The homes built here are by Toll Brothers. Definitely one of the higher end homes and a lot of fun to walk through. The models are well designed and the builder went above and beyond on high end finishes. I like the openness of these homes and how inviting they are, now if the prices were in my budget, I would give them more consideration.

Strongly built, attention to details builder. Toll Brothers builds the best non full custom homes in Las Vegas. Los Altos is all single story homes with Great views. Los Altos has the largest lots in summerlin for non custom built homes. Like anything else you get what you pay for.

Expensive homes for their size, but very well built. The model homes are beautiful, but tool close to the neighbors for being nearly a million bucks.

Great looking model homes definitely should be seen.
