Great experience at this Chuck E. Cheese! We did our own little party and everything turned out great. They also have military specials so check ahead online for deals. Most of the games are single play coins so the kids can enjoy games for quite awhile with a play card. Salad bar was stocked and the pizza was fresh. Even the bathrooms were clean which is sometimes difficult to maintain with all the people. I recommend checking this place out!!

Me and my husband and our 3 kids have always loved going to chuck e cheese and we spare no costs while were there, its usually between $150-$200 each time we go. We were very upset when they did away with the tokens because that was part of the fun and made them feel like a big kid with their special coins. The last time we went was AWFUL!!! We were told everything was done through a card system and they had done away with tickets.. well go fkn figure.. Everything that made the experience fun for kids was slowly but surely going away! That, I would say was the most exciting part for kids running up to the parents screaming about how many tickets they just won.. it felt like the lottery to them.. i asked about the printouts we had accumulated from tickets in the past and was told they would most likely be void due to the new system. My kids have saved thousands and thousands of tickets on the print outs so that was another slap in the face. Everytime we go, the employees look like they hate their job and you are bothering them when you need to ask for something.. they just give you an attitude and you feel super rushed. Also the food was DISGUSTING!! i always drown the pizza in parmesan cheese so I never tasted it but now they dont have the parmesan and red pepper out and the staff acts like youre asking for their right leg to go grab it for you! The pizza had NO CHEESE on it and everything was awful! We got wings, fries, and pizza and didnt eat any of it! Chuck e cheese has really gone downhill and when i tell my kids were going to chuck e cheese, they dont even get excited anymore. Thats saying a lot..

The staff were super nice and the games were in excellent condition they very much had social distancing in mind heck I felt safer here then I would at most places the games were very clean and are cleaned every hour I was very happy to be able to see my favorite mouse again and won a lot of tickets unfortunately theyre now digital but overall Id say it was a great experience and Id love to come back sometime

Employees are not familiar with the specials/discounts. It was a chaotic mess. A lot of games not working. Food surprisingly good.

Alot of the games were down when I went . I go there to take my grandbabies to have a good time. But it was not as fun as it use to be . Cause like I mentioned 1 reason is alot of the games were down, chucky cheese use to walk round an at least wave now they have a robot...so my grandbabies thought he was ignoring them ...but what really upset the grand babies was when it was time to check out with tickets there tickets go on cards now so the machine was messed up the cashier said so she just threw couple tiny toys in a bag an said keep the cards with the tickets but when we took them back we were told they had to be used that day . We wont go back we will go to celebration station next time.

This was the absolute best Chuck E. Cheese I have ever been to. Very well kept, clean, and I dont think a single game was down. The staff was friendly. We didnt order any food this time but will definitely be going back!

Great grandsons first birthday. He loved the cupcake we gave him and all of the cousins loved the games. Pizza. Pretzels, and wings. Oh so good.

They were consistent with wiping down everything, and I went on Monday, so not too busy. Pizza not that great, chicken drum sticks were ok. A lot different as supposed to being a kid and a grown up taking your kid.

Its expensive but the pizza was delicious and the price wasnt so bad if you use the online coupons. Went for my nephews birthday and he had an excellent time. They do have a large selection of games and nothing was broken. Also it was surprisingly clean for as busy as they were on a Saturday afternoon.

Great staff we had fun. Only stayed an hour spent 20 dollars got over 1000 tickets and still have game play left. Well worth the money kids had fun.

I took my grandsons in & was amazed at how while we were there for 3 1/2 hours, there was 1 birthday party & the staff would not let anyone else sit in the back by the animatronics at the other 6-7 empty tables...but i guess it doesnt matter because the animatronics only played 1 time the entire 3 1/2 hours we were there! There is even a sign posted that the animatronics will ply every 30 minutes...& they dont fulfill that at all. The fond memories i had of taking my kids tto Chuck E. Cheese when they were little was nothing like the experience we had at this Lawton Chuck E. Cheese. I was extremely disappointed...in the staff for not fulfilling expectations, & not liiving up to standards that my older children had grown up with. I was disappointed in the price point for 6 drinks, 2 lg. Pizzas, & 3 wristbands to play for 90 minutes...$126.00 Ridiculous. Not worth the money at all. The rest room smelled of urine & was sticky & trashy. The pizza was ok. We, as a family...will NEVER EVER darken that doorstep again.

For a place with a bunch of kids running around, it was super clean! A great place for a fun afternoon or party. It doesnt have a ton of games, but plenty for a few hours of fun. Oh and they serve beer...

The games are super fun and seeing the look on my babys face when he met Chuck E was priceless. The food was okay very thin and not much toppings and it was over priced there. Im not sure I like the fact that they sell beer in a childrens restraunt.

