Pretty cool place to hangout. It was nostalgic to see the different games, the music and the videos were also really cool. The food wasnt bad either.

This is a true Arcade that I can say I enjoyed. Retro games that took me back to my younger days when these wonderful places were the locations to hang out and have fun. I would add more games and ensure the ones there work to keep the old time gamers happy. Taking my granddaughter and daughter was as much fun for them as for me. Long live pinball!

Really cool place with some of the best old school games. A couple of the games were out of order, but most were working well. Food was so, so... nothing special and a bit pricey all things considered. Nevertheless, a good place for families, dates, or to hang with friends.

Love the atmosphere. seems to attract the gaming men and women over the age of 21 in town, which is a much better crowd than at the other bars. The food is great but they need to start including some of the regular items on their menu in the late night menu. tried the garbage pail nachos, gross name, amazing taste! The chicken was actually moist. suggest giving it a try. gaming while buzzed or even just watching people gaming while drunk is hilarious. now they have a trivia night on mondays, sounds lame but its actually really cool. strongly suggest giving this place a try after 7pm.

This was a super cute and nostalgic arcade. We werent for the games, which include pinball, fighting games, racing games, and basically any nostalgic game you can think of (I saw Centipede there, one of my favorites!). There is a bar and food is available also. We were there during the day and saw plenty of kids, but they may not be allowed later. When you go, make sure to check out the awesome 90s dayglo decor!

Have only been on Saturday mornings and I love it. Good food and beer. Fun for the whole family. I hear its a lot different at night, but I love the retro-rock they play in the morning

I wish I could give MORE than 5 stars!!! This place really is RAD!!! We had a birthday party there today and they bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. The service was awesome!!! And when I messed up and left a birthday card on the table that had money in it, they helped us find the card and didnt give up until we had the card with all money still in it!!!! THANK YOU!!! Absolutely best place in town for a teen or older birthday party or get together!!!

Awesome place to grab a bite, play some games and feel some nostalgia. They have a huge bar with TVs outfitted everywhere, some being on projectors, dining areas outside, inside and a second floor as well. Games galore! You are guaranteed to find something that will strike your interest, from plain skiball, to classic Mario all the way to Mario Kart Arcade.The food, decent sized menu that youd find at a pub just with a slight twist. Tried the Hot Cheetos Burgers and it was good, maybe needs some seasoning and difficult to handle with the queso all over the place, but thats to be expected. Service was prompt and friendly so will be returning and have some food and drinks with friends and family.

Favorite bar in town. Very lively weekend nights, great for meeting new people and enjoying some dance music. Week days are pleasantly quiet for anyone wanting to play the arcade games.

For Our First Time, We Really Enjoyed Ourselves. The Food Was Delicious & Very Fresh. The Atmosphere Was Awesome. I Liked The Throwback Songs! It Was Just A Little Too Crowded, To Where It Was Kinda Hard To Leave.

This is FUN! Just the food alone gets 5 stars. This place is perfect for kids looking for fun up to adults looking for a drink. If you plan on coming with your family come here early, the earlier the less crowded it gets.

Great decor, love the 80 music videos, the burgers are 1/2 lb patties but are cooked well. Buns have RAD branded in top, must be why the bun was the greasy part of the meal, still good. The fryer is at the right temp, none of the fries or pickles were greasy. The mixed drink with Fireball was good. And the waitress refilled my soda, its hard here to get waitresses to refill anything for another female, guys no problem, so I gave her a good tip and this gets 5 stars.

Had the best time with my family! We were staying here in Las Cruces for a tournament and stopped for lunch. The service was great and the food was AMAZING!! I would definitely recommend. Once we were done eating we went and played the games! It was entertaining and a great time. The retro decorations inside were very cool and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Bring your family! You wont be let down at all!

The environment was so much fun and very welcoming! We had a great time and staff was amazing! The music covers such a variety and had everyone dancing, plus they offer the best variety of games. The drinks were delicious, and the food was even better! I enjoyed that it was family friendly throughout the day! Definitely going to be the hottest spot in town!

