. Worst vape shop experience so far!
