Pizza was good. Kids had fun. Wish there was one person walking around wiping down the games but didnt see anyone do that in the 1 1/2 hours we were there.

I might be 11 but I had my greatest birthdays here, the pizza was never recycled, the employees were the best, and the animatronics still had the greatest performance, as a remnant of showbiz, I wasnt let down, 5 stars, hands down the best location.

At the moment you come to that place the personel give you a comfortable feeling. Very hospitable stuff, it is a kind restaurant to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Great cooking, experienced chief cook and stuff, honest price and attentive service. Warmly recommended.

Recyled pizza makes me throw up but the servers are thicc-nickys

The people here are nice. The kids love it. It is kept pretty clean, and salad bar looks fresh. Not gonna play like its my fav place to go, but its great place to go and read a book while the kids play and scream like banshees.

We just had my sons birthday party at the 10am slot. It was perfect because we basically had the whole place to ourselves for most of it. Brittany was our party coordinator and she was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating! We did not feel rushed at all and the place was very clean. The manager was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location!

Very crowded this place is too small for the crowd that it brings. The food takes forever, the salad bar looks wilted and you can tell it is bag salad. The beverage vending area was a mess due to kids playing with it. Eventually it ran out of ice and certain drinks.

My sons favorite place to hang with his friends and cousins. No complaints here since my son always enjoys himself.

It wasnt too crowded and my kids were able to play the games they wanted. Even my older kids played with my younger kids. The pizza is really good and the sweet chilli wings are the best. Dont forgot to get the salad bar to for the healthy eaters.

Birthday celebration for our twin grandchildren! We have gone here several times for events and taken in cakes or cupcakes with no problems.

While not the worst experience one ever had, I am hesitant to say Ill ever visit this place again. Upon arrival it took over 35 mins to get the table cleaned, and over an hour to get the food, because our pizza was given to another table. Service is lackluster at best, and the arcade machines are often broken. Prices are high even with coupons, considering whats offered. Dining area remained unclean for well over two hours...

This store is awesome! Great food, great games, and a really old school vibe. I love the show, its really well taken care of and you can tell the tech cares. Very friendly employees as well.

Kids loved the arcade games. About 1/3 are perfect for preschool kids. We like the Batman video game the best. Each player appears in the other screen. The food portions are small. The cheese pizza I ate during my last visit was tasty. As an adult, I enjoyed the unlimited salad bar. That is what I chose for this visit

First time at this location... Not as busy as others Ive been to recently...Id recommend coming here if youre in the Laurel/Ft. Meade area

Weeknights are probably the best time to visit. Its much less crowded so the kids can get some room to really have fun. Food is/was decent. Lots of different variety of games to keep the kids entertained. Restrooms are clean, there is ample parking available and the staff are friendly.

You know exactly what you are getting into with this chain. Its clean, the staff is polite, and the games are up up date. Its everything you could ask for

Had a kids bday party here. Kids had lots of fun! Hostess was quite helpful. Paid about $400 for party and playtime for 14 kids. Including pizza and veggie platter for kids and about 12 adults.

Took my daughter here, on a Saturday night. I loved it, nice, peaceful, daughter loved the atmosphere. The food was great!! Almost Ate an entire medium pizza by myself lol. Just one thing that stood out to me, some of the tables that wasn’t being used was not cleaned at all. Lastly the customer service was great by a young lady named Ross, she made my transaction process smooth & quick. Thank you!!

Good place stay an hour with my 2yr old daughter and she loved every minute of it

The pizza and food here is actually really dang good plus there are great deals that include meals and games for your kids. I had a birthday here for my daughter and it was loads of fun for a great deal.

Came as soon as it opened. Nice and quiet. Staff is rude though. An older black gentleman was standing in front of a game my kid wanted to play and I said “excuse me can we play this here” and he got an attitude and rolled his eyes and moved away. I guess he was upset that he couldn’t finish the convo he was having with another staff member who was working the door.They sit there loud and talk about nothing of importance.And I also ordered a pizza as soon as I walked in and the cook rolled her eyes as well. They’re all lazy.