I had a great time at Rad Retrocade. It is a great atmosphere and good to have a place like this locally. There is a decent selection of games. The reason I give 4/5 stars is because of the growing pains they seem to be experiencing. A number of the games are off or not responsive and the service was a little bit slow. I expect things will improve and I look forward to coming back!

Rad is such a cool place! By day they open it up to people of all ages and you can play the arcade games and the pinball machines. At night it becomes a club and they play really good music and their drink prices are pretty fair

Cool vibe and loads of cool games. They kept the original game prices which is awesome and drinks were reasonable, too. Be prepared for a crowd, though. And I suggest closed-toe shoes if youre going after dark. Lota of people + small spaces = spills everywhere. But otherwise it was a clean, cool, place.

Christmas party, not really my cup of tea, but a great place for the young at heart. Food was decent enough, nothing really special. Very loud, but expected. Remembered I love pinball. If you love arcade and fancy drinks, this is definitely your place.

Wall decor is on point. Plenty of TVs, good music, large bar, lots of arcade games & lots of room to move around.Table chairs are on the small side & not comfortable. Service is friendly but not prompt or attentive. Had to waive down the server several times.Not enough menus/had to share. There are 2 different menus that look the same on the outside, but list different items on the inside.Food is very good. Good amount of serving & some servings are enough for 2 people to share. Prices of the meals are about the same as other restaurants. $7-$10 avg. & reasonable.Make sure to leave room for dessert.Special Request: Coke Zero or Diet Dr. Pepper.

This place is awesome! They have a lot of retro arcade games and a handful of pinball machines. The food was great and reasonably priced. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was that about 1/4 of the machines were out of service and about 1/4 of the machines that were in service either ate your coins, werent calibrated properly or didnt work correctly (i.e., the gun didnt work so you couldnt shoot at all, or the gun would shoot way off or the bonus levels of the pinballs wouldnt let you launch the ball).

It was nostalgic for me. I grew up playing most of the games they got there. They have a pretty cool selection of old time favorites. Pains me to say that. Lol. Where has the time gone? Its a cool place to hang out. Im not 100% sure, but I think it has a bar and I believe my brother, who brought me, said you can order food as well. Very nice place to unwind, and rewind time for a little while.

Rad is everything my childhood wished it was. Great old arcade games, all in the original cabinets with the original CRT screens. 80s and 90s music videos on large-screen TVs and projectors. A row of pinball machines, both vintage and new. The food was really good, and Ariana was very attentive - she even brought us the boxed food we forgot on the table when we left! A great experience, we will definitely be back.

I am very pleased to know places like this are still around and the food is good too. They have a nice selection of classic arcade games and the staff are friendly. I would definitely come back.

Love to stop by and chill. With some games and some nice brew choices always a relaxing time. Plenty of TVs for any sports games.

Rad Retrocade so much fun! The menu items are great and the prices are fair. The garbage pail nachos are huge amd fun. We had the Jack and Coke slush and really like it. The games were fun, brings back memories. The building was nicely decorated and the environment was inviting. The manager Jessica was walking around making sure everyone was happy and getting their orders. Overall we had a great time and plan to go back again today.

Was pleasantly surprised to find a cool bar with a great theme and tons of great arcade games. Much better selection than Dave and Busters for games. The drinks were good, didnt try any food. My one disappointment was that on multiple arcade machines they had worn down joysticks and some had buttons that werent working. This was pretty disappointing for an arcade enthusiast. If they call in a repairman and replace some of the components in the older machines, especially the fighting games, this will be a 5. Had a great aesthetic and atmosphere overall.

It is amazing, the decor of 70s and 80s is nostalgic. Even though its a bar and grill is very family friendly. The food is very yummy with a uplifting new twist. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. It does get pretty full, but because its new ans everyone want to go check it out.

Food was delicious, got the Marty Mcfly grilled, fries were amazing. Drinks were delicious. Service was lacking. Guess the female bartenders only cater to men... We waited a good 5 minutes to get service. Gabriel was a doll.. Took care of us. Music was great and the games were all 50 cents! Will visit again and hope we get better service.

