Employee service is great! All equipment seemed to be working. A couple small complaints would be that there werent enough people working in general and particularly in the food service area. Two-Three people were working hard but lines were really long (this was Saturday night). There were several parties going on and it was very crowded, but when we were lucky enough to find an empty table, it wasnt cleaned off. So again, more staff needed in relation to the food service and eating portion. One other issue is that the go-carts (which you pay extra for with a premium pass). Again, staff in the area were amazing and working hard, but they would let people, who were apparently members of paying parties, through the back, meaning people waiting in line would just get skipped. At one point this happened three-four rides in a row and no people in line advanced (four rides is like 45 minutes waiting in line without moving forward.). They should close it down for a half hour every hour or something for parties and then open for the other half hour for paying customers, or better yet get rid of the policy that allows parties to skip in line. The problem with the parties is that they also dont check if the people going through the back are actually in a party, so theres just a swarm of people going in. Maybe avoid going on Saturday nights? Ill still be going back, kids had a great time.
Would not recommend due to the prices. Paid $39.99 for two hours of play time. Went back to add on skydiving and was told I had to pay for another package in order to do skydiving. The $39.99 package was for unlimited attractions and two hours of play time. The cheapest package to add on was $21.99 plus and additional $19.99 for skydiving. Again would not recommend due to prices and this information not being stated.
First time going and the last time going. I was very disappointed in the service. We had a surprise birthday party and scheduled this in advance. Upon arrival, nothing was set up. We were told they were out of tablecloths and were eventually provided paper products when asked. Come to find out this was a lie. When we left our room, the party in the next room was set up with table cloths and table was set. This customer service wasn’t provided to us. In fact, we had to ask for everything included in our package and sometimes had to ask twice. We were scheduled to ride go-karts at 6 and dinner at 6:30.. we waited at the go-karts from 5:55-6:20 before we were able to get on. By the time we made it back to our room, we were rushed to eat and open presents since we didn’t get back to the room by 6:30 due to them letting people continue to ride go-karts and not our party that was suppose to.. our staff member who was suppose to set up and help finally did something. She started wiping the tables down with us in there at 6:55 and kicked us out. We had to move our entire party down stairs because they said they had another party at 7.. at 7:15 we walked by and the room was not being used. I have NEVER experienced this bad of customer service and treated this unfairly. In addition to this, it was very crowded and the covid-19 things listed on their website were not implemented. Workers, including our member who was suppose to be helping our party, did not wear a mask. Temperatures were not taken and there was no social distance encouraged any where, as it was extremely packed.
It wasnt crowded. They limit the number of guest with 2hr blocks ( they kick you out lol) They sanitize EVERYTHING immediately after someone touches it. They had sanitizing stations everywhere. Social Distancing was encouraged throughout the time we were there. I felt safe for my kids and my self and hubby. JaKhiris Birthday was a success and he was one happy 12 yr old kid.
Safe, clean, fun place for kids! Temperature is taken upon arrival & staff is friendly & helpful. If you decide to purchase your child the Monthly Membership plan, be sure to do so prior to your arrival making for a smoother check-in for your child.
Overpriced 40 for one child. They charged me for 5 months during COVID when they were closed and would not issue a refund. They have no hand sanitizer stations and I didn’t see anyone wiping anything down periodically. Go carts lines are so packed you literally have to stay whole day just for two rides .
Great location or kids entertainment. I went one time and have been back almost every week since. Go-karts were extremely fast. I took my 3 year old daughter and she asks me if we can go jump, jump. Thanks guys. Urban Air is Great!!!
I had fun and the kids had a blast but who serves water as the free drink for a kids party?? Fun place tho!
I attended Urban Air in Snellville this past Saturday. I made a purchase for 3 platinum passes. We were never told from the door and even after we purchased the tickets to get the socks and bands that we ONLY HAD 2HRS. To do the unlimited virtual reality, go carts, sky rider. I spent over $125 on passes and urban socks alone. Had to pay an extra $10.50 for the sky diving area. Food service is very slow. I was very upset that we were not able to use all the benefits from the passes that I paid for. There needs to be more information given when your paying for tickets that you have a block for 2hrs only.
