Do not get a membership! We had called to cancel our membership, when COVID happened. we where told we they where not charging fees since the parks where closed at that time but I couldn’t cancel since we didn’t have it for a year yet. So I placed our membership on hold. We moved and there is no Urban Air. Even though I placed our membership on hold and was told we would not be charged, every month the fees come out and in OCT they charged twice. Of course I can’t get anyone on the phone or to return an email here or the company.

Staff was very nice and polite. The space was very clean and I saw associates sanitizing areas when kids were not using space. It was my first time visiting and all the kids loved it!! Perfect for Birthday parties!!

Always pleasant and entertainment for the adults also. Plus wonder woman was seen there!!!

The local staff is really friendly and the site looks good. The general manager, Amber Thrasher, has an attitude problem in poor customer service. Also she doesnt know how to match her foundation shade to her face.

The staff was great expect for the one girl at the front counter was snippy and impatient not very good for people coming in to have fun with their family. She was very rude towards and my husband when we were asking questions since it was our first time Very unprofessional of her to act in that manner caught a glimpse of name tag her name is Hailey

We went to the Urban Air Trampoline Park in Lawton the first weekend it re-opened back up, and it was a fantastic experience. You make a reservation for your time slot, and only so many people are allowed in for that two hours--and it being the first weekend that it reopened, there must not have been very many reservations because it was my family and one other family there, and the kids thought it was the best time they had ever had at Urban Air because they basically had the whole park to themselves. Everything was clean, (which it always was before as well) and the staff was very friendly and present and aware. The snack bar was still open and was making the pizzas and snacks very quickly. The tickets being 30% off right now was a huge bonus as well. I would highly recommend going!

Very poor experience, host did not want to do their job and stayed outside of the room for most of the party. Was overcharged for a different party. Also told a completely different price for gift bags.All in all a lackluster experience and I feel like I payed way too much for what is supposed to be their best tier package. Would recommend saving the money and renting a bounce house or something similar.

Very family oriented environment. Facility is clean and the workers are very polite as well as engage with the kids.

They have an area for kids under 52 inches. My 2 year old had the best time. I love that its clean. My 10 year old loves it. Its the place in Lawton he most likes.

This place is a joke! The price isnt bad. What stinks is the wait! You have to hunt down an attendant to open an attraction. Then wait for them to show up, then wait for them to harness not just your child, but 3 others as well before yours can go. Then you have to hunt another attendant for another attraction then repeat the whole process. They want an attendant on the floor at all times. Why? Parents can supervise their own children on the floor, but cant harness them up for the attractions. This place needs twice as many employees on the weekends

I have been trying to cancel my membership for some time now, and it is very hard to cancel. I have already done my 12 month subscription, with several months not being able to use the facility due to water damage or covid 19. There is no way to cancel membership online. But I keep getting charged for more months even though they’re closed. We will still use their facility once they open up because it’s super fun, but I will never again get a membership. It is not worth it.

Went there for a childs birthday but it is super expensive for very small amount of attraction it can cause it to not be fun for older people and I get that we shouldnt be playing on the kids attractions but some of us are still kids at heart and its annoying that they have like 12 spots that people can jump but if someone is on a square near you. You are not allowed to move from your square and it is annoying.

It is very clean, all the workers are very friendly. Also the food is much better than when they first opened. Everything has been better since management changed. Also they have really good ranch.

I love taking my kids here! We went for the subscription and played here all summer. The kids played and I got to study. I gave it a four stars because I feel the food needs improvement! I e tried the mozzarella sticks, fries and pizza and has been disappointed every time. They also don’t offer a healthy option. Other than that the staff is amazing! Their poor staff is always getting loved up on by my kids.

The kitchen staff are untrained and unmonitored teens. The nachos are chips and a cup of water cheese sauce. The play areas areas fine, but stay away from the food.

