Ive been here a couple times, Its a fairly intimate venue. The show is reasonably priced, the comedians are usually really funny and the staff is friendly. The service is good and the drinks and food are just your typical dive bar type food. 4 star because of the value. If youre looking for good food though, eat before or after the show!

Great line up of comedians. Some early in their career and still working on their acts, others professional writers for shows who share sharp material in rapid fire, so listen carefully. Bar service through the first 4 of 5 acts was friendly and quick.

Fun times depending on headliners. it is really hit or miss. Ive had a blast here and Ive been bored out my mind. if they work in a steady rotation of talented comics this would be a great place.

Had a good night, sat thats the front well that was a good thing or not but no need to worry about where you sit as everywhere is fairly close. All seats are in good view of the stage. Hostess were polite and attentive. My only gripe is that my pints of Stella came as a half a pint first time and three quarters of a pint the second time. Overall a good night out and we would frequent again.

My husband and I were out in Vegas on vacation and we enjoyed this place and show so much!!! There were 5 people and 4 of the 5 were awesome!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Great line-up of very funny stand-up comics on a quiet Wednesday night in Vegas. Host is great - keeps things moving. Amazing service, good food (fish tacos $16), nice pour of wine. There’s something about the Cellar vibe - it’s the best!

We payed for better tables but got put in the back for being the last people inside the room. The comedians are always great with different sense of humors which is much appreciated.

I used to visit comedy clubs quite frequently years ago when I lived in California. The Comedy Cellar is a great venue and reminded me of the Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach. It felt like being home and I highly recommend visiting! Mark is a fantastic host and really funny!

Really enjoyed the comedians, lots of fun there, but the beverages were more overpriced than a professional sports stadium! Still, I would have given it a higher rating if theyd just enforced a no smoking rule. The guys smoking behind me made it hard to relax and enjoy the entertainment. Would have been so much better if the staff had just asked them to stop or step outside. I know its Vegas, but still...

Excellent MC to warm up the audience! He interacted really well with everyone and incorporated a lot of the events into his jokes between sets.The comics were all top notch and there wasnt a dud in the group. Laughed so much my face was tired from smiling and laughing so much the entire show. I will definitely be making this a regular thing with my wife and our friends!

We had a blast. 4 Acts total. We really enjoyed 3 out of 4. Get Vibe and tasty dishes. Well worth a visit.

Great place if you like comedy clubs that are exactly the same as every other comedy club. Host comes on and tells a few jokes to warm up the crowd. Introduces comedian #1. Comedian #1 comes on for ~20 minutes and is mediocre to great (at times either one). Host comes back out for a few more jokes and introduces comedian #2. Rinse and repeat 3-4 times.The three comedians I saw were not fantastic but they all had their moments.The service was good, pretty much as expected. I got the nachos because I really really wanted to finally eat something healthy (thats a joke). They were pretty good.The venue itself is pretty small. The stage is really small; I was surprised that nobody on-stage kicked anyone in the front row. But the front row folks seems to be having a good time.4 stars because it just doesnt deserve 3 stars, but definitely not 5. Will I go there again next time Im in town? Most likely not; Ill probably try one of the may other comedy clubs in Vegas. But I am glad that I tried this one once.

My wife and I brought some out of town guests here and we had a blast. This is a very well run club with adult beverages and a nice selection of appetizers. The comedians are very good and the host, Mark Cohen, is terrific!

We had a blast in general!The food was surprisingly decent too. I had a flatbread that needed improvement and my wife had the kale ceasar salad that was very tasty (except the weird croutons).

Nice Club and reasonable ticket price, get a 20% off coupon at the box office for dinner. The acts were soso, shouldnt have to look at notes and phone. Felt like open mic night. Still fun.

Great atmosphere, decent eats and out standing comedy! Our admission was $22 and I felt it would have been cheap at twice the price. Great value.

Wasnt able to take a photo, but this small intimate venue is perfect for fans of stand-up comedy. The comics are able to interact freely with members in the audience, can go off the wall without fear of ridicule, and can truly be themselves. Loved this venue for comedy.

Comedy cellar in Vegas was a lot of fun. I’ve been to the one in NYC multiple times and I would definitely say that it’s no where close to that one.With that said, they have a good line up, and they tell good (not offensive) jokes. It makes it a joyful experience. The service of the waiters walking around is pretty bad. She came once at the beginning of the show and I never saw her again.Other than that, it was a great show and a fun experience but if you’re looking for the same experience as the one in NYC you’re not going to get that !

Best comedy act in town! Weve been to 4 different comedy clubs on and around the strip and the Comedy Cellar has the best show! Usually 4 comedians plus the host who is pretty funny. Some comedians are better than others but the people at the other places didnt seem that funny to me. But to each their own... I highly recommend Comedy Cellar! I heard theyre tearing Rio down in the near future. I hope thats not true or I hope Comedy Cellar relocates.

Great comics, seating, service, and atmosphere. Staff handle disruptive groups quickly and fairly so if youre that person maybe try something else.