My family and I visited this place for the first time today. All four of us paid $34.99 to enjoy the platinum pass benefits. With the platinum pass the website advertises unlimited access to the adventure park attractions. However when we arrived the go karts were shut down for an hour. When the go karts finally opened we waited about 30mins to ride them just to discover that they are super slow and they automatically stop anytime someone hits a gaurd wall...Then we waited another 30mins in line at the concessions where the cashier told us there was a 45min wait for waffle fries and 6 wings...So we settled for pizza to hold us over, then she handed us burnt pizza...And to make the experience completely disappointing, an announcement was made that due to COVID19, all customers had to leave after 2hrs......We were still waiting on our food, and we didnt even get a chance to enjoy all of the attractions......What was the point of buying a platinum pass to enjoy unlimited access if our time is limited?..Clearly they are false advertising on their website, and ripping off families of their hard earned money. Im not sure who is managing this place, but they need to update the website so that people dont waste money thinking they will have unlimited access to the park when they purchase the platinum pass. There is no way to access anything an unlimited amount of times with a time limit...They need to do better.
It was really fun!!! It was our first time and that was the most fun my family has had since the quarantine. One of the ladies that hooked up my daughter had a nasty attitude when my daughter informed her that she was a little scared to go. She said: Just go!! We have people waiting. Other than that, it was really fun.
This place is great for the kids I really like it there. The only problem I have is they don’t sell different foods like most places do. No hot dogs, hamburgers,
My children love it here!! If you have more than 2 children & your not willing to spend $100. Dont bother..its not cheap but worth it if you can afford it
Snellville location has the BEST customer service n compassion during this time of Covid-19. The manager on duty Wednesday, July 22 at 7pm is definitely the definition of going above and beyond. I’m 8 months pregnant and the massage chairs was closed. I politely asked to wipe one down and put it to use. He gladly allowed me and walked me over. It’s the small things customers respect n honor. He definitely made my day and got a customer for life!!
Such a great place for a . Im very pleased with the service, and I would definitely go back again. The place is clean and the staffs are very friendly. The only negative thing that I saw was that sometimes the staff members would not cover their face properly when they talk to customers. Overall, I would give it . Thank you Urban Air .
This place is definitely not worth the price. It is not for children under 5 at all and the staff is trash.
This place is amazing! Kid dream land. I cannot believe something so awesome opened up so close to our home. My whole family loves Urban Air. We bought a membership and have been there probably 10 times already and theyve only been open a couple weeks. The staff are all very friendly. I enjoy a good workout with my kids and theyve gotten tons of fun screen free exercise!
I think it is a nice local spot for all ages. It is a great spot for families to enjoy time together. I was surprised at the amount of activities available. There appears to be a 2 hour timeframe that visitors have to play due to covid restrictions. They have different color wrist bands. I was not told this while purchasing my tickets (would have been a good idea) but heard the announcement via loud speaker. They offer different price packages. For the most part the majority of patrons wore their mask I did notice that a couple of staff members did not have mask on while speaking to guest. We went to check out the multi level go karts which was nice. The only problem was you have to share with inexperienced drivers. As soon as you begin to drive and take off they shut the electric karts of to go help a driver. Needless to say if you are looking for the full experience without interruption it wont happen. It is a stop and go driving experience. I think they should have made 2 tracks one for adults and one for kids. There is also a food stand towards the back that offers an assortment of hot foods ie pizza, fries, pretzels soda and drinks. They could have used more help to keep things clean and tidy. My only other concern that I noticed that the facility only had 2 bathrooms stalls for the ladies. For a place of that size I thought that was clearly an oversight of construction. I can only imaging the line during peak time. There was a changing station for babies. The restrooms lacked attention as it was not clean missing toilet paper in the stalls. Lucky mom I always travel with tissue and wipes. Mens bathroom was over following and water was in front of the entrances which could have caused a slip injury. Overall it has something for everyone to do of all ages.
Yallll I love this location . Everyone is so friendly and let the kids have extra time and extra rides. The manager Brittany was so patience with my family needs. The food was as expected but definitely a great time.
The guys working the area where the flight gear is provided, were playing and didnt acknowledge my children until I came over and said something. They were playing and giggling like small children.
