My lil grace loves this kids quest, cant wait til she can come and play again

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!! We were told my son could not be in the toddler room because he was two and a half. That he had to be in the room with 12 year olds, but were vehemently assured that he would have eyes on him at all times. When we came over to check on him, the one attendant in sight had her back to about ten kids and my son was about to fall off a four foot high counter face first. We had to yell at her to go retrieve him. When we pointed out it was a problem she ran to get the supervisor, leaving all the kids alone. The supervisor excused it saying that there are a few workers and many kids, my son is not special and cannot have eyes on him at all times. The whole time, three workers were at the counter yelling at me, and none of the children were being watched. I had to tell them that the supervisor should be able to handle it by herself, they need to get back to work before the same thing happens to another child. The whole time they kept changing their stories and excuses. Even the security guard heard what they were saying and thought it was ridiculous. When we got to the room to change my son into his pajamas, he was covered in large scratches, red marks, and bruises. He said a girl and lady hurt him through his tears. Everyone refused to tell me what happened to my child, no one got reprimanded for it, corporate refused to return my phone calls, and we are not able to return to the Kids Quest, which was our whole reason for choosing this hotel. The “supervisor” was ghetto white trash. If I could leave zero stars, I would.I have zero phone calls, zero messages from them. I left corporate a voicemail the same night it happened, yet they say they have no record of it. They are also trying to say my child was causing issues now that it has come to light he was not being watched. The trashy supervisor from that night has tried to reply to my review with the same trash she got away with the night of the incident. They are trying to cover their rear ends and put the blame on the child instead of accepting responsibility for their neglect, which proves they should not be allowed to supervise children.Their argument is also that they do background checks. That doesn’t show the character of a person or what they are capable of. You can go your whole life doing something wrong and not get caught. You can also be neglectful and not watch the children you are supposed to, because you haven’t been caught. A clear background check just proves you haven’t gotten caught yet.

I absolutely love this Kids Quest location! The teachers and receptionists are always very nice and helpful. One of the last times we visited the location, they even provided clean underwear and pants for my little one because he had an accident. I always love bringing my kid and I trust the staff to take a good care of my son.

The baby sitters are the best my kids loves them specially Thalia and Estefany.

Everytime i bring my daughter here shes always so excited and anxious to be there. Shes always plays with the same set of staff members she originally was introduced to when she first start coming here, which is kind of a big thing for me. She would usually cry when i have to leave her but now shes become very familiar and fond of the ladies who work here and they are the same with her. I love that they give you complimentary hours to use towards the hours used.. and how they will thoroughly inform you of anything that may occur concerning your childs well being or safety. I definitely give this place a million ️️️️‘S

My daughter loves coming here. We come on average 1-2 times/month and she has never complained. I also like their reward program.

For parents who just need a kid-free break. A safe place with a certified staff where your child can have a great time. My son loves it!!!

My 9 yr old and 7 yr old love this Kids Quest in Boulder Station. They have games and activities all the time. They have been making slime with kids.The staff are very friendly to kids and parents. Great Job Boulder team.

I have a 4 year old son who loves going here, he prefers Boulder over any other Kids Quest. The girls are friendly and take care of the kids well. Misty, Rebecca, and Arlene do a great job of training the staff!!

Wouldnt take my kids back here again. Left my 3 year old and 9 year old for 4 hours. Paid $93 dollars, and my oldest said she didnt like the place, the staff was rude and there was no super vision, and my daughter walked away with her head hurt. Here are the things my 9 year old told me she saw while there for 4 hours.*no bathroom stall doors. She said the bathrooms are wide open so anyone who walks by has view of all the stalls, no doors on the stalls so boys and other older kids can walk by or stand there and watch you use the bathroom. She was so uncomfortable she held her pee in as long as she could before she had to use it.*no supervision or discipline, she said there was a kid who looked to be 4 or 5 throwing the hard hats. He threw one at a little boy so hard it bounced off his head and struck my 9 year old in her head. The other little boy was crying and my daughter was the only one paying attention and tried to soothe him. When she went to find a staff member the staff member didnt check on her head or the other little boy. Instead she made my child sit down and watch a movie while the kid throwing things got to keep playing. No ice pack was given or any TLC to my child or the other hurt little boy.*no supervision at all. My 3 year old was released with black paint all over her face, in her hair, her hands, arms, and all over her clothes. I asked my daughter what happened and she said some other little girl was painting my daughter. When my 9 year old saw what was going on again SHE had to ask the other little girl to stop and find a staff member to tell them she was being painted on. The staff member didnt clean my daughter up. She told my 3 year old to go clean herself up in the bathroom and then walked off. My 3 year was never even shown the bathroom to go clean up. But who lets a 3 year old in the bathroom alone to clean themselves?*no potty assistance. I told the lady at the front when I checked in that my 3 year old is potty trained, but when she plays she holds it too long and will have an accident if she cant make it to the bathroom in time. The lady assured me that wouldnt be a problem. She said they have a potty reminder set up so every 30 min to an hr someone would ask her to take a potty break. That never happened. My child was soaked in pee for the 4 hrs she was there and no one said one word to me about it. I didnt notice till we got back to our hotel. My 9 year old said my 3 year old never even saw the bathroom, no one came to check on her or ask her to go potty the whole time they were there.* My 9 year old said that the women that were suppose to watch them werent watching anyone. They just sat down eating stuff. She said it was crazy in there like kids just run wild and no one does anything about kids fighting or being mean. She said when she would try to get there help they would just make her sit down for a movie so she stopped telling them anything because they were not helpful. I felt so bad that they didnt have a good time. Especially for the price I paid. I expected much more from this place.This place is the equivalent of Chuck E cheese minus the pizza and entertainment. Zero supervision or any kind of care from staff. BEWARE!

My 9 year old child enjoy his day, he said he loved the activities and his favorite part was the slim thing, I think is a popular thing amongst kids. He told me if we ever go to Las Vegas again he wants to go back ... Happy kido, happy me...

My kids love going to station casinos as they get to play in kids quest while mommy gets to play in the casino. Thanks for taking care of them and always making them feel welcome

Misty is a great director. Rebecca is a super supervisor great with the kids, also cindy and the other girls, make my 3 kids happy and comfortable, my kids loves going to Kidsquest at Boulder station. Great employees that loves being with kids, and well care for.