Great place to go for a good laugh. Not for the sensitive. Also, if you sit in the front you will get spit roasted and be the butt of a lot jokes. I ain’t mad.

What a great room! The atmosphere is fantastic and the performers we so good. We had front row seats and had a blast. One of the funnest we have had in a long time. Its fantastic that Vegas has a Comedy Cellar. We will be going back.

Host was great and some of the comedians were good as well it was over 100$ for 2 tickets for that price the seating was garbage I paid more for better seats and I was all the way in the back not worth it get the cheap seats because they seat you wherever they want anyway

Great comedians and servers but the venue has a weird set up where they sat us away from the stage when there was spare tables closer by. Couldn’t have felt good for the comedians to see so many half-full tables when everyone was sat further back. Was also a massive que to get in, could have opened the doors an hour or so before so people could drink before the show, like most venues do. Comedians made up for all this anyway.

The BEST comedy show EVER! I was looking for something fun for myself with some of my employees to do over visiting a conference in Las Vegas and came across this. We were DYING LAUGHING! I’m so glad I picked this. Some of my girls had never been to a comedy show, and they weren’t sure if they even wanted to go. I booked it and hoped for the best. We were ALL laughing so hard that our makeup was all over from crying laughing. I lost my voice from laughing! Seriously the best ever! We attended on the 21st. The best line up. We are still laughing, and all at home now trying to tell our spouses some of the lines. I’mSo glad this is in Vegas! Thank you for being normal and not PC! We have a home in Vegas and come often, so we will be back! Every chance I get! Can’t wait to take my hubs!

4 comics. (Better than 3) but a standard comedy club. All good seats, wouldnt worry about getting the vip.Funny comics. Cheaper than most shows in the area.

One of my favorite places to see live comedy. The comics are almost always first rate and polished. If youve gone to many clubs youll see a range of performers from cringeworthy to spectacular and I can honestly say there are usually about 2 great acts out of every show Ive seen here. Comedians that Ive seen at the Comedy Cellar in Las Vegas include: Ray Romano, Dave Attell, Colin Quinn as well as many other great acts.

The comedy show was good but not great.

Great comedy club for a good price. No drink minimum was appreciated. Get there a little early to get your drink orders in. There is free parking at the Rio, a short walk around to the club. Performers change all the time, but I think the best part was the MC who warmed up the crowd and did transitions.

It was good overall, they shouldnt of closed with the woman they chose. No pics or videos allowed. Overall a good show and worth the money. Drinks are reasonably priced for being on the strip.

Ive never laughed so hard at a comedy show and have been to many. The comedy cellar is legendary and doesnt mess around with entertainment. So come prepared to be entertained.

Fair price to get in, however the comedians were very hit or miss. The headliner and MC were both hard misses. The middle of the pack had some good lines but it closed on a very low note which soured the experience.

Went to this show last evening. Had a comedian (who said he was Irishman from New York). Very poor and insulting sense of humor at the expense of those with dietary restrictions and food allergies. Its not funny when humour is based on those who face life threatening consequences based on food. Food allergies are a serious condition and we all have a responsibility not to encourage cheap comedians to belittle a condition that many struggle with on an everday basis. Rio has a responsibility to vet the content of what is being distributed on their physical premises.

Great comedians, great emcee, my husband and I had a great time, everyone was very funny and I totally recommend.

4 out of 5 comedians were hilarious. Lots of laughs!!! Highly recommend. We did VIP, which got us up close and private table for 2. Flatbread was good as were the pretzel bread stricks with cheese and mustard dip. Strong drinks which was good considering rum-coke was $8.50 each.

Been here several times now and always have a blast. With 4 comics youre guaranteed to be laughing.

Enjoyed the show and the food. Roughly two hours of laughs and giggles and removal from the real world out there. Ill take that anytime. Only downside. Chairs are not comfy.

Fantastic comedy stylings at the Rio hotel off strip of Vegas. Great way to get an intimate, unpretentious ‘show’ in Vegas. Loved the 4 comedians, with great service and cool vibe. Please don’t bring your easily-offended sensibilities, just a fun, silly sense of open humour! Enjoy the beer, meet some new friends next to you, and laugh your cares away...

Nice intimate club. Good show except for the last comic, i really felt like he didnt want to be there. The wait staff were a bit slow. didnt get my drink order until second from last comic. Its a decent date night at an off strip casino where parking is free and not as crowded to get around.

It was a good show at a decent price. Most of the comedians were really funny. One of the last gentleman to perform was too high to deliver the lines correctly and his timing was off, but he managed to pull it together ok close to the end.

Super Funny Comedians! Three plus emcee. Definitely worth the price. $10 cab fare from Paris Hotel. Nice friendly staff at Rio. Ate at Indian Restaurant next to show room, and it was delicious. Dec. 2018 Will come again on next visit!

I loved the show. Everyone was really funny, it was also a good crowd. I went to the 7pm show and it lasted for an hour and a half. The drinks were made to perfection. I enjoyed the Bees Knees. The honey made it so good. I love when they interact with the audience. Good times!
