Nice people stay here but this place has gone down for years. Some of the homes needs to be moved out and demolish.

How much is rent and whos the light/water with?

Under old management, the Alfords, was a slum. They dont like fixing anything but want to charge a arm and a leg for rent. Light bill is always high.

NEED TO DO SOMETHING WITH THEY ROAD.

The man who owns the park is an ass if they keep the drugs and shootings out it might be a good place to live