As a father, I really love the place, my daughter loves cars and the air tunnel, Brittney, is a wonderful manager, we ran into some issues with some the kids and she really rescued the situation! Clint and Alexa where great with helping the kids in the wind tunnel! We use to go to Henry Co! Snellville is our new home!
We have been coming to Urban Air since it opened last year. We have always had a fun and pleasant experience. Today was not the case, we arrived and were not greeted by any one, we got in line to purchase our admission, we normally do an ultimate package for our daughter and 2 parent passes. This time we were rudely told that is not how it works and we were trying to scam them. We would never try to scam anyone. We know what we have paid before. We asked for an explaination of the new rules and were told thats just the way it is . The clerk also started talking about us to their manager and said we were trying to scam them. The manager did not wish to speak to us and clear up the matter and they refused to refund us our money . I would really love to speak to someone that has a good business sense about them and know what customer service is.
My daughter had her birthday party here this past Sunday and everyone had a pleasant experience besides the manager on duty Brittany constantly harassing my party. She was truly doing entirely too much. There was no reason for her to be following my guest around and harassing talking about Covid but was the man employee in every one face. What was really unprofessional is that fact that she think I would walk out my daughter party without paying when I still had several guest including my husband and others kids still inside the facility. I was walking out to put balloons in the car smh. My party host Miracle was excellent she went beyond and above to accommodate us and ensure we enjoyed ourselves.
Its a cool unique place. The cost per kid is pretty expensive but the parent pass is only 6 bucks which allows you to do what your kid can. I think its a cool place to take kids once or once in a while. There is a lot of chaos at this place especially the ball pit course. I took my 7 year old and we had a blast.
I must say, they have quite a bit to offer for the kids. My kids had a blast!! My only concern is it being overcrowded. They have a call out and even though it’s meant to jump in and have fun, things can turn the exact opposite especially if a younger child is in there and is too short to stand out with all the balls he/she is surrounded by and an older child comes by and jumps in not seeing the little one and end up hurting the child on accident. The workers don’t have much late own work with the kids on the go kart track. Again, they let too many go at once and the little kids aren’t too get with ring able to steer and control the karts so it turns into a huge traffic jam. Other than that, it’s a nice place to take the kids.
This is thee absolute worst place I have ever taken my children. Long lines for everything, bathroom smelled like a barn and my food never came. I ordered chicken wings, fries and a slush. Lady told me 45-1 hour. Fast forward 2 hours and 8 minutes, no food. THEN it took me 30 minutes to get my money back. Half of the tables wobble. I asked a worker to wipe a table that didn’t wobble, while on her phone she got a dry paper towel and knocked crumbs on the floor. Don’t waste your money. Do not waste your money.
It was great, we took our son and had a blast !
We went to this location on a Saturday and over 4 attractions was not working we couldnt get on the go carts until after 7pm . most other attractions were hard to enjoy because there is complete chaos. No control over the extreme number of children the allow in at one time. The restrooms were disgusting. We stood in line for 45 minutes to get food then had to wait another 45 for the food we only ordered 3 chicken strips. Cool concept but it needs to re evaluate how it is managed.
We were visiting from out of town and was looking for something fun to do for my granddaughters 13th bday, and was told about Urban Air in Snellville GA. We went on a tour and was told by the employee that it’s best to purchase the tickets online at a discount price and they request we make an reservation. Which I did.Appointment was from 6-8pm, it took the girl almost 15 minutes to check us in(they closed at 8). The only reason we went to Urban Air was due to the go cart and virtual reality, needless to say neither was working. I spoke with the manager Ms Brittany who stated that she would refund me the difference with the packages I purchased except she can’t refund because it was purchased on the website and I would need to contact the corporate office and she would approve the refund. Contacted Corporate Office and received email stating they don’t refund anything purchased online and I had 90 days to go back, sent another email indicating I was visiting from out of state and unable to go back to Urban Air. Received the same email had 90days to use. So disappointed in this company as I wasted $124.00. I will never attend another Urban Air or affiliate company.
My kids really enjoyed the time we spend here....
