I always enjoy golf galaxy for the simple fact that I love golf. I did notice however when I was looking to purchase new clubs, the sales staff kinda blew me off. I know I dont look like your average golfer but if I am inquiring about a certain brand and set of clubs you would think I was in the market to purchase. I eventually did get helped by a friendly older gentleman. I had the same experience at the Stephanie store when I was purchasing my putter. Overall my experience was good but could care less for the snobby attitude. If it wasnt for the rewards program, I probably would have ordered my clubs straight from the manufacturer.

Look for Beau, the golf salesman. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. He’ll walk you through the entire store to show you everything from apparel, to good starter golf clubs. I also work and sales and this is by far one of the best. I would highly recommend.

Just had to have 1 regrip. The employees are awesome here. Everyone friendly and helpful. My favorite golf store.

Always my go to golf shop, Ive always bought everything at golf galaxy. Theyre aways super helpful.

Asked if they had a certain shaft and I got blown off. Then when I asked if they could order it and they said its better I do it on my own. Then why did I come into your store? They clearly had other things to do than help the 1 of 2 customers in the entire store. Lazy and poor customer service. Go to PGA superstore, not here.

Worst customer service ever! When I walked in two of the workers had some type of table setup but had their backs turned and wouldn’t even look at me as I said hello. Then walking around the store I was looking for a particular item but couldn’t find it and none of the workers were willing to help. I counted 7 total workers with no other customers in the building and still couldn’t get help. What an absolute joke this location is.

This is the smaller the two stores but I have found that this is the best place for me to get everything I need to improve my golf game. The staff and the teaching professional ( Chris ) are very friendly and helpful they will answer your questions and help you with the right equipment and services you want. If they dont have it they can order it for you and then make sure it is right for you

Good prices great selection

Gave me a fair trade for my driver, picked up golf balls and used club. John let me hit the club and was helpful. Would have given 5 stars if they gave a more for the trade in. A good selection of clubs.

I would like to thank Golf Galaxy for their generous donation to support Wounded Warriors, Veterans, and military families during a charity event this past Veterans Day week. This $93 million dollar company found it in their hearts to donate 10% off coupons that were close to expiration. They were originally good from October 2017 - November 30, 2018. But we got them on November 14th. Thats 2 weeks to use a 10% off coupon. So kind and generous. Our brave heroes will surely benefit from any coupon that gets used in the next few days before expiration. Im not sure how, since it wasnt actually a donation or gift to the cause, and is actually only a benefit to your company if it is actually used; but nonetheless, the donation was clearly done with our military and their families at the forefront of this decision. Thank you for that. Dont worry, we wont bother to ask you to support a golf fundraiser for Veterans again. Your message was received loud and clear.

Found just what I needed great staff too

You know youre dealing with honest salespeople when they talk you OUT of buying a new driver. Ive bought new & used gear here & its been outstanding, but on more than one occasion the staff have offered tips & pointers that will improve the performance of the equipment I have. The store in Henderson is equally outstanding.

Not one person asked if needed help. Yet, every Caucasian around me was asked several times. Maybe my $400-$500 is worth it to them because my skin was darker than everyone else walking around.

Had clubs shafted and gripped very helpful and qualified...always a good experience.

Not sure about all the bad reviews. I went on 5/23/2014 and had a pleasant experience. Looking to regrip my putter. Walter was doing some stocking and as soon as I walked in he asked if he could help me with anything. First time in the store, so I wanted to look around a bit first. Saw Walter again and told him I was looking to regrip the putter and he suggested that I go to the putter section and try out some of their, um 100 different putters, some with different grips (I was looking at the super strokes) to see what I liked. Shot a bunch of putts in and decided on a grip. Told me it would take about 5 to 10 minutes, which was accurate. Great job, grip looks good, cant wait to play a round with it.

Horrific Customer Service. My boyfriend and I (both in our early 20s) walked in looking for some new clubs and not ONE of the 5 or 6 employees standing at the front said hello or even offered to help as we walked RIGHT through them. An older gentlemen walked in right behind us and they jumped all over him. It was like we literally did not exist to them. Even when we asked for help, the employee was extremely short and rude and made it clear we didnt belong in the store. My boyfriend walked in with the intention to buy a whole new set and he walked out with nothing because of the hostility of these seemingly stuck up employees. Really bad way to do business

Basically, DO NOT GO THERE. IT IS HORRIBLE SERVICE and no personal care. I did a number of times buying clubs and others > $1000.00 still very bad service, no courteous gift, etc. what so ever. This is a very cold golf store, sees us as business only no personal regardless who you are and how much you did business with them. Just a BAD STORE, BAD COMPANY. Not only that. They adjusted my titleist iron and lie angles were completely off. Horrible, Horrible and Horrible. Sorry Golf Galaxy, you are fired from my list!!!

I recently purchased a set of Cleveland golf clubs from Golf Galaxy at their Charleston location. When I picked them up I asked where were the head covers? [my last set of Clevelands included head covers, and I assumed these did as well] I was told they didnt come with covers. After spending $800, I dont think it is unreasonable for them to include a $20 set of head covers. Dont know if this is Clevelands or Golf Galaxys policy. Either way its a cheesy way to do business. Not sure if I will due business with either Cleveland or Golf Galaxy again.

Walked Around checking out irons for 30min not one person out of 3/4 workers there offered to help or even said anything to me. 1 employe ask how I was doing 20min later as he walked by and didnt even make eye contact, just walked by. Some of their stuff is over priced, just check it the same product on Amazon for half off. Customer service is lacking here.

Courteous gift.. headcovers for used clubs??? Do u people ever shop at golf stores ever? U people sound greedy. No golf store i know in two states keeps used headcovers. What kind of courteous gift do u expect anyway?? Do u also expect them to sing u a song w/ some clapping and dancing?? U might want to visit a Dennys on ur bday if so. Never been to the Charleston location but I love the deals I find at the Stephanie store. Ive saved so much on the constant clearance they have on apparel. Ive found some insane finds on mint condition used clubs. Bought a used SLDR 2 hybrid. Couldnt find any evidence of it ever being hit. Had a $275 Diamana shaft. $500 club for $85! No I didnt complain of headcover included. Bought a new Callaway Fit Extreme driver for only $118!! This was a $400 driver couple years ago. They had a two year old model Scotty Cameron on sale. New for $75 off retail! I hesitated and someone else bought it. Have u ever seen a new Scotty on sale? I didnt think so. The only store i can find Slazenger apperal which is becoming a really good brand in apparel! Golf Galaxy is a great golf store. Go to Golf Smith and try to find a single deal on anything.

I thought the staff was very helpful and answered all questions with care. I regripped all my clubs and couldnt be more happy with the results. I really trusted them with their recomondations. My favorite part was that no one on the staff was too salesy. I wish they could have gripped my clubs the same day but no biggie.

Nice selection, clean store, wish there was more staffing to help you out. Be careful on their prices, some things are over priced some are priced good.

Had a Ping 3 iron repaired. Did a lousy job and asked to have it redone. They sent if back to Ping and it took nearly six weeks. Was charged twice! The only thing that keeps this store afloat is the fact that it is the only golf store in the Summerlin area.
