Inhale Smoke Shop & Lounge

Amazing place, don’t go to any other vape shop, best one in wilson!!!!! ask for AJ

Awesome shop great customer service and very selective category of products.

I love this shop. But Drew is outstanding. He always tries to save me money and get the very last little bit of life I can before I buy something new. He knows all the tricks to get things working longer When I have to get a new product hes very knowledgeable about what suits my needs not whats going to help him get a better sale. I really appreciate that when shopping for something that might have a lot of choices.

I had gone from vape shop to vape shop looking for what I needed for my vape device and couldnt find it. Next thing I knew all the vape stores had closed; or so I thought. These guys were still open and I checked them out and they saved my night. By they, I more specifically mean the super awesome girl working there named Haley. I dont know if I spelled her name right but I do know that this place was great!

Great place to chill and easy your mind, i bought me some blueberry for my hookah

Friendly staff. Alot of choices

That owen guy is pretty cool

I had such an amazing experience at Inhale! This was my first time buying a hookah, so Jordan & Angi we’re very helpful and patient with me. They recommended many flavors and have endless amounts of inventory. If you’re looking to buy a hookah during quarantine and live in the Gwinnett area, this is the place to go! They also have a store on Pleasant Hill Rd incase that’s closer.

Absolutely wonderful experience Alysha was professional and very helpful 5/5 stars

Staff in the lounge are fast friendly and very attentive. Great hookah, awesome music, and spectacular vibe overall. The smoke shop side has the best selection of shisha, hookahs, glass and vapes in town. There isnt a single question that the knowledgeable and well trained staff cannot answer about their product.

Me and my brother were in need of some new pieces and stopped in to inhale for the first time. We walked in and heard the lounge in the background but couldnt see it. People were laughing and having a good time. There is a good vibe there. We were greeted by Drew, a long haired dude with a great attitude. He asked us what we were in need of and he answered all of our questions and gave his honest opinions that helped guide us to purchase items that got us more bang for our buck. Me and my brother both got everything we needed at our pace and enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommended! And we are recommending our friends as well. Thanks again Drew and see you again soon!

Came in looking for some hookah tobacco. Gentlemen named Johnny was helping me and WOW!!! Excellent customer service. He was there every step of the way in helping me find the right flavors and he even recommended me some of his personal favorites. This shop is by far one of the greatest with amazing customer service and affordable prices. Definitely will be back!

The staff is always friendly and the selection of products is pretty vast. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place with a variety of selection at a fair price!

Awesome place. Love the atmosphere and super chill environment. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

I go in for my Kratom about 3 times a month. They are always pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with me. I love that about them. The prices are a bit pricey but not to much out the other prices Ive found. They have better variety compared to the other Kratom selling shops Ive been too. Spend your $11-26 with them.

If youre just a vaper.. this is a head shop and yes, it had a very nice lounge. They are lacking in juice, however! Theyre open pretty late, which I found convenient, but are really lacking in the juice department. Nice guy helped me out, that was good. He never seemed in a rush and let me try several juices before I decided. It wasnt my type of atmosphere, but to each their own!

The workers are friendly and truly make an effort for you to have a great experience. It’s a great place to just chill with your friends as they offer a variety of board and card games. I often see people study here, as well. The customer service is always great.

Very nice friendly staff. They were very knowledgeable and honest about the different products

I loved the ambiance of the store the first time I walked in the door. The affordable pricing, friendly staff, great customer service, and ice hoses kept me coming back. I love that the hookah isnt harsh because that is something that has deterred me from returning to other hookah bars in the past. I love the vibe of the place. I hate how some hookah bars are more like bars (Mirza). I love how laid back the lounge is and love the music they play. This is definitely the place to go if you want to relax, hang with friends, watch a game, and maybe meet some laid back, like minded people. Give this place a shot! They are worth checking out.

