After owning directing and Coaching all levels from 22 preschools in southern California and bringing Santa Maria YMCA tocompetition in Orlando Fla. the experience of45 years can not ever be replaced So thankful for its formed me to be there for those that need help n make a difference in their lives its fill the gap for the parent !I enjoyed the time and appreciated the opportunity to help develop the whole person to over come their weakness ! develop the spirit and desire to understand self in order to reach their goals!I would recommend signing up for Gymnastic s at Vegas Valley as all Gymnastic schools have their own philosophy and excellent coachesthat a child will Naturally Excell !
We came from out of town (Vancouver BC) and jerry was very accommodating. Our daughter has some big competitions coming up and it was a fantastic experience for her to get a bit of training in on vacation. Truly appreciate letting her train in your facility and helping her. Class act for sure. THANK YOU!
My daughter is in their intermediate class. She really likes it. Coaches are knowledgeable. She learns something new each week.
High quality facility. My kid likes the coaches and enjoys her classes. My only complaint is that the parents sitting area is brutally hot during the summer.
This review is directed to the owner of the Gym.Jerry, I just got off the phone with one of your staff, Akina. She was very sweet on the phone and informative. But the reason for my call was to get information about scheduling and an incident that occurred Tuesday, 4/18/2017. My sister called me that day livid about a bad experience she had with at your facility. It was caused by Akina giving incorrect information about scheduling. By her own admission, she “wasn’t paying attention to the schedule” when she handed it to my sister after highlighting the free trial class. My sister and niece were happy to see that the free trial was the very next day.When they got there the next day, they spoke to Akina again who told them there was no class, that there wouldn’t be one for another month or so, and that “everything was full.” She kept repeating “everything is full” without apologizing. She was actually very short with her and it came off impolite and unprofessional.After speaking with her on the phone today, it’s clear that she is sweet enough, and not unreasonable. It seems like the attitude she had towards my sister was because of the fact that she had to leave a class she was coaching to speak with her, as the blond woman at the counter was not informed.Perhaps youre understaffed at the moment, but my sister felt discriminated against. “My money is green just like everyone else’s.” she said to me on the phone. I hope you guys can rectify this issue, get everyone informed and on the same page regarding scheduling, ensure that your staff is kind and professional to EVERYONE at your facility, and when mistakes are made, that people quickly say sorry. The problem wasn’t even the honest mistake/miscommunication in scheduling. It was more in regards to the discourteous way Akina handled it.Just thought you should know.
