Robert Park and team create the most incredible-looking fine art prints (Lumachrome) that Ive ever seen. What I like most about working with Nevada Art Printers is that they review all of the print files that come in and provide feedback before proceeding. In some instances the final result far surpassed my own high expectations. If you want complete confidence in what youre producing then I recommend giving them a try.

My first and last experience bringing art to this place. I wanna start by saying I’m very understanding with anything regarding customer service workers because I’m 26 and only worked retail myself. I have no issue with how long my process took. However, I have never experienced a more unprofessional business in my life. I’ve never started the process to get prints made of my paintings so I was very excited to go here.Their first step is to make digital proofs of the art at $30 a piece. Awesome. I brought 4 pieces and was told it would be ready in a week. A week passed and I heard nothing. I waited an extra couple days cuz it was no big deal. So then I reached out to them after those two days. They told me my proofs would be ready after another three days. No problem! Three days later I get no call and I notice it’s about to be their closing time so I reach out yet again. To which I was basically berated with a heavy attitude and told that they are very busy and have art worth $50,000 that they are working on and proceeded to tell me the entire process of their business and what they do. I was completely pleasant during this altercation even though I was being totally disrespected and undermined. I expressed that my ONLY issue was not the time frame but that they have not communicated with me ONCE. Even after telling me twice that my order was going to be ready. I was not wrong for reaching out when I was told twice my work would be ready. I shouldn’t have had to reach out at all as the customer.Also how completely rude and condescending to insinuate my business isn’t important because my art isn’t worth as much as some of their other clients? I’m a paying customer. If you don’t want my money because my art isn’t worth enough to you then tell me in the first place and I won’t come to your business at all. I was honestly disgusted by that comment. My pieces only sell for a few hundred but I’m just regular person and that’s a lot to me. It doesn’t matter if I brought a stick figure drawing worth 50cents. I’m a customer paying you for a service and unlike other businesses, you’re keeping my property (my art) in your possession during this process. Meaning you should be in close contact with your clients. Because you have their art in your care.So a couple days later I get a call my proofs are ready and I can come in. I had to wait till I got paid so I came a couple days after that, before I left I called (their policy) and was told the proofs are ready but none of my other paper work so I could come and look but not buy... WHAT?? After all this??? Seriously?! Luckily they agreed to get my invoice together so I paid that day.That day I was told after paying $100 for the digital files they would be emailed to me and you guessed it- I HAD TO CALL THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE NO ONE EMAILED THEM TO ME. SERIOUSLY?!I would have been FINE with my process taking weeks had they communicated and provided even decent customer service. Not to mention both times I came in both people who worked with me were short and rude and gave the vibe I wasting their time. Again I never have issues with any businesses and I’m so lenient because I’ve only worked customer service my whole life but this was AWFUL. I’ve never made a negative review of a business online in my life before this.The proofs were great and initially my plan was to bring more art when I picked up my proofs but I will absolutely never go through them again. If you’re not going to value your customers because you deem their art not worthy enough because it’s not worth $50,000 then specify that as a company so average joe artists don’t come to you and aren’t made to feel like dirt.

Wow!! Amazing print. Received my first Lumachrome print today. Packaged the most securely Ive ever gotten. And the quality of the visual effect is STUNNING! I often print large, up to 40x60. Had a 16x20 done as a test, and am blown away by the look.I highly recommend the look that you can achieve with their printing. I used their ICC profile to soft proof my file on Capture One, and the result was true to color and the sharpening superb. I started using Nevada Art Printers amazing Lumachromes a little over a year ago for my high end prints. There is really nothing quite like a Lumachrome. Every customer Ive sold a Lumachrome to has been very happy with their order! Keep up the great work guys!

Wow. Just wow. I had several large prints printed here and from beginning to end it was a great experience. The attention to detail that they had with each of my prints was amazing. They poured over each and every inch of my photographs with painstaking precision and an experienced eye. Thats not even it! Robert and his staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions and help with whatever I was able to think of. This is the only place Ill take my photos to be printed.

Excellent service! I had some of my drawings scanned in high resolution by Robert and they turned out great! I really enjoyed my experience working with Nevada Art Printers. I work mostly in line art, drawn in Inkscape, and had never had any of my work printed before. I worked with K, and he was extremely helpful in getting my first commission work laid up, selecting a good medium, and getting fantastic results. We had some photo printing done here on acrylic and was blown away. The shop is like an art gallery with dozens of oversize photos printed on acrylic and aluminum. They looked at my files on their huge 4k screen and gave me an exact representation of the final photo. WOW! The finished acrylic print was stunning to say the least. They also have a wall of other papers they offer for artistic effects if you are into those medias but the acrylic print is what did it for me. Now I can make photo prints like Peter Lik for my customers right here in Las Vegas and be sure of the IQ.

Lost my USB stick, stole my photos and probably still on there computer which they didnt delete. Wasted my paper that I gave them to use, they didnt use gloves like I suggested. Over charged me on prints I could have done myself. Never going back until they return my USB and images.
