This may be a scam. I wouldnt work with GoSkate. I paid for 6 skate board lessons for my son. Im currently on hold with their support team because I am requesting a refund. Twice now, the instructors have been too injured or sick to show up for the lessons. I only found out because I had not received any communication from GoSkate past the confirmation that I had paid - and I reached out to their support team to find out what was going on.Support Call Update: I ended up staying on the phone for 20 minutes. One support guy Ed said he couldnt give me a refund and he transferred me to another support guy John. John said he also couldnt give me a refund...he talked over me and wouldnt listen when I said I was past the point of trying to work something out with GoSkate. While he did apologize on behalf of GoSkate, he is going to have to get with his team and call me back about getting a refund.Its been several hours and I still havent heard back. I am exhausted from dealing with this company. I highly recommend staying away from any lessons that Lesson-Pro LLC offers. It looks like they are an umbrella-type organization offering an array of lessons from piano to skateboard. Dont mess with these people.