Friendly staff and lots of fun!

Took my daughter here thinking it’d be a good place for a toddler since they advertise a toddler zone. There were about 3 or 4 rides that she could get on that didn’t keep her attention, but most of the games are for older kids. Also some didn’t work, like the ride that takes a picture didn’t work properly or something. It’s definitely not what I remembered Chuck E. Cheese being when I was a kid.

Great kids entertainment for the price. They offer food and drinks as well. 4 out of 5 because more games would be nice. Other than that we definitely will be coming back.

This place must be popular, every time I go there its packed, I cant complain about that because if I didnt see anyone in there then that would seem like something must be wrong . They give the kids free ticks and the have the card press so you dont have to worry about carrying all those coins. Nice up grade.

My daughter love this place

The kids loved it and the food was great. The only issue is we dont like sugary drinks for our kids (and us); since we just wanted water they would only give us paper cones. In other words, each time we wanted a sip we had to walk to go get one. Unfortunately, this is a deal breaker and we wont go back until this changes.

Fun games, nice staff... They really try and keep things nice and the games working. Children would rate the food as excellent.

Fun experience for kids. I think it will be better when theyre a bit older as many of the games were out of their ability range, but there was still quite a bit they could do. The card system is fun and they liked picking out prizes. The food wasnt great but it wasnt terrible either. I would definitely eat there again for convenience. Kids immediately asked to have their birthdays there so they definitely had a blast.

Sebastian was so helpful and great with the children! We would definitely come back for another birthday! Britney was very nice as well. The children had a blast!

Love this Chuck e cheese. Its usually pretty quiet if you go at opening on weekend. It gets busy later. Machines break but as long as you can find an employee, theyll reimburse you. LOVE the new pizza recipe.

Great place to have fun any day of the week. Its busier on Saturday but its fun and family friendly.

It js located in a busy shopping mall.There are few steps inside but with the wheel chair ramps.The restroom is quite clean. I am not sure whether their family restroom was available to use as it was locked whenever tried, while the restrooms were not busy.The staff were nice.It was fun to take a picture with Chuckee.The birthday party spots were located in an open area.The pizza was yummy.We enjoyed it there!

Went for a birthday party. My son had fun but I would never have a party for him there. The big rat was not very friendly when he came out to greet the kids. Pizza was ok. My son actually enjoyed the games more than the food.

Great service and very accommodating, professional staff considering the chaos that can be 5-7year old kids at a birthday party and accompanying family. I would give 5 stars if the food value was a better both in quality and quantity for what you pay for.

Had a nice time! We got there at about 11:30am on a Saturday which is about an hour or so after it opens. It wasnt too crowded. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. They were very careful about guarding the door which was great. Chuck E. Came out and danced and threw tickets in the air which the tiny humans loved. I love my kids but I get serious anxiety about places like this (the stickiness, the crowds, the germs). However, this wasnt that bad. No stickiness. I even got to sit while the kiddies played. Oh, and most importantly, my kids had a blast! I would recommend going early before the birthday parties and crowds.

The staff was great but its getting four stars because its a smaller CEC. Its really tight at times upon arrival as parents are placing good orders in line and there will be a ramp to your right upon entry that gives access to games.

I took my daughter here one day and we played pirates hook and I ended up getting the bonus the little lobster at the bottom that gives you 150 tickets. At the end of the game it didnt give me the tickets not even 40 tickets. When I called for assistance, I believe the supervisor or manager took a look and he said well if you did get it then it should have gave you the tickets because theres nothing wrong with the machine. Like seriously why would I lie over tickets?! Its not like i wanted them it was for my 2 year old daughter. For the fact that he basically accused me of lying i should give this place a 1 star. Also the 2nd time i came i was standing in line to get soda waiting for this lady to finish and this kid employee just gets right in front of me no excuse me or sorry and just starts getting ice. Seriously this place is so rude and unprofessional. We only come here because my daughter loves chuckie cheese..but some of the employees are a joke! Have better customer service or get another job!