This place is awesome... the people that work here are just amazing . Everyone works so well together. The place is ran so well. Very clean and very well maintained. They kids have so much to do, its not just a trampoline park there is rock climbing a sky walking area,dodgeball, And its good for all ages. And the urban cafe is very unreasonably priced. If you want fun for the whole family you have to come here. The manager Lynn has to be the nicest manger around. He really takes care of his employees and their needs. I watched him interact with a few different employees they all look like they love working here and respect him. And all around friendly atmosphere. Boom! This is the best youve ever been to, no doubt and weve been to many with the grand-kidos and this is a winner even the food is great!

Dont go here for rewards if its your first visit. Waited in line forever... in the cold... in the shade to be one of the first 200 to get a reward. Instead of treating their first time visitors good like everywhere else does, they punished us by making us get out of line for a waiver and go to the back of the line. Who does that!?! Im sure finding something else fun to do today will be no problem with the amount of money we planned to spend there. I bet the amount of ppl who showed up today was a let down for them anyways and now theyve lost even more money. Who wants to spend 200 dollars to jump on a trampoline anyways

UrbanAirPark lawton likes to bully and laugh at kids make them cry while not giving access to the proper size socks then telling them they cant play after paying and laughing when the child gets upset these people are rude.#

Absolute blast! Went with my 2 daughters and grandson. Im 53 and was jumping and climbing! Great family fun!

Booked a party for my daughter. They wanted half down for a deposit. Two days before the party I received a email saying the store was down I need to contact them to rebook. I called them that evening told them I had found another venue just give the deposit back. The girl I spoke to said we can’t give it back right now but when they were available to give it back I would have to drive to Lawton to get it. Thought she was also kind of rude on the phone. Very unprofessional will never book at this venue again.

Honestly love the place. The people there have such good personalities and are super interactive. I go there all the time and I practically know everyone there. I’ve become great friends with the staff and have become very fond of all of their food, it is so tasty! Definitely coming back many more times!

The chairs in the Cafe should be a lot more comfortable. If I am waiting an hour or so for my kids to play, I shouldnt have to sit in an uncomfortable chair . Cant even get creamer with my coffee. But the staff was nice.

I ordered food that cost near 60 dollars and was shorted a fry. The concept is great but skip the food court. They staffing is inadequate and the food had lost quality since the original management. I will not go back. Ever!

From 4 to 40 we had fun.

Took the kids for a birthday party. Place was run by apotheric teenagers who were untrained and couldnt even run the register. No employee interface or security. Was blasting music with cuss words in a place for kids. Lawsuit waiting to happen despite the waiver. Wont go back. Oh, bathrooms were flooded and toilets covered in urine.... Lived up to all things Urban, like downtown San Fran. Like a tent city or late night rave.. .

Great place to take kids on a cold/hot Oklahoma day. Best for 4+ as a lot of the attractions have a height restriction.

Wore the kids out here! Spent two hours here and they loved it. Definitely a good place to go get some of that energy out. Moms dont bring your toddlers here unless you are with them the whole time, there is a reason they have you sign a waiver.

Well Alecs birthday was ruined bc the ladies at urban air failed to follow safety rules and when Reaygen was on the sky coaster they #1 unlatched the safety catch & #2 did not catch her like they did everyone else before her. She slammed into a metal wall and broke through both bones in her right arm. The employees didnt seem to care that this had happened and when we got to the fron the manager seemed upset she had to file a report on the hole thing.. I know places like this will have accidents, but when an employee doesnt follow the rules and causes accidents thats where I draw the line.

The trampoline park was expensive and like back stage at a concert we couldnt do anything without someone blowing a whistle or getting yelled at alot of money for us to get in trouble for jumping!!!

Had a birthday party for 2 kids ages 13 and 14. Only 6 kids were at the party including my 2 and I was charged full price for all 10 kids. Also the party was rushed the host Cali R cleaned my room 30 mins before party was over and left the building 15 mins before party was over. We had never been here before and told her that thinking she would show the kids around a little and what they was aloud to do. But she stayed in the room. It wasnt a bad place just dont think i had the right host or they arent good host to begin with. Hopefully someone has a better experience with there party.