For the first few weeks they were open, they were amazing- great drinks, great food, great games, etc. The last few times weve gone havent been great. Its supposedly 21+ after 7pm but if you go soon after 7 theres still a bunch of kids running around, so if you want to go without being surrounded by kids you have to go at at least 9-10, and at that point the kitchen is usually sold out of food, and now they dont even serve food except maybe 5 items after 9pm. Additionally, weve noticed the bathrooms (or at least the womens bathroom) are always pretty much out of toilet paper except a few stalls and its completely out of toilet paper. Also tonight the coin machine was broken so you couldnt even play any games.

Great gaming options and definitely will take you back to the arcade prime times!They provide great bar and food services.The times they have for under 18 family friendliness are great as well!Definitely a must for retro and arcade fans!

Ive been at night and its a little bit too crowded for my taste, but that might be appealing to others. During the day its fun, the games are reasonably priced and of course you can get beer and a snack.

Far exceeded expectations. I took my 3 kids, husband and mother-in-law last week. They all loved it. My husband and I being 80s kids, were practically foaming out the mouth when we walked in. The atmosphere is like no other and I think that is amazing! My kids loved the games. Even my mother-in-law enjoyed it. We didn’t try the food because we just happened to go on accident after eating. Planning on going again soon and trying the food that smelled amazing! So exited to have something like this in town.

This place was cool the first month or two it was open but it seems to be attracting some violent people. The crowd is becoming more like Halos. Always fights and aggressive people. Its getting kinda ratchet and they dont even have professional security during their weekend events. Some guy got his face bashed in during their Halloween party. No thanks

Had so much fun playing games and listening to music. Our bartender Tommy was awesome. He had the drinks out fast and they were delicious. Definitely coming back!

This place is the new hangout, let me tell you. We had such a great time, I kid you not we were there for like 6 hours. The food was great, I had the Chicken Cordon Blue Sandwich, the Dark Side Milkshake, and the fried Twinkies. All of which I’d recommend. After we ate, we went to the bar and we’re taken care of by Alyssa for the remainder of our visit. She was awesome. She was quick and she was super sweet, even kept serving us when we went outside. We were also helped by the manager (I think his name was Tommy?). Everyone was great, the games were awesome. Even though we’re from El Paso, we’ll definitely be back soon. 5 stars isn’t nearly enough to describe how great this place is.

Visited this establishment a second time, the first was during their grand opening when it was extremely crowded. I recollect on my first visit all games were 2 tokens ($0.50). Now, pinball were 2 tokens and video games, 1 token. So, my $5 lasted an hour. Like the price reduction. It was not busy in the early evening of a weekday, so Ill keep that in mind for future reference. Did not partake of any food or beverages.

I personally dont care for flashing lights, but apparently a lot of people do. This is a welcome addition to the old downtown area. It seems to make it popular with young people. They have a good beer selection and decent pub food.

Went in last night. It was WAY TOO HOT in that building I felt like I was in an oven. It looks cool in there and there are a fair amount of cool games. A bunch were either not working at all or just straight up stole our tokens. The drinks if you didnt want cheap liquor are way over priced. Had a decent time but it was just way too loud and hot in there.

Still as cool as remember from the first time best fried mushrooms and pickle chips ever. Very kid and adult friendly.

Im giving a five star rating, even though they are more deserving of a three star. I understand they were busy Friday and Saturday evening, and there was a wait time for drinks. What bothered me was the bartenders those nights wouldnt even acknowledge the patrons. Cmon, you cant be so busy that you cant even nod at someone, or tell them be with you in one sec. A few of the games robbed me of my quarters, but I wasnt sweating it. I imagine they will work the kinks out. Im giving 5 stars because the place looks amazing, the decor, the layout, the games, the hot female bartenders, but most of all because they are helping cultivate the downtown area which our community needs. Rad, I already like you guys. Thanks!