This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever witnessed from the time I stepped in the doors. After purchasing our tickets and socks from the self service kiosk, we followed the sign to pick up our socks. Stood there for a few minutes while be completely ignored by all staff. Finally I tried to get in line with the people who were purchasing tickets but read that the sign was not for self service so I went back and stood where I was organically standing, except now there were another couple in front of us. Finally a member of the staff came up to them and said they needed to get in line, so I said what’s the purpose of this line or the self service kiosk if we still have to stand in the regular line. They helped the other people first who didn’t realize they needed to purchase socks. It would really help to at least have one person assisting over there to avoid confusion. Then they gave us our socks, and off we went. First thing I noticed was all the trash all throughout the younger kid play area with the slides. And kids all ages running completely over the younger kids. Next, you couldn’t really do the ninja warrior area at all because it was a complete free for all. Again, onto the trampoline area where there was no monitoring and kids not looking out for anyone and parents sitting in the middle of the trampolines in the way. If you’re not jumping, you shouldn’t be out there. Then we got into the concession line and waited 30 minutes to get to the register. There were 2 lines and we picked the left one as soon as we got to the register the cashier left. The cashier to the right served 2 separate customers that were behind us, and said “next in line” so we spoke up and said we were next we’ve been waiting. She rudely said we were going to have to wait for someone else. Then when the other person finally came back they took our order wrong. The environment was completely chaotic and we didn’t even get to enjoy what we paid for. I’m highly disappointed and definitely do not recommend. The staff seriously needs customer service training and management needs to step up.
Dont choose the last time time slot available. Half the attractions shut down 30-min - hour early!
Horrible....thats all I can say...watch out going there
We celebrated my 10 yr old birthday here. It is a little expensive, but the children had fun and never ran out of things to do. The attendant/party helper was very nice. I think the birthday childs return pass should last longer than a week. Most places give you a year to return for free. I think they should at least offer a month.
ALL ABOUT WAYNE! We had an unfortunte incident occur with our sitter and our child was not taken to experience Urban Air Snellville. When I spoke with a team member to explain my situtation and request the option to visit the park another date / time, I was quickly given to the general manager, Wayne. He was very understanding of our situtation and accomodated our request without hesistion. We will be experiencing the park in the next few days and, Im sure, will be positng another 5 star review in regards to our experience!
So I recently visited this place last Saturday and I just want to say, it is an amazing place for children. There is so much to do without a time limit which is great. My children really enjoy the Go Karts. I wanted to give them a special shout out because those kids in there work really hard and efficiently to keep the line moving even with all those parties we had to wait for. When I needed assistance because no manager was available, a sweet girl named Melissa came to the rescue. She was very helpful with everything. I did noticed that while I was sitting by the go kart area watching my children, there was a lady with staff on the back and a group of kids sitting behind the desk just eating???? I’m sure, it’s probably not what it seems like, but the fact that there aren’t really enough tables for families to sit and eat at & then you see a staff member sitting behind a desk with children just eating, is kinda weird to me. Overall, this is a great place and I will return.
My kids had a blast but the customer service is horrible. Kids operating the equipment playing to much, children working the front act as if they have No soft skill life manners. Just bad service but prices are good and kids dream of a time like this
The only thing I would say about this place is ..... Highly unorganized/monitored by staff. I went for a birthday party and she was destroyed, emotionally about it all by the end. Thank goodness that wasnt my $500!!!!! I would have done a lot more fussing. The staff.... I really cant put it in words .... Did not care. Not sure if it is that they are grossly underpaid to do what they do?!? Or the fact that they just didnt care. It was super overcrowded too. I thought these places had limits on how many people were allowed in the building. Oh.... I waited 25 minutes for a Gatorade for my son. There wasnt a long line. Thats how slow they are. The place was trashed too. Gross. They were really nice but. Smh. 25 minutes for a drink? Why not have machines for drinks knowing that kids are dying of thirst after all of that activity?
I had my sons party here a few weeks ago, there was a few issues but the owner reached out and invited me in my family back out to change our experience. Went back last night and the staff was very accommodating to us and they showed us a great time. Everything was great my children really enjoyed the park. We will definitely go back!!