I love going to Inhale to get my flavors and coal. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would.Drew is always so helpful and really friendly. The environment is real chill. Will definitely recommend to all my friends.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Been coming for many years and it’s always an easy, painless experience.

Always love inhale, great selection of shisha and e-juice. The best part is knowledgeable staff who actually know what theyre talking about and remember you!

This is a really low key place if you wanna vibe and hang out with friends. Came here just for a good time with the boys. They have great hospitality, have drinks and snacks. Definitely coming back!

They have all if your smoking needs & more!

Great spot. For all your vape needs. The owner was very helpful.

What a refreshing surprise. Best prices in town, totally reasonable (compared to “other” shops nearby). Johnny was super personable and gave us knowledgeable friendly service... the whole staff was excellent and made us feel like VIP regulars (it was our first time). Highly highly recommend!!

I was there 2/3/19 and I wasn’t able to go inside because I had my 6 month old daughter with me.. I was in desperate need of vape juice so I called the shop from their parking lot just to see if they could do the transaction for me while I stayed in my car.. and let me tell you! Jay was AMAZING! He told me to hold on because he was busy, ok no problem, and he came out, took my ID, credit card, and my request of juice and it make it happen!! I am sooooo thankful for Jay because as a mother who doesn’t get much “me time” he made my day just by helping me get my juice! This place as a wide variety of flavors and I have never had any problem what so ever! I’ve been to several vape shops and this one by far is the best all around!Came back today (2/7/20) and Jordan helped me in the same situation! Needed a coil desperately and he came to save the day! Best customer service EVER!!!

FRANKIE WAS DA BOMB!!!! My friend and I came in for our 1st time last night shopping for a hookah. We were greeted by Frankie who was very kind and knowledgeable about the different products sold. She assisted us in purchasing our 1st hookah which we are very pleased with! Frankie also let us know that they also had a lounge in the back which we were unaware of. We went back to the lounge which had a very chill vibe and nice ambiance to it. LOVED IT!!!!!! Thanks Frankie, well be back to see you soon!!! :-)

Excellent customer service! Helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and even let me test couple things out before I purchased. Would rate more stars if I could.

Its a really laid back and relaxing lounge type of place with an accommodating and chill staff. And you can find anything you need when it comes to vaping/smoking accessories. I enjoy going to this smoke shop very much.

Lo helped me out with anything I needed and had a positive attitude each time I came

Great selections, but the price is better elsewhere seeing as there isnt a closer shop was a great experience. Friendly service and helpful with finding out what flovours fit you.

This place is nice. I haven’t been to many vape shops. I was there trying to find something for my cousin. Johnny was eager to help and knowledgeable about the products. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Everything you need at reasonable prices. Very knowledgeable sales reps. Great customer service

Great place. Sweet deals. Shout out to Lo for the help

Love this place prices and service. Best smoke shop in Gwinnett hands down hate when I’m on the other side of town and have to use other shops.

Chill atmosphere, sports on TV, hookas were on point I will be going back. Just wish they had more food and beverage choices.

Ehhh not a big fan, workers kind of dont care about being friendly, not all of them though. I just better vibes at Xhale for sure

Awesome layout. Cheap hookah, good quality. Seats are a little uncomfortable but both ambiance and charm make up for this. 5*. Grear place to buy hookah supplies as well. Great customer service.

Justin is your go to guy! He is super friendly and will do anything to make the customer happy! He’s very educated on the products, so I definitely trust him with all my needs :)

Customer service was amazing by Lo! Great place that I can come back to.

Lo was super helpful and knowledgeable while helping me figure out what I wanted

Lo helped me find the perfect fit right away, come see him to find yours!

Love this place. Drew and Angelo are awesome! Service is always excellent! Highly recommend.

One of the best Hookah lounges I have been to. This is always my go to for a relaxing day or if i need to finish work. Drew or Anjelo are the ones i prefer to make my hookah. The other workers are good to, but when these two make it, it is endless smoke. Plus they are always making sure coals are lit, while some of the other ones wait for you to ask. I highly recommend this place and they have another location on Pleasant HIll. The hookah prices are great, compared to the other ones where it is upwards in the $20s.