The food is excellent! The customer service is great! Im a little bit disappointed that their prices have gone up about ten dollars from the beginning of summer. Thats even with the military discount.

Great times with my daughter but not cheap. Military special is nice but outside of the deal really adds up in price. Staff is on the money and helpful at every turn.

Plan to have your stuff stolen here. Dont leave anything unattended. Half the machines are usually out of tickets. Staff is so busy booking birthday parties over the phone they dont have time to help customers there in person.

Like the wsy you can play every thing much easier to play instead of using the coins more affordable too. My great granddaughter love it.

This was far cleaner than I remember Chuck E Cheese being in the past. There were not very many machines out of order, maybe 2 or 3 max,, and there were tons of employees running around maintaining the others. The selection was nice, but it is not the largest play floor Ive seen for sure. The prizes are not as great as they used to be (just Chuck E Cheese in general now not specifically this one) but the pizza is pretty good. We went for a friends kids birthday party and the staff was decent at taking care of everything. The parties (like 5 at a time) are all literally right next to each other, which is kind of crowded and annoying. The kids had a good team though and thats all that matters I guess

We went here for a friends birthday party and had a good time. Clean, friendly, and all the games worked. Im giving four stars instead of five because there wasnt enough staff working behind the counter to handle the amount of needing service. This made the impatient kids a bit cranky. But, overall this Chuck E Cheese has it together and I appreciate that.

Definitely recommend going to the Lawton location. Very clean, staff is friendly, lots of games to keep my children entertained.Avoid going to the one in Wichita Falls, TX. Its outdated and just smells strongly of urine. Just disgusting!

Lots of activites but was a 1 man show. Very poorly manned and managed. 2 girls to run the entire place; food, admittance, prizes and Chucky. They were frazzled, and grumpy.

Managers are rude and don’t care about kids. Made a mistake on order. Let a hungry 2 year old wait over 45 min. for new pizza. Then was rude to father in front of child.

I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere and menu was very upbeat and we enjoyed ourselves.

The pizza was great, my concern was that the table we were sitting at was sticky even though it was empty and when I moved the napkin dispenser, there was water under it. The entrance was crowded when the mouse came out and it was so loud when we were trying to order so we had to shout. The floors were also dirty and the booth we were sitting at was small. Might go there again just to get a pizza and take it to go.

The place is relatively pretty clean, I was surprised how much they changed from when I was a kid. They got rid of the animatronics its basically an arcade / piece of place now. I dont know if I agree with every hour on the hour handing out candy to your kids

We always have a great experience at this Chuck E. Cheese. The staff members are always polite and super-helpful. The only reason that I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 is bc we had a little issue with our pizza...we ordered 2...one pepperoni, and a vegetable. The pepperoni was out in a flash...however, there was a bit of a long wait for the veggie. Im not one to normally complain, bc Ive worked food service and I understand that things happen...often beyond the control of the staff...but this wait was much longer that we really expected and have come to expect from this location. They are usually so on-point and are SO highly thought of by us...so the high standard theyve created with us made this inconvenience suprising and a bit disappointing. We will definitely go back...theres no question of that...just a bit disappointed with this last visit.

Had a birthday party there this weekend for my six year old. I went to set up earlier in the day and it seemed like all was going to run smoothly, my party however wasnt until 3pm.Most of my guest arrived right on time... HOWEVER, the hostess showed up 30 minutes late, was not ready and did not have anything organized. A hour had passed before we got the tokens for the guest, almost two hours passed before we received pizzas and the drinks and to make matters worse I went to express my concern and ended up with Briana who was great but had two parties she was hosting which included mine after getting rid of my original host.I ordered the mega package which is the biggest package they have. They forgot to give our kids their party bags, my baby his piñata and no one received or was even offered ice cream which was included in the package as well. It was a complete mad house with 5 parties going on and what seemed to be a lack of staff.After complaining the manager offered me a discount which was still overpriced. At 300 bucks all we received were coins, two pizzas, and fruit punch. There was absolutely nothing personal about the party, the manager stated that our package was confused with the table next to ours so they received all the benefits of the costly package while we received mediocre treatment. NEVER plan a party at this place!!Oh and the manager mentioned that they were rated #10 in the nation. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!

We had a party planner, Serena, who was an absolute peach. She was so wonderful, made sure everything went just as we wanted. She went above and beyond and helped make a special day spectacular.

Came here with my son for the buffet. To begin, there was no food out, so we had to wait for them to actually cook the food for the buffet. NEXT, I found a hair in my food. When I brought it to the attention of the employees, they just asked me what I want them to do about it. No apologies, nothing. I won’t ever be coming back to this place.