We were so excited to take our family here for ours sons birthday. Spent well over $100 just to get in. It was absolutely packed. I understand things get chaotic when its busy but it was dangerous. Kids were getting hurt. There was no order. Kids were constantly cutting in line. At one point on the battle beam there was a 2 year old baby just laying in the middle of the beam two teens about to battle without caring. I got her up but there were no parents around and the staff was off flirting with someone. The whole place was super loud, hot, smelly, and absolute chaos. The staff at the concession was so rude. Overall just a bad experience for the price. We left after one hour and my son had a pretty disappointing birthday.
Horrible we paid for the deluxe and it said unlimited we only got 2 hrs plus we didnt even get to get on go-karts or skydiving they let little kids get on horrible experience will never come back
Variety of activities, but mostly focused on older children. Can definitely get expensive if you wanted to experience everything. Unfortunately, parents have to pay even if you are with a toddler. Staff is friendly enough, but it can be chaotic to find your bearings if you have never went before.
We had a great experience! My seven-year-old was excited to do the high obstacle course, but he was not able to go very far without help because of his height. Ariana, one of the staff members, ended up helping him by following him the entire way and helping him maneuver his harness/ropes. She was caring and helpful, allowing my son was excited to do the Entire course - she went the extra mile to help him feel comfortable and allow him to complete it!
Had fun more to do than the others and had a go-cart track
The kids enjoyed it. Lots to do unlimited time to enjoy. Spent over 4 hrs there. Prices werent too bad for the enjoyment. Was busy for a saturday but will be back.
This seems like a fun place for families with younger kids so I’ll give it three out of five stars. I was disappointed during my visit tonight. I accompanied my teenage niece here and expected the establishment to cater to a more diverse age group. The place was filled with kids/birthday parties. Nothing wrong with that, but this isn’t a place for older kids, teenagers, or adults. The courses look like they are only suitable for small bodies (ages 10 and under). The bathrooms were small and filthy and there is no where to sit when using the lockers or just to relax (unless you’ve reserved a party table). The entrance is too open and unorganized. You can literally walk right in and not be checked/pay if you wanted to. This seems like a security risk in my opinion.
You have to wear a mask i herd them saying i was a karen will never go back
What a fun variety of fun things to do! My son had a great time and I was able to take him on his first go kart! Only complaint is the layout of the facility as it is hard to keep an eye on your kid sometimes
Quincy was working really hard to help my kids in his areas. Thank you!
Best Adventure Park in Georgia hands down! My kids ask every weekend can we go there.. Its so much for kids and adults to do, guarenteed a good time.. Highly recommended
This place is every kid from age 5 -15s dream! Everywhere you look there are activities! From go carts, Zipline, Obstacle course to virtual reality and airborne flights! My niece and nephews had a ball! Would highly recommend this place to people who dont know what to do with their kids. And for parties!
Went with my 3 kids on 02/01. Got there at 10:05am (right after opening). There was no directions as to where to go so we went to the right and stood in line with everyone else. Stood in line for 10 mins and watched as 3-4 additional employees stood behind the only cashier and watched. Finally it was our turn. Walked up and she said, “have you signed the waivers?” Nope. She tells us we have to leave that line and go over to another location to do waivers. Again. There is no sign telling you this. Paid our $125 for the platinum pass (unlimited go carts) and had to go back to the now longer line to get our socks. I refused to stand in that line so I went to the side and waited for the same, only cashier, to hand me socks.Kids went straight to the go carts (remember UNLIMITED CARTS) and were told by employees “go carts start at 2pm”. WHAT!!! So I sat near the go carts and watched as person after person were turned away from go carts until 1145 when finally a go cart ride went. Went and told my kids the carts were open and they went and rode. Then an employee walked out of the cart area so I asked him about the unlimited rides. He told me they had been open all morning and I told him what we had been told several times by other employees. He then said we were given wrong information. No on to the water fountain everyone else was complaining about. The water fountain was still “broken” forcing you to buy bottled water from the concession stand.I will NEVER go back to this location. You shouldn’t either.
We went here for a birthday party November 2019. They have a lot to do for all ages. My 4 year old really enjoyed the balls and everything really. The pizza was fresh and the party helper was great! We really had a blast!