Wide variety of options for hookah, a nice and clean lounge. Only complaint about the lounge is that the seating was a bit uncomfortable, overall a wonderful lounge however. The shop had a wide variety of products and experienced and knowledgeable staff that were able to help me find a part I havent been able to find elsewhere.

Im a regular here and have never had any issues. The employees are awesome and take great care of you while youre there. I highly recommend going here for hookah. Their prices are affordable!

Wonderful place to go and have a calm, relaxing night. The lounge really tends to the customers needs and you will definitely have a great night. The best thing is their pricing is also very reasonable. Inhale is even a great place to go to study and smoke or sit and talk to friends and smoke. Best Lounge in GA !

Awesome staff, great prices, easy going atmosphere

Drew has the best customer service! And Angelo also has amazing customer service this place can not be beat! Love these guys over any other spot!

I gotta say I love this place. We was wrong bout time closing n he let us in to get what we needed thank u. Also when I drop by solo on way home from work all I gotta say is my son needs a coil they know what he needs n likes :(

Lo helped me out a lot, and they had amazing prices and quality

I give them 4 stars because nothing in life is perfect. They are nice professional and right to the point. Id recommend them to anyone who asks.

Lo has been wonderful and has updated me with my CBD cart for anxiety - held my order for me and everything late at night. Thank you!

Drew and angelo always hookin it up. Good vibes. Awesome place to come chill and relax. Realest dudes i know.

Great customer service & amazing personalities from the workers! Very affordable, and always clean! I love this place. Owners make you feel at home! Definitely recommend!!! Best hookah lounge in town.

The hookah longue is comfy They have some good music. You can play the game System and They have a great selection of hookah flavors and drew is one of the BEST workers here

Justin has been a great help every time I’ve come in. Recommend this shop to any and everyone!

Everyone who works here is super friendly. And are very knowledgeable about their products. Has a vary chill vibe

Recommend if you enjoy good smoke, good music, good vibes

The manager was helpful. Solid place. I wish I had somebody to Hookah with otherwise I would have tried it out.

Great selection, fair prices, and great customer service

I had a great experience, Lo made the setup for the hookah super simple and fast and even gave me his personal preference on tobacco flavor and peach gummy is one of the best flavors really good recommendation, they always hook me up and always listen to what I want instead of shutting me up and telling me what I should do like other stores, overall a really good experience!!

Love this place they always have great energy and are always ready to help! Always have a full stock and I never leave without free goodies! We appreciate y’all!

The go to place when I need to smoke hookah or buy e liquid or parts. The customer service is great and the vibe is always right. :)

Do not buy hookah tobacco from this place.Their price keeps changing every day.The owner gives you one price another day his staff asking for higher price.Their sale is completely mess.

Really dope place for a vibe. Would recommend to anyone that was a relaxing hookah lounge.

Quality products but high priced.

Great atmosphere and outstanding service knowledge of product

We moved to Ga about 5 months ago, and inhale was our first lounge we stopped at. It should have been our last! After having been to every smoke shop I could find with a decent driving distance to us, inhale was and is hands down the best. Everyone working there is VERY friendly and helpful. After getting to know our tastes, they have surprised us with some interesting mixtures. Its a relaxing environment, even during busy hours. 5 star rating does not justify their customer service. See for yourself you wont be dissapointed!

Drew was an amazing help with my exchange!!!!!! He made it super easy for me! thank you Drew!

Love these guys!!!! Great atmosphere ️

A guy named Lo was really knowledgeable about the products and was a big help. Highly recommend

Awesome customer service they always have stuff I need unlike the place down the street that Sucks

Great vibe! Definitely would consider a good chill spot with friends. They have many options on hookah flavors at a reasonable price. Also the people who work there are very nice and helpful. Great customer service!

