Excellent facility. One of the few top luxurious hotel on Vegas.
Staying at Caesar makes you feel like a Roman. Also Caesars is located centrally on the strip to make everything accessible. Also it said that the rat pack used to hang out here. Overall a an exceptional place to stay!
Fun casino and brought drinks right away
Awesome place to play as an adult!!
Hard to win money, short staff, no maid service, no room service, no coffee, water or minibar.
Extremely vulgar, extremely funny and entertaining. Venue is super cool
A must for anyone in Las Vegas. Iconic with the best restaurants, clubs, & stellar service.
Ive always loved drinking at the palace, back when I drank.
Visit the surrounding casinos this one is very dirty and outdated. Staff members are awful, they seem to HATE their jobs! If youre a nonsmoker beware the air filtration system in the entire hotel is not even close to working! So gross, can hardly breathe!
Excellent customer service.I was unable to attend an event and Receive a full refund through the Third party.

Always my favorite..
This is my first time writing a complaint. I hate to complain! However I am livid!!!!Ill try to make it short. My mom and I had a staycation ( we live in Las Vegas) and we wanted to see a show or go to the Grand Canyon. Unfortunately we chose Jersey Boys because my mom has wanted to see them for years. We love shows and go as often as we can. This is the first time we hated the show in the first 10 min. There are good reviews however we dont care for full on Broadway shows. We like Musicals. Apparently we misunderstood the reviews.Live and learn. I figured we can just get different tickets to something we would enjoy. We walked out after 30 min (long 30 min)of the 2hr and 10 min show. Long story short but after about 40 min of arguing with the manager Shawn at the box office we got absolutely no compensation. We just lost a very valuable $130 ( we are very tight on finances at the moment) All we wanted was 2 tickets to a different show. However Caesars entertainment, multi-million dollar industry said no to everything we asked for!!!!! Huge Jubilee and Anthony Cools signs were right behind the Manager and we would have been very happy with a trade of tickets. The manager Shawn even made the box office employee cry because he didnt want to come out and talk with us and she could not convince us to take a $30 value up the Eiffel Tower and back down( we have already seen it) I will never go to a show with them again. (More than half the shows in Vegas are Caesars) I just do not understand. Blows my mind! I will continue to tell my story to anybody that will listen. Dont waste your hard earned money with them. Moral of the story is unless you are 100% sure you will love the show dont take any chances. Do something else with your money because Caesars entertainment will just take it and run. Horrible customer service. Horrible horrible horrible experience! Extremely upsetting. Ruined our night, and our week, and we are still upset a few weeks later.
Excellent service.
Great place to visit
The best
Patience, obviously has no patience. My dear girl, the Jersey Boys production Is a musical, just like Sound of Music, or The West Side Story. Its a story about the history of the Four Seasons. Your mom probably liked it, and you, too young to know about them, got antsy, and left, what a shame.I have seen it twice and am going to see it again before the show ends in December. You missed a lot if you only stayed 40 minutes. I cant speak for the staff, thats another issue, but the show is fabulous! So give it another try before it goes away forever.
Love the employees here .... great family atmospheres
Stayed at the Flamingo. Beautiful garden was the best feature. Terrible bathroom--unable to take bath or shower and black mold around tub tiles. Many on our tour group had similar problems with very difficult operation of water valve.
Nice place to visit but I wouldnt want to work there.
Still rock
I was at the bar inside of the Cromwell having drinks with my boyfriend. The bartender at the first bar on the right when youre entering the casino from the main entrance blatantly disrespected me and humiliated me in front of everyone at the bar. Customers and employees. There were 3 bartenders and what looked to be a supervisor on this shift. The one who attacked me was pouring a drink for another customer and the drink splashed in my face. I jokingly told him that he splashed in my face. He said that wouldnt be the first time something splashed in your face. I thought he was joking so I responded with well that would be the first and last time that you did it. He proceeded to call me chunky, chubby, and ask me how it feels to be overweight. I stood up to tell him that he was disrespectful and that I was not fat at all. He proceeded to yell out ugh ugh as if he was disgusted. I became upset and told him that he wasnt a man. I asked him what type of man would disrespect a woman like that. He started to move his neck around and said here comes the black girl. As if he were mocking me. He also said that I needed to take my wig off of my head. This man who is on the clock making money behind the bar on your property completely disrespected and belittled me A woman.. With no remorse in front of a crowd of people as well as his fellow bartenders. I can not believe this is the representation of the type of employee you would allow to work in your establishment. Being a black woman who was sitting at the bar with her white boyfriend who overlooked the whispering and looks given to us I cannot help but to feel like that attack had deeper meaning. My boyfriend and I left the Cromwell and went across the street to Ballys. The bartender that was servicing us before this took place even apologized to my boyfriend for what his coworker did. My boyfriend took the supervisors card and name and and we left. When we got to Ballys I went straight to the restroom and I broke down crying. A custodian lady was working and I explained to her what took place across the street. She was so upset and couldnt believe what happened and she began to comfort me. I can guarantee that we will not stop until this employee is reprimanded for his malicious verbal attack. What kind of man talks to a woman that way? What kind of employee in a customer service field would humiliate a customer in that fashion? Especially with the only reasoning behind it being that I told him that he splashed alcohol in my face while he was making someones drink. I will make sure that I take the steps needed to have this matter investigated and handled. I am a former Caesars employee and I know what your company stands for and that is clearly not it. I will stop at nothing to have this matter investigated. In no way shape or form should one act like that while on the job especially not knowing who the customer is or who they are sitting in the presence of. With everything going on in todays society since our election people are starting to feel like it is ok to attack others and I will not stand for this. Cromwell.. Caesars Ent this saddens me that this is a representation of the people you have working for you. I will not take this verbal abuse lightly and I respectfully hope that your corporation will not either.
Not badbut not for my taste also