Sadly we had a terribly painful experience. 45+ minute just to check in(not including the waver process). The concessions were even worse. The place was filthy and employees didn’t seam to care at all. So many families were as angry as I’ve ever seen a crowd. The kids at the birthday party wished it had been at Skyzone or Main Event instead. Note to management or ownership: For as much $ as you put into building this place, you should have saved some for decent management and employees. Sweeping the floor of cleaning up a little would be nice too.
This place is a amazing! My 11 yr. old daughter and 16 yr. old son both celebrated their birthdays at different times, and we all had a blast both times! The owner and management were extremely helpful and our host was great! If your looking to have fun at any age, this is the perfect place. Very well priced with so much to do!! The hardest thing is trying to fit everything in to do, because there are so many different things you can do. Where can you and get trampolines, Go-Cart Racing, Sky Diving, Zip Line, etc. all in the same place. This is it! You have to come out!
My children had a great t
The establishment policy is are ridiculous. To purchase a platinum band is a complete waste of money!!! They way the go-carts are ran is you’ll be lucky if you get to ride once. Every if you put your name in a list it’s still no guarantee that you’ll ride. To top it off he main attraction (indoor skydiving) is apparently down for a group of weeks!! I was truly let down.
Went on a Sunday afternoon for my daughters birthday because I wanted to see if it was worth having a birthday party there. The kids had fun and said they give them 5 stars! Wasnt too packed and they were able to go on the go karts pretty fast (no lines). Gripes: because the staff are so young, they could use better customer service training (not all were impersonal), and dont charge customers for CUPS of water (I was charged $1 per cup of water...a whole dollar!). Ive never been able to wrap my head around why establishments charge for something God gave us free?!? Other than those two things, its a fun place for kids...and adults too!
Their prices are a bit high but a very enjoyable place for a family fun day. Love the pizza they serve. Kids and adults just having pure fun.
Great place to visit nice people great place to take kids
The staff was horrible they have younger girls that’s working the front register where you pay. They attitude was HORRIBLE my family & I drove a hour to visit this location for my son’s birthday. Urban air was everything we expected it was AMAZING! It was just the STAFF that made our experience horrible! The male manager was horrible very bad customer service I think his name was Courtney! Thanks to Brittany(manager) she was very nice & VERY professional! I will not visit this location ever again!
Great place to see some thick curvy baby mommas looking for a bang afterwards!
Two out of ten due to this single visit. Before this visit I was a urban air advocate I loved the place and would suggested it if someone needed something to do. This visit was Mortifying. 30 minute wait for nachos which they had forgotten about as well as the buzzer to let you know it was ready, after I had reminded them the nachos came with watery cheese and salsa. Go karts were much slower than before and they were prioritizing party’s over people who have been waiting in line for 20+ minutes. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for a 5 minute race when party goers got had no wait at all and could get on repeatedly. not to mention sky diving was closed. This place obviously takes no pride in who they hire. They only want young kids who aren’t experienced nor expensive to pay. Overall with the no party limitations, horrible wait times, Mediocre At best customer service and Nonchalant children they hire this was a horrible visit. I will not be returning until under new management. You would be much better off saving your money and going to six flags.
I came back to the place before and nobody told me to bring back the same socks or I couldn’t ride anything but they wanted to tell me after I couldn’t ride itSo urban air ain’t worth nobody time
Last time my review was 3 stars then I changed to 5. I’ve been back about 5 times since then and pretty much nothing has changed. But on 01/13/20 I went around 5 and the staff was amazing. Especially Ikeiaria and Alexus went far and beyond to make my family’s experience great. I would give 10 stars if I could. Great customer service kind and polite. It was not as many staff members but every time we went to a different attraction the staff ran over and helped. Thanks for a fun experience this time!!!!!!
What matters.....the kids had fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My three boys ranging from 6-12years old love this place. They have many attractions to keep them very occupied. It is a very busy place which is granted. The place is for kids but adults look for catering completely ridiculous. The teenagers that work need additional training but they are doing the job that they get paid to do! My kids now have membership and we look forward to going during the weekdays. The food is also pretty good with a wide variety. Although it does have room for improvement like every other business, its a great place!
