Visited opening weekend as a group of adults here to see the owner for business purposes initially, but given the opportunity to have full access to the facility and attractions. We had such a great time! We jumped from area to area and everyone found an activity for them, plus many where we could compete against eachother! The men of the group loved the ninja warrior course, I loved the Sky Rider. The place is roomy, and they have more big attractions planned for the location inside. All staff were friendly and upbeat.

Great activity center. They have a plethora of activities you can choose from (sky ride, trampoline, climbing walls, etc.). Party room was clean. Our party attendant, Trinity, was extraordinary!! She was very attentive to our group and made sure our pizza was nice, fresh and HOT.... as well as making sure our drinks stayed filled to the brim (shout out to UA for employing wonderful staff). In October 2020, we visited for a 9-year-old birthday and were appalled by the lack of Covid safety procedures. We shared extensive feedback out of concern but never heard back. No temperature checks at the door despite a table in the lobby saying they do. So many people were not wearing masks without anybody seeming to be checking throughout the facility. Instead, there were people with masks on their chins, hanging off their mouths, and no masks at all. Didnt see any adults in the room, so to speak supervising operations on the floor. It was over-crowded and its unclear how often everything is sanitized. This place is a germ warehouse and well never be back until Covid is over. This place should be shut down until they learn how to operate safely.

Very awesome place to be l visit Urban air Laurel with my family it was beautiful experience it was fun and lovely. My family enjoyed themselves, when it was time to live they refused to go, there are so many equipment to play with. I wish to visit the place again, it was very awesome and beautiful experience for me and my family.

I am VERY dissatisfied with my visit to Urban Air in Laurel. First off I reserved and paid the day before prior to coming, for admission and socks. I traveled an hour just to be told that they were out of socks and I had to reschedule.l for another day. After going back and forth with the front desk for 30 mins, I spoke with the manager Tai at 3:35 and he ended up letting us in with our regular socks. By then that was 40 minutes of the 2 hours we paid for. I paid $73.07 for my family play from 3-5 and we didn’t start until 3:45. I paid for socks 3 pairs of socks but only got one pair because they ran out of socks. This is completely ridiculous!! The manager said that he will remember us and give us socks the next time we visit but I will not be back! I think I deserve a full refund! We only got to play for 1 hour and 15 minutes and didn’t get 2 pairs of the socks that I paid for. They also don’t follow Covid protocols. I saw some wear their mask half way on and they allow kids to play without their mask. I saw two kids jumping with no mask while the employee was on their phone not paying attention. I went to her and asked why was she allowing the kids to jump without a mask. My overall experience was horrible!! I literally could go on and on.. staff was super rude!!

It very nice inside .. but the need a entrance for Covid and a Exit for Covid.. the front Door is unsafe when walking out through a crowd of people.

The kids loved it and so did the adults. Its definitely a family experience. I would recommend it every weekend. Five stars

First time coming and it was nice. It’s for all ages and very versatile with activities inside. Highly recommended!

Visited 3 times in a month lol weekdays you have the entire place to yourself. Weekends it’s best to come 7pm or later. Love it!

This is just a not a safe place.Let me start with the line at the entrance, no social distancing, no security guard making sure only customer are permitted on site. This place is so unorganized, any person can walk in to use the restroom. Can you imagine bringing your kids to unsafe place?Food: Only one Cashier and server at the same time, pizza was burnt. So terrible.Finally, I would not recommend this place at all!!

The system allowed me to book online charged my credit card. Then when I arrived there was a notice on the door they where shut down by the health department. I called no one answered and filed a online inquiry requesting to be contacted, to get my money back and still haven’t heard anything it’s been over a week. I also reached out to there corporate office and they said someone should of contacted me within 72 hours that never happened. At this point my only option is to file a claim with my credit card company. I wanted to give the business the option to rectify it first but they refuse to contact me.

Oh my goodness please dont step foot in this place, I understand the concept but this place is horrible and shouldnt be running. I caught Covid in this place when I took my grandkids a couple weeks ago. I understand no one likes wearing mask but they need more workers to make wearing mask in the establishment mandatory. Please stay far away from this place until this Pandemic is over with.

First time there..was very excited to see an indoor adventure ..HOWEVER the line for food was very long 45 mins waiting another 35 mins waiting for the food.. The obstacle course was closed SAD and the zipline took about 1 hour wait to get suited..plus folks were jumping ahead of the line.. No organization.. Other play areas were good..

I took my daughter and little brother here on Saturday and when I tell you this place needs to be shut down by the health department for not following Covid protocols. This place is so unorganized with not enough staff, none of the staff they have working are asking people who are walking around to put keep mask on. The worst part is when you’re leaving out the entire doorway is lined with people trying to buy tickets, not wearing mask, or social distancing. I don’t know who the owner is but that person only wants money and doesn’t care about the safety of the customers and poor children.

Urban Air Laurel is AWESOME, safe, and has amazing staff! This place is fun for everyone of all ages, I highly recommend.

No one was cleaning properly but kids were having a blast.

Long lines for everything food taste bad unorganized a mess not returning was first time and how do they sanitize with all those ppl bathroom nasty as well
