Wish I could rate this place more than 5 stars! What a phenomenal tour and experience. I highly recommend getting the guided tour and experience combo. The tour is about an hour and very informative, ample time to ask questions, take photos and, get up close and personal with all the historic neon signs. The projector show was incredibly well done. Absolutely awesome music and design, very entertaining! We went to their latest time slot available at 9:30PM and it was fantastic. We would probably go back to see the signs in the daylight as well.

Highly recommend visiting this well done museum and walking back in time to see old Las Vegas neon signs from a bygone era. The Brilliant show was very nice add on with narrative and light show. Highly recommend the combo package (which includes both tour and Brilliant show). A guided tour is also highly recommended. Tourguide was very knowledgeable. Have been waiting to do this for a long time so finally able to nab to an evening tour and show time on short notice. Under normal times, highly recommended booking tickets in advance.

This place was awesome with the history told during the guided tour. Also the Brilliant show I honestly had low expectations of but was wowed by it.This is a must go to at night to see the brilliance of light from these signs that have existed for up to 80 years or so. The guides seem to be very knowledgeable with a sense of humor attached so again I say it’s a must visit in Vegas.

A fascinating combo of Vegas history and retro gear. The tour lasts about 40 minutes. Its all outdoors, and involves walking through the grounds. There are regularly placed benches for those who dont feel like standing for long. One important thing to note is that they do NOT allow cameras except phones and tablets.

Just like most of the reviews say: a must to visit! This is a non profit whose mission and vision is a little different from most - to preserve and inform people about Las Vegas history. Think about that when you purchase your ticket. I recommend going at night (and bringing a jacket!!!). I also would suggested doing the guided tour as you learn a lot and aren’t just walking through the “boneyard” looking at the neon signs with no clue of their history. Our guide was Doug and he did an amazing job, kudos to you Doug!

My daughters and I went to the 11:00 PM guided boneyard tour. Late, I know for the girls to be out, but The Neon Museums Security detail is on point. Parking is immediately to the north of The Neon Museum via a one way E McWilliams Avenue which is designated for museum visitors only. Once parked, simply check in with security in the Boneyard Park (where the sign and 2 Palm are). The area in Boneyard Park is fenced off from the street and Security did a great job stopping folks to make sure they were supposed to be there or not.COVID-19 state mandates are fully enforced, so bring mask and hand sanitizer and maintain social distancing. When you go ask for Charlie. She has a passion for Vegas history and moved me from going through the motions of a standard tour to a fully immersed experience with the Rat Pack, Bugsy Siegel and Betty Willis. She takes her time and gives her tourists plenty of time to flash photos and selfies.Pro tip: No video!! Also, go after sunset and after you go by the Chief Hotel Court, pull up Google Maps, pull up the map of your current location, switch to satellite terrain and zoom in to see a very cool Treasure Island Skull staring back at you from space!Enjoy!

The Neon Museum is FANTASTIC!!!We came here for date night and did the Brilliance/Guided tour. So awesome! Worth the admission, for sure. I highly recommend buying tickets in advance. If you get there close to show time, I suggest parking in the Cashman lot (their main lot can get a little crowded).Brilliance was a really neat idea (classic Vegas music and the show was projected on a separate part of the museum to bring the pieces back to life). The tour was great, too. Just enough history and fun facts.Make sure your battery if fully charged for all the pictures youre going to take. Save some $$ for the gift shop (awesome magnets, enamel pins and vintage style shirts). So so so glad we came!!!!

These older signs brought me back to alot of my childhood memories. Back when I was a little girl and my dad took me to Las Vegas for a family vacation . I was only 11-12 years old. The hard rock guitar was moved when I was in my late 40s and I was living here in Las Vegas . Who knew I would be living here. I just remember so much and the Neon Museum confirmed that Ill never forget any of those Memories.I enjoyed this tour very much !!I highly recommend if you want to learn some history of the Las Vegas strip ️

Absolutely loved this place! I got the Guided Tour + Brilliant and it was awesome! So much history here! When you first get here a security guard greets you and asks if you have tickets. You then go to the waiting area which is across the street from the entrance to the museum. Its a secured area with a fence all around so youre not out in the street. It also has plenty of room so people can spread out to social distance. You are required to wear a mask while youre waiting and then also while youre in the museum and during the tours. They also take your temperature before entering the museum as well as have you go through a metal detector like the airport. During the guided tour, a staff member walked us through the boneyard and explained all the history of the signs here based on the section we were in. We were able to take pictures during the tour as well. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun, she kept the mood light and funny! After the guided tour, we had to go back out to the waiting area across the street until our Brilliant tour started. I have to say, if youre not willing to pay for the combo ticket, definitely go see the Brilliant tour! I very much enjoyed this one more because they take you to a completely different area with different signs and these all are set up around a big circular area where you can sit down and watch the signs light up to music and a video about Las Vegas! I highly recommend seeing this tour! After the Brilliant tour we headed to the gift shop where they have a very nice selection of souvenirs if you want to purchase any. Overall Im definitely happy I visited and would recommend it if you are looking for something to do since things are still not quite back to normal in Vegas yet.

Enjoyed my time here. The neon signs are beautiful. It would be a really great place for a photo shoot. If you want photos here Id look into booking the Portrait hour. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the facemask requirements at all times, even for a quick selfie outdoors 6 feet away from other guests. Very poor excuse for a museum. Only 3 signs were lit while there. There were signs stacked on top of each other so you couldn’t see the ones behind. It looked more like a junkyard (it is outdoors) than a museum. Employees were extremely rude about taking group pictures (she said it was against their policy to take a picture of our group?) Website says it will take 45 minutes to walk through, but really only took 12 for us. Not worth $20 a person.

Cool museum. Small outdoor space, packed with fun signs. Some have been restored and are lit up. The visitor center and gift shop after inside a relocated morel lobby with a unique shell design. Price is a bit steep for the size. They dont allow cameras other than cell phones. The colors during the day are better in my opinion than going at night. They offer you an umbrella because it can get warm out there with no shade in the yard. There yes a covered stirring area with a few tables just off the back door. Enjoyable walk through on your own, even without the history component. About 30 minutes if you are on your own. Many opportunities for great pictures.

This place is so uniquely Las Vegas. Neon is an art that is slowly being taken over by other forms of lighting such as LED.