Had a birthday party there. The hostess was great. Everything went smoothly, and the kids had a ball. I would suggest planning to stay more than 2 hours, because its so much to do
The only good part about coming to this place is the sky diving. They were very nice and helpful. All of the other workers on the other hand are very unprofessional. They walk around on their phones and avoid people. The manager Wayne is not a real manager and just lets his staff do anything. I came for a birthday party and the host Joy was a character. She was joking with parents about how much money she finds at the end of the night working their due to kids running around. She also was not very helpful, she would leave and disappear for a long time and come back out of nowhere. The whole staff has got to go!
This place is awesome. So much to do. I have kids from ages 2-9 and none wanted to leave after hours and hours of playing. Plus the staff was great. I didnt realize they were closed and they were able to work out a time for us to come. This would be an amazing birthday party place too.
Good activities for the kids. Needs to be alittle more controlled for smaller kids safety in trampoline area. A toddler only area would be great. Teenager almost sat on a 4 yr old. Ahhh!Overall great place for kids to enjoy.
Today we had a great experience at urban air. Thanks to Brittinay and CJ for the great experience they were extremely nice and helpful. They made the night so much better. I love urban air and I love the friendly staff. 10 stars all the way
It seems like a fun place for kids. The entrance is confusing. The wait time for food is quite long. I recommend eating before you come. The bathrooms were foul. After two hours with some friends I couldnt wait to get out. I might try it again.
I wish I could cancel my membership. Maybe cleanest in appearance but thats it. The always run out of soap in the bathroom hours before they close. Clipboard has the check on it but no one is refilling soap. So if employees are to wash hands like the little sign says, theyre not doing it with soap. Weve gotten sick every single time weve come here, were sick right now. They also turn off the water fountains every day except Saturday. And I know its intentional because I have told staff and watched someone go over there but never turn it on. This is a place for running around, you go through a lot of water, their bottled water is $2 for 16.9 ounces of store brand water. You either pay a fortune for water or you refill it in the bathroom sink.
This was our second time here, we love urban air and visit a lot. This one has the best attractions. Really, indoor Skydiving!! Our 14 year old really enjoyed his friends party.
I went to the urban air snellville website and was pleased to see that you can get the activate awesome package and it included a birthday party. Since my daughter requested urban air for her birthday, I decided to purchase the activate awesome membership. SECONDS after purchasing, I called the snellville location and was informed that the membership had to be active for 30 days. I was informed that it was on the website. I immediately double checked the website and read the fine print again and that information was not there. I had to go to the FAQ page and after clicking tabs and searching, I saw it. That was very misleading and that information should have been in the fine print. I emailed membership immediately after the phone call on Sunday, and here it is 3 days later and STILL no response. I called corporate to speak to a manager and was told I would get a return call. I’ve called again and STILL I have not been called back. The party advertising was very misleading and the time of membership required should have been in the fine print. And I have not heard from a manager yet. I have had a very disappointing experience and I have not even been there yet. If I could give it zero stars I would based on customer service and management.UPDATE: I emailed the owner after getting a response from this review and he has NOT responded to my email and it’s going on 48 hours.
This place is AWESOME!!! So many things the kids can do, and the staff....they are the best very polite and attractive. I will bring my kids and their friends here all the time!! A must go, see and experience!
This is the best place I have ever seen for kids. We played so much that we were sore the next day. The kids had a blast. Heck I had a blast. This is the greatest idea EVER! Amazing!!!
The place is really fun and there is so much to do but they have to do something about the food line. Today I waited in line for at least 20 minutes. They only have 2 people running the register and getting drinks, food, etc. They need 2 people running the register and then 2 other people getting the food and drinks for customers. People were getting mad because the buzzers weren’t working so when they came to get their food it was cold. The staff was trying hard but they can only do so much. Please get more staff to work the food area so it can be a smoother experience for everyone. That’s my only complaint. My kids love this place!
The kids loved it. It was so many things for them to do. They need to get the food area together though. The wait time for the food was ridiculous. They had a bunch of food on the counter but didn’t know who got what. It was a mess. It took a whole hour for me to get a pizza. They need better management in that area. U just got a bunch of kids working there. Overall it’s a nice place and I would definitely go back But we’re going to eat before we go or grab something after we leave......oh and I was so happy to see a cauliflower crust pizza on the menu and it was pretty good. Just took too damn long to get it.