Went there last Sunday it was a great experience. We came when it was packed but our server Sage did a fantastic job making sure we were taken care of despite the crowd. Food is great. I had the hot Cheeto burger and my wife had the biff, for the appetizer we had the garbage pail nachos. They are worth every penny! Happy we have a fun place to go on date night. Will definitely be back

Just moved to Las Cruces and wanted to check out downtown. I love this place. Friendly staff, awesome games and the decor is awesome. I have been to other arcade bars and this has to be amongst the best of them. Had a blast and will be back for sure. And I heard they just opened. Great job to the establishment

Much better than Rubiks, staff very friendly, more updated pinball machines. However. The people that go there need a shower and a haircut.

This place was great. The drinks were fairly priced and we were helped as soon as we got to the bar. Everyone was very friendly. The games were only 25 or 50 cents a piece. I’m glad they don’t let babies in after 7pm.

Very interesting and fun concept! Great service and atmosphere. Very happy to have a place like this in Las Cruces. I would suggest coming a little after the opening hype dies down so you can enjoy everything this place has to offer.

It absolutely ridiculous that this place does not allow under 21 years of age patrons after 7pm. Went here for my sons 13th birthday on a weeknight and by the time the rest of our party arrived from getting out of work, etc., we had to leave. There were only like 5 other patrons, and about 15 of us. Kudos to this place on losing out on what would have been a $300-$350 tab by us having to leave. This place would be much better if they made themselves more family oriented than catering to the night-life, club scene... especially at 7pm. EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

Great place for all ages durring the day. 21 and older at night. Large selection of vintage arcades and pinball machines. Good food and 80s themed ambiance in a premier location on the downtown mall. A must see attraction for Las Cruces.

The Staff is really nice and friendly. Ive only been here twice and my waitress Amanda is already treating me like family! What makes it more enjoyable is that I used to go to Arcade with my friends and I would have a BLAST competing on games like After Burner and Mortal Kombat not to mention Gauntlet and Tron and the MOST Radical games involving Star Wars!! Its also nice to see a place like this where the family can go and have fun and that the kids can safely hang out OFF of the streets.

Fun games, great food and great service. We thought it would be a long wait because they were super busy. Had a great waitress named Ariana. She was attentive, friendly, got the food out fast. Her suggestion of the shrimp po boy did not disappoint! The arcade was amazing, great games, decor and music. Thanks for including the Adams Family Pinball... my all time fave!!

Cool spot...but the service is so slow that an hour later we still had not been able to order food and we informed that the kitchen was closed.Im glad they are thriving, but the lack of places to sit and slowness of service is really a deal breaker. May not come back.

The games are fun, and I like the fact the games take quarters. The workers here are nice as well which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

I went during the hours that minors are allowed in the arcade. My 16 year old and I had a ton of fun. Has a great variety of classic two player games, classic shooter game, good selection of pinballs. Has a little grill/food court in there but didnt try it, although the food smelled delish and lookes good. Bar seems to have a good selection of drinks. I would recommend this place as a great way to reminisce about the old days, to take your kids, and have a drink with friends.

Legit, very cool arcade machines with about 10 pinball machines. One of the circular setups of cabinet was a bit too squished, and its going through growing pains right now. I still reccomend a go if you enjoyed playing arcade machines as a child. Would love it more if they had more machines.

Smells awful, some interesting machines, but all three I tried to play were broken.

Awesome arcade, great atmosphere, and unique food! Very fun place for the family and great bar area at night.4/5 only because of service but it should get better since it is just opening weekend. They got my order wrong on a McFly sandwich, and instead of remaking it they just brought two grilled chicken strips out.

Good local place except there seems to be a lot of fights during weekend events. RAD is only sometimes rad. Most of the time its Dangerous.

So much fun, and a great nostalgia bomb - brought back so many awesome memories! The food is OUTSTANDING and the cocktails are imaginative and delicious. Went Saturday with my husband after 7 for a date night, and brought the kids Sunday before 7 for some family fun, and we ALL had a blast! This is definitely a must-do in Las Cruces!