The children love the games and the prizes are reasonably ticketed. The salad bar is well kept and fresh.

This Chuck E Cheese is very nice and clean! The manager made sure we received a great deal because of our military service.

Always a treat for kids. Nice and friendly staff. Food is nice also. Every now and then an attendant walks around wiping some machines down and stuff. A plus for me as I am a clean freak. Will be taking my kids there again for sure.

This place is perfect childrens birthdays and other celebrations a kid may have. I have fond memories myself of the times I was taking there for my birthday, making honor roll, and graduation from elementary shool(that visit my crazy cousin kicked the Chucky E. Cheese up the butt for not greeting him, that was kinda rude him nevertheless we had time & a good laugh that day) Id recommend at least one visit in your childhood

This place is no longer toddler friendly. Most games are for grown kids. My 2&4 year olds didnt enjoy the place at all cos the games they could play / ride were just about 5. So within 20 minutes they were ready to roll out. Its sad. It used to be a really fun place when I used to take my niece & nephew 8 yrs ago

Excellent experience! The host was great, and the facility was nice.

The staff was wonderful. I had a lot less RSVPs to my kids birthday party then planned. They charged me for only the kids that attended. They still treated my son wonderfully.

Usually well maintained and very clean, from bathrooms to dining tables to arcade units. The only game I would say is gross smelling is the water shooting race. Im sure its form the fact that that water is recycled over and over to play the game. If anyone does have a problem with a game/ride, let the tech guy kno. Food is always great. Looks and taste fresh including the salad bar. Definitely recommend going early hours or weekdays if possible. Any Chuck E. Cheese gets out of control when theres that many kids running around. The only downfall my kids and I complain about is the tunnel/ jungle gym thing. There isnt one. That was always a main attraction for us but I guess well have to find a different location.

Had my daughter 5th birthday party today and the service was excellent. The host Rowan was a pleasure to work with. This young man was very attentive to our needs and made my daughters party extra special.

Positive experiences like the others with the exception of the ticket count-out. My god in a busy weekend for wth all the machines breaking and adults gaming the ticket process the lines grew to over an hour. We walked out. Don’t go on weekends!

This is my daughters favorite Chuck E Cheese location. Depending on the day it can be a tab bit over crowded but none the less they keep it clean. New games are brought in frequently and the staff are helpful when you need it. Ive never seen an actual Chuck E Cheese mascot there though.

Haven’t been since I was young, I don’t even live in Laurel anymore...but I have many fond memories of the place. I don’t remember the food (I assume it’s standard less than average dominos like stuff), but the games were always fun.

I know I shouldnt expect fine dining at chuckecheese. But 50 minutes for pizza and appetizers is a bit egregious. The food menu is designed to be simple and fast.I think the owners/management of this establishment could use some training as it is very clear this place has zero leadership or maybe they are overwhelmed because of poor organization.All of the employees I witnessed with the exception of one cashier were walking around aimlessly with no care in the world.I wish they would see exactly how much money they are losing.Think about it for a minute. If I had ordered a pizza and everyone in my party ate it all and wanted more. What are your chances of me ordering again after waiting nearly an hour for the first pizza? Zero. No chance.Also next time I come I will make sure to eat somewhere else before coming so I dont have to wait this long for mediocre food. This is another loss of revenue for the business.I hope the owners read this and look into getting some help. There are a ton of groups on Facebook for restaurant owners...there are even coaching companies/consulting firms to help with training owners / managers to become better leaders.I wish you the best of luck.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We had a birthday party for a child with 13 kids and their respective parents.It took over an hour for us to get our food. We complained, other people complained and all we were told is that the GM changed how things work.Change it back!! Weve had numerous parties at this location and we have never waited over an hour for us to get food. Its really embarrassing and I feel bad for the staff.My suggestion is before you start changing things, ask your staff.