I been coming here for years . Great service .

Place has a very nice vibe. Has a hole in the wall feel.

Always an amazing experience when shopping here. Superb selection.

Great place to hang out and chill with friends. Wide selection of hookah to choose from. Highly recommended to spend $ here. Always looking to better themselves. We dont care to compare with other places, we want to compare our rates from before to better ourselves.Awesome people to talk to and get to know.

Went for the first time tonight and I must say the previous reviews are spot on. Amazing hookah prices and an equally amazing atmosphere. The workers there honestly make this place shine as well. They give great advice on what goes well with what and their mango supreme recommendation made for a great night. Me and my wife will definitely be back in the near future. Two thumbs up guys!!!

Professional and very helpful! Dope spot!

I am completely new to vaping, and am trying to quit smoking. I went into the shop completely clueless as to what I needed. Johnny helped me and was outstanding. He listened to what I needed and got me the right products. Great customer service!!

I am a hookah enthusiast and I know my hookah well. I can tell you without a doubt this hookah is amazing. I prefer to get natural coals (free of charge) but their quick lights are good too. Nice atmosphere chill setup. I like. Ill be back.

This is the best hookah lounge I’ve been too yet! Jay was so fast and efficient and had great customer service

This is the place to go when you just want relax and smoke justin is a great guy and he also gives great customer service

Very nice laid back atmosphere.

So I went here because couple of guys talked about how they played PS4 games here and stuff. So a lounge that offers hookah and gaming, that is so thoughtful and awesome. So we went in and ordered 2 hookahs and asked if we could play the PS4 and the guy said the remotes are charging. We were there for like 2 hrs and we kept asking to play the games even tho nobody was sitting at the place where they have that PS4. The guy kept making up excuses about the console. The hookahs were pretty good though, but I only went for a different experiment (hookah+gaming). But instead I got the same thing I could get at any other hookah lounge.

Pnksvg checking in with Justin come done and hang play games and enjoy your Day come in and get great A sevice

Nice

Open late and service is very accommodating. Helpgul and knowledgeable staff made for a good quick trip to replace my vape tank and i love the choice that was recommended to me.

It’s okay not too much to do not good music

Inhale is one of the few smoke shop/hookah lounges left in GA that is actually worth your money. Their prices are unmatched. The staff is very accommodating to your needs, they make you feel as if youre right at home. Most hookah lounges Ive been to always turn their music up really loud and 9 times out of 10, you cant have a conversation in there but thats not the case at Inhale. I smoke hookah pretty frequently and am very particular about my bowls but I dont think Ive ever left disappointed with my hookah. They have a wide selection of inventory in their smoke shop as well as various different flavors for hookah. Also, an added bonus is that they have PS4s set up at every seating area so you can also play video games while you smoke a bowl. l I highly recommend going there!

Knowledgeable..... good price

They have a great selection. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This staff knows what theyre doing and wont hesitate to make things right for you!if theres something they dont carry theyll bring some in for you!

Jay help me out with the best customer service I’ve ever seen in a vape shop

Always have what I need when other places dont. Down side its kinda expensive.

Terrible service. Salesman named Drew didnt know anything about the products he was selling. Bought a vape from him he said didnt need a battery drove home vape didnt work drew assured me that i just need to charge ot for a hr. Still didnt work. Came in the next day and the first thing the manager said before even saying hello was NO REFUND I CANT HELP YOU. The vape needed a battery...the ppl here dont understand the products avoid going here at all costs. The new shop i go to is avail vape its 100% better and you can actually sample the flavors before you go.

Inhale is my favorite smoke shop + hookah lounge around! After moving up from Florida, I was dying to find a spot to get everything I need and they have just that. They have a large variety of hookahs and different products to chose from and their customer service is always nothing short of amazing. Theyre always so welcoming and treat me like a good friend every time Im in. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great atmosphere and the hookah is great. Come here almost daily, would recommend to anyone. A++