Urban Air has the most to offer among trampoline park chains. They have trampolines, ziplines, rock walls, go-karts, ninja course ... a number of fun things.Rather than pay by hour, you pay a flat fee and can stay all day. You can buy an adult pass with any kid pass for a very reasonable cost, which gives you access to the full park. And as an adult, I had a blast with my kids.My one recommendation would be to do a little research before you go on what package you can do because the menu can be a little confusing.
This place is fun for kids. I did the platinum package and the sky diving shouldnt been included and not an extra 10.00 dollars. For the amount of people that comes through there, seating areas should be better. There was no where for people to seat especially with the birthday parties going on.
Great parking, surprisingly good wings, pizza, popcorn, slushies... wall to wall, floor to ceiling activities. Including skydiving machine, and go carts. Great place for kids party, 35$ everything pass stay all day if you wish.
My kids and I loved this place. The food and atmosphere were great. We will be back.
Visited here yesterday 10/12. Was not a good experience. People were rude. My kids were so excited, but left very sad. They should have left happier. Tried to voice my complaints and problems i had to the manager who was no where to be found despite me asking 3 different employees to get them for me. I had high expectations. Will not be coming back unless things improve.
We were pleased enough with our trip to Urban Air to upgrade to a platinum membership. I have twin 10 years who played for HOURS. My son went through the virtual reality game around 7 times! We calculated that a membership is cheaper than paying to go once a month, and if we go more often, its even more value. We went on Labor Day Monday, and it was nuts, but well-managed nuts. The lines were long, of course, but we got through most things pretty quickly.Plus they have internet. I can take the kids here to play and work on my college coursework!
I had my daughter birthday party here today in it was amazing. Every host was helpful and attentive. My kids absolutely loves this place. The food was great, lots of things to do to keep the kids occupied. I highly recommend Urban Air Trampoline Park.
My son left in tears. We waited almost an hr in line for the go carts. When it was my sons turn he got a cart that went so slow compared to the rest that he couldnt do a single lap before they made him stop. They put him at the front of the line again as if they were going to let him go again but with a better cart. Then this loud lady with a birthday group came in. The workers said they had 4 birthday groups and they were priority so every other person who had been waiting almost an hr already had to let the 4 birthday groups go first. This type of management totally disregards the kids who are there to have fun and already waiting so patiently for so long. If you have large groups who are priority, how about closing the go carts for reserved times, that way others arent waiting in line so long for no reason? We were next in line after having waiting so long already. We were emotionally ready to finally be up next and have fun, then we get pushed aside. This was a horrible form of management and I would not recommend going there for the go carts. 2 of the carts were not functioning properly but they still kept having kids use them ruining their experience. I notice a ton of other reviews mentioning this birthday thing to be an issue. Honestly, close the go carts off for certain blocks of the day for birthdays...leave the rest for the rest of the kids. Its only fair. I understand this is a business, but you are ruining the experience for kids. Seriously ruining them.
I took my kids the Sunday after opening day and we had a ball. It was close to home the staff was amazing and so polite they answered all the questions we had and the owner/manager was walking around thanking people for coming which is so rare in business. The racetrack was the highlight for going that day and even though it was a little trouble they made everything work for the customers waiting in line because they were officially closed at that point. Not many businesses are big on customer service and you can tell even with young teenagers that they instill that in them. We hope to be back soon cause the experience was top notch. It’s definitely a family place for the whole family and even though i list wipe-out I’ll try it again.
I’m not even one to write reviews, but I had to for this place. I am highly disappointed! I arrived at Urban Air at 9:00. First, we decided to get a slice of pizza, we got in the line at 9:28, we did not get our one slice of pizza until 10:06! The line wasn’t even long. The staff was slow, like I don’t understand. We went into go-karts after and there were about 15 go-karts... ONLY 3 single riders WERE WORKING! It is now 10:25, and I had to leave. This was the worst experience ever.
This place is awesome if you want to have fun! So many things to do for kids and parents. I want to give a special thanks to Tony and Asyia for going above and beyond to make this a GREAT experience! Well definitely be back!
My kids loved this place worth every penny just a little bit too crowded for me but after all the birthday parties start to leave you can actually see the floor lol and enjoy the attractions a little more
