I ordered 2 framed led pictures from this company last week and was overall very satisfied with the final product!I live in Canada and stuff like this is practically impossible to find here..The person i dealt with on the phone Jerry, was prompt, informative and polite and assured me i would be satisfied...Delivery was very quick to my front door..Would definitely buy from again!Thanks Jerry..Mike

The worst mistake you can make is ordering from this company. I order things on a regular basis online, and I received the worst customer service when calling in to track my package. The owner was so rude and even started yelling at me, and basically calling me stupid because he did not give me the tracking information and the apartment number was not listed in my order. I will never order from this company again and I suggest to everyone to never order from them as well, unless you like to be yelled at. The owner made a lot of excuses about being a small business and did not take responsibility for the product being late and not providing tracking information. The website also says that it is shipped through FedEx when in fact it is actually shipped through USPS. I work customer service for a living and I have never treated a customer the way I was treated by the owner of this company. I had every intention of ordering more art from this company, however the owner told me that he did not want my business. The way this owner is treating his customers he will be out of business soon. I feel bad for his family, I would hate to have to deal with him. The way he talks to customers over the phone, he is most likely abusive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ABUSIVE OWNER!!