Great place to take and wear out the kids! However they are short staffed when having parties and are busy! Checking in takes forever, especially if using a coupon or having a party. Allow up to 30 minutes to get in. Today they had one poor girl working the food area by herself for a few hours until finally one other person came in. It was well over an hour wait for pizza so opted for hot dog and fries which took over 30 minutes. Staff is always pleasant but owners need to make sure properly staffed! Also wish they had security at doors.

This is coming from a 12 year old that had went: The park was fun and a very good way to make little ones tired but if you go to the in the obstacle corse area there are a lot of little kids climbing around I had to help around 6-7 kids up and 2 of the kids I had to help up more than once. I’m glad to help but I didn’t come there to help 4 year olds climb up the unsafe for their age corse. I was also cut in line and pushed around by kids. The staff were nice although at the sky bridge there was a girl infront of me that had the same bracelets as me and I was not allowed to go on it. I don’t think I will come back especially after the service.

I very much enjoyed my visit and the wings were fantastic! I came from out of state to visit some family and i hadn’t been to such a cool place before. I had heard many great things and it completely delivered. 10/10 will come back next time im in town.

Worrisome place to take toddlers. It is very dark and it is easy to lose sight of children. The childrens area is the darkest spot in the whole building!! Add that to zero door security at either the front or back of the building, and it is a recipe for disaster. Make sure you are agile & nimble enough to keep up, or youll lose them quickly.

Good for kids but not for adults. My daughter had fun. I’m a big kid myself but there just isn’t enough here to do as an adult, even when you’re chasing a kid. If you’re a parent just get the $5 pass to not go on anything but be able to supervise your child... no, seriously. The manager and staff is good but when I mistakenly purchased the wrong package a refund could not be issued. I was upgraded to a better package than I initially planned to buy at a discounted price but I still spent more than I had intended. I saw no hand sanitizer stations which I feel is a need in a place like this.

Most unprofessional management and company. First overcharged for four memberships had to cancelled cards for no new charges. Then never received correspond back from this company, the day of the birthday party local management was rude and could not fix any of the membership issues. Was told they have only three employees that handle membership, to busy to fix ours.

This place needs adult supervision. Very unsafe for kids.

OMG the most amazing experience Ive ever had in Lawton ! I love how they greet when I walk through the door. The customer service was great. The employees are always alert and are nice to everyone on the attractions. Oh and I CANNOT forget about the food. Loooooved it ! Definitely should invite your friends and family

I booked a party for my daughter’s birthday. While I didn’t like the price, (I’m a tight wad), I still feel I got my money’s worth! (I’m a tight wad). Our Party Host, Kynel, was on top of it! He answered our questions before we knew to ask! He was very professional, attentive and treated our kids with respect. Urban Air made my daughter’s special day so easy for the adults! Thank you!Ask for Kynel to host your party! I guarantee you won’t regret it!

Its not really a good place to bring a kid under 5 years old. But u also nor really good for kids over 15 years old. And the place is pretty cramp to. And if you are a parent sitting at the tables its pretty hard to so kids. Also the selling arent high enough. No enough space ether so it gets really crowded.

Kids love this place

Warning. No refunds! They made that pretty clear when my husband and I bought in and realized its mostly just for little kids. And the manager was very ignorant and rude about us asking for our money back and he kept saying we should of looked at the website. Like we are sorry we didnt do our research before realizing we were ripped off. They didnt show us around before we bought in, we told them we never been here, and they said it was for everyone when most of the attractions were for tiny children. Sorry for me not wanting to harm a child trying to play on a childs playground.

Ordered food and waited over an hour.. Asked about our order and they forgot to make our food so we talked to the manager who didnt seem to really care. We did get our money back and left. First and last time we go there.

HORRIBLE CONCESSION!!!!!!!!!! It took them over 30 minutes to do a shift change. I did rhis kind of work and know it doesnt take this long! Food was burned, but kids had waited over an hour for chicken strips so they ate it. I wouldnt give them 1 star.

Staff was very rude! One boy putting harnesss on was very disrespectful and rude to my young daughter he kept staring at her and touching her slightly while putting her harness on and after that she told me he made her very uncomfortable, wont be going there again.
